I normally go to a different nail salon which I love, but I came here one time on my lunch break because it's close to where I work. The place is clean and aesthetically pleasing, but everything else is pretty bad, and the decor is not what one looks for in a nail salon. First, the person at the front counter was rude. I made an appointment ahead of time and the place was almost empty since it was the middle of the weekday, but the staff treated me like it was a complete inconvenience for me to be there. I asked my manicurist if the tools had been cleaned (since it looked like they may have been reused), and she seemed annoyed by the question. My manicure was one of the worst I've ever gotten. It was super bumpy, like a child has done it. It was so bad that other people even noticed. I definitely won't be back, even despite the convenient location. read more

So I've come to this place a handful of times for a pedicure, I've returned because it's always relaxing, quiet, clean and they've always been nice in the past. It's also convenient because I live close by. My fellow moms know how much we look forward to this "me time" I even splurged and went for the more more expensive $45 pedicure. ( you know with the extra scrub, fruits & lotion ) I sat down in the chair at 6:40 and I was at the front drying at 6:57. I knew it felt quick so I start looking at the polish job and see bubbles in the polish then notice big gaps between my cuticle and the polish. I remembered I took a picture when I first sat and turned on the massage chair. I checked the time stamp being 6:40, that was before she even turned on the water or started removing my old polish. How did she prep the water, remove my polish, get the supplies, complete an upgraded pedicure, go back for hot towels and paint my nails and bring me to the front all within 17 minutes. When I questioned her about the paint job, she replied oh you want it closer to the cuticle like that's not how it should be. She started to fix it at the front then realizing other people were hearing what was going on she brought me to the back, where she started to say I was wrong about how quick she was. I had to show her the time stamp of the picture I took. When she removed the polish I honestly wanted to just leave. She told me she would repaint and massage a little more so then I could pay the $45 fee because I already took up her time. The second paint job was a lot better then how she first tried to send me off but what a frustrating experience. I don't understand how she expected me to pay $50+ for less than 20 minutes of service. read more

Not a fan of how they do pedicures. I went in and got a pedicure and was really disappointed with how uneven the coat was and the way she shaped my nails. She cut so much off of the sides of my big toes that it looked angled and like my nail was sideways. I've never had someone cut the side in such a triangle looking shape before. I came despite the bad reviews because it is walking distance from my house but I'll never again go for nails. I did get my eyebrows done and they came out good. Came in to get a pedicure and was seated right away. The nail tech did a great job at filing, cutting and cleaning my nails. She took her time and was very thorough. I got a gel pedicure because the nail polish lasts longer than a regular pedicure. At four weeks my polish still looks as good as new. The facility was very clean although the utensils that were being used for my feet, nail clipper, the cleaning tool were placed back on the tray and wasn't put in a solution to clean. Hoping that the tech cleans it after you leave but who knows. That was my major concern with he place. I will be bringing my own supplies at these facilities as i don't know how thorough they are with cleaning the tweezers, nail cutter and other items. Don't waste your money at this horrible nail shop. I went in on my lunch break to get my nails done and the tech did such a horrible job I wanted to cry.My nail wasn't smooth like it wasn't filed properly, the polish seemed lumpy and thick the color wasn't the color I choose. By the time I got off of work they was closed. I went back the next day to talk to the manager she was no better, no apology for the horrible job and said I would have to pay $20 to get the color I choose in the first place. I refused to pay them anymore of my money and she had another tech fix my accent nails he did a great job. But two fingers are fixed and the others look like trash. Don't let the name fool you this place is no paradise. I asked for a French tips on my toes and they gave me one longer nail than the other. They kept pushing for me to upgrade to a gel polish yet they couldn't paint my nails nicely with regular polish the lines were messed up. The water I put my feet in was cold, my feet sat on a wet towel the entire service and the lady didn't clean under my nails yet cut my big toe. I am too embarrassed to share a picture. I also asked them to remove nail polish from my finger nails and they left one hand with polish floating everywhere. They're over price and give horrible service. Rude and unprofessional. Will talk to each other in their language if you say anything about how you want your nails done. Front desk guy is not friendly. He acts like customers need to please him versus the other way around and orders customers like if they are his employees. NO people skills and should NOT be the face of the business when people first walk in. When I picked one of the colors from their sample color swatches, the nail tech said, "No, it doesn't look like that on the nail " Then why is it an option to pick??? I don't know about you, but I don't give my hard earned money away to be treated rudely. On one last note, my gel nails NEVER last more than one week (if even- sometimes 2 days), and I have an office job. No other activities that would ruin them. I am new to the area and i have never gotten my nails done before. I was on my break and had some questions about how everything worked. The front desk asian lady kept on harassing me to just do it and i told her i am still thinking because i have never done it before and i am short on time. She then said to me and my coworkers face that i am wasting her time and playing with her emotions, and proceeded to kick me out. She told us to leave and shoved the flyers i have brought in my face. I really don't like to write terrible reviews but I can't even begin to describe what a horrible experience I had at this salon. I walked in for a mani/pedi and I made such a mistake. The staff is so rude!! The lady that was going to do my nails, didn't end up wanting to do my nails because I didn't pick the luxury pedicure. She left me in the pedicure chair with the water running for about 5 minutes til the next lady came. The water was over flowing onto the floor and not to mention steaming hot. This lady was sooo rough with my feet. I was screaming ouch the entire time. WORST pedicure of my life!!! I wanted to leave crying because of the pain and because of how terrible my toe nails came out. I never ended up getting the manicure because I couldn't handle the pain of the pedicure. 12 hours later my feet are so swollen and I'm too embarrassed to post a picture... The only reason I came here is because my usual nail place is closed and I will never be back here. Came to get a dip mani and the tech didn't cut my cuticles before she began to put the powder , and when asked about it she said after the powder she'll cut them. I asked her to cut them now while they're soft from the acetone and she then tried to tell me it's extra money to cut the cuticles. Then she tried to cut them when my nails were dry and left me with a nice bleeding cut. After I told her just stop she then proceeded to wipe her finger that was full of the dip powder dust onto my open cut. Nice. My nails are missing powder in various places , all of my nails are not the same shape and there's gel clear coat around my pinky nail that is STUCK onto my skin and hurts so much to try and peel off. And on TOP of all of that when I went to check out I was told $40 and when I asked why $40 because the menu says $35 , the tech said it's $5 to take off the dip I had on before. I asked where it states that in their menu? The tech then had an attitude and picked up the menu to try and show me where it says $5 to take off and of course it doesn't say it anywhere on the menu. I have no problem paying the amount but not when the full cost is not presented up front. I'm so unhappy with the service I received and do not recommend anyone to come here. read more

I will be generous and give one start but it deserves -0000 starts. I went to this place to get dipped powder nails, the place just open and its near my house so I decided to give it a try. As I got in, a person is standing behind a register asking you what you want to get done, following with assigning you a nail tech. Make sure you ask when you go for an EXPERIENCED nail technician because the one the person at the door assigned to me, had little to no experience at all. As he was gluing the tips I notice couple of them were placed crooked and some the tip didn't match my nail, I pointed that out, and his response was, "let me finish I have to file them down!" So I did and the results are !!! When he finally finished with the nails and I look at them, and I was shocked, I said "can you fix this?" he looked at me with a confused face and replied "there is nothing to be fixed!" I then spoke to the person at the front desk and asked if someone else could help, she asked why, I said because your nail tech does not know what he is doing, her response was "I am sorry, its $40, how would you like to pay??" very disappointed and I feel robbed. I had a 2:00 p.m. appointment with a friend for a manicure and pedicure. Don't bother making an appointment, they do not honor them. My friend got her manicure first after waiting 20 minutes. I had to wait 40 minutes so were not together. She was halfway through her pedicure when I finished my manicure. The girl who took care of me did a good job, however, then we went to pay. The website has a 20% off coupon on it which they rudely refused to honor. The obnoxious man at the desk who said his name was "Mister" who said that the coupon was old was supposed to be removed from the website. Not my problem Mister. He would not honor it. However, if you post a coupon on your website - you should honor it because it's false advertising. I am submitting a complaint to the FTC so watch out Mister Obnoxious - maybe you will learn a lesson, but I don't have much hope for that. Do not make an appointment here, it will not be honored and you will have to sit and wait. read more

A per the manager this business is really too busy to make sure their clients are happy. I came in for a pedicure, upgraded from basic to the middle step. I asked the nail tech to cut my nails. He did not. He didn't clean cuticles. Just put the scrub on my legs, wiped it off with a wet towel. I asked if was going to finish my toe nails and do the cuticles. I asked if he was going to put lotion on my legs. All really the norms in pedicure. At that point he threw my shoes on the floor and walked away. I have never been treated in such a rude manner for asking for basic service. It really is a shame as I have been coming here since they opened. I tip well. These places are a dime a dozen I won't be back. And again, according to the manager, they really don't care if the service it bad or the techs are rude. If I could give this place zero stars review I would. I was excited to try out this new salon. I called on Saturday morning at around 10 AM to schedule an appointment for 6:30PM with Ida for a dip manicure & pedicure color change. They gave me the appointment with ease & the man was extremely nice over the phone. Unfortunately when I arrived it was a complete different experience. I got to my appointment 15 minutes early. the front desk person instructed me to have a seat & someone else would take off my gel polish as Ida was finishing up with her other client. The woman that removed my polish was extremely rude! when I told her I was just getting a color change, not a full pedicure she didn't even hand me color options for my manicure she said "go sit over there." I asked her where she wanted me to go exactly & she said which ever pedicure chair. Despite her nasty attitude I went to sit in a pedicure chair where I waited 20 minutes before Ida came. When she asked me which color I was doing, I told her I had brought my own OPI color & told her I'd just do my own to check for me if they had it in dip. She goes to the front and brings me a color wheel of DND & walks off. When she got back I told her it was an OPI color I wanted. She went back up & brings me a color wheel with numbers only. I asked her if she could just look at the OPI dips to see if they had my color. She goes to the front & returns with the owner which coincidentally was the lady that was taking off my polish earlier. The owner came up to me and said "what are you talking about we have all the matching colors." I told her all I was asking is if they had the matching dip for my polish. She ignored me & looked at Ida asking her "are you doing her color change." Ida responded "yes and someone else could do her dip manicure." I removed the foils from my hands and walked out. This place is extremely unprofessional and I will never come back! First and last time. read more

I would've given this zero stars but then I can't leave a review. I had seen this new spot as it's next to my publix so figured I'd try it out since my nail tech from another shop was out of town. Horrible experience. A gentleman did my nails, I think his name was Jason but cannot remember, and he was not very good. He also didn't understand English well so it made it hard to let him know what I wanted. When he was doing my nails I asked for square and he starting doing them round and on top of that he had filed them so they were slanted and not straight. I was trying to show him politely and he just got frustrated and got up and told another tech to do my nails. So then she comes over annoyed but does files them all pretty good and then starts to paint my nails and does two coats but you could still see the nail underneath as some colors need three coats. I asked her if she could do a third coat and she was annoyed, laughed and then spoke in her language to the guy who was doing my nails first. She did it but it was so rude and I felt really bad the whole time when I am the paying customer and they are my nails that I have to live with for the next two weeks so if I politely ask to file straight or do another coat I shouldn't feel bad about it and treated rudely. I have NEVER had a nail tech be anything but nice and accommodating when requesting anything. This turned me off big time and motivated me to let people know because this is no way to be treated when you're getting a service like this and politely asking for something to be fixed. I'm very disappointed in this nail salon. I've been here twice with my first set of gel looking terrible less than two weeks. Upon my second visit, the gel was lifting after TWO days. When I informed the owner, she told me their their gel polish usually last a week and said it was time for me to get my nails done. Keep in mind, I had already come back after the first day to fix one that was messed up. Sides of nails were not painted equally. I was offered a small $5 discount to sit and PAY (after already paying $72) for a gel mani/pedi... have you ever heard of gel nail polish with a shelf life of a week? Coincidentally looking at their reviews of their sister nail salon have similar reviews. I will not be returning. Being a new salon, you should be concerned about retaining customers. read more
