I have gone a couple times when I am in town to get acrylic nails. I Usually get crazy designs so the guy does my nails. I think he is the owner but he is super sweet and likes to make jokes and makes you feel welcomed. The times I have gone he has always done a super good job. Especially for requesting nails that are XL and crazy designs he is the one to go to! I have never experienced the other staff but I definitely recommend the Male nail artist. read more

Never again will I go there!!! They had the water scalding hot when I put my feet in their water tub. I pulled them out quickly and told them it was way too hot, and they seem my red feet. They told me to just wait for it to cool down!! After ten minutes of sitting there I told them again that the water was still too hot, so one of the girls got a bucket and scooped some water out of it and then told me that it's better. It was still extremely hot, but it was only on my feet and not my ankles so I was able to at least tolerate it. When the other lady came to do my pedicure, she took two swipes on the bottom of my feet with the emory board, then put a hot towel on my feet, then painted my toenails, leaving polish all over my toes!!! The total time that was spent on my feet was 9 minutes!! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. When it first opened I was a regular. I have been given gift certificates and have given them to other people. The owners hate what they do and take it out on their unsuspecting customers. One owner has a good time with a cat and mouse game type scam. You think you are paying the advertised rate and then it's changed at check out. He then argues and tries to make the customers feel bad, like it's their fault. He relishes in the enjoyment of it. Cold water pedicures. Abrasive. Filthy and disgusting. Rude unhappy ugly people. Everybody talks about it in Prosser and wishes there was another salon. They only accept cash and I bet my bottom dollar they pay zero taxes. Maybe someone unhappy enough should turn them in... Well, their reviews speak for themselves. read more

I've gone to Paradise plenty of times before and have never been dissatisfied with their work... until today. I asked for something less complex and as someone who likes to go the simple route with nail designs, I was super excited to get them done! I had this exact picture out the entire time for the nail tech to reference, and the outcome was a complete disappointment. Not sure how someone can still manage to mess up even after having this picture in front of them. I've always had an issue with their pricing so what I had to pay for these didn't make me feel any better. DO NOT GO!!! SCAM!! They used to be decent a couple years ago, however that is not the case anymore. They are extremely rude and rip people off. They switched back and forth between people and did not sanitize the table. I was very clear about what I wanted ($33 full set) for two girls. He asked me what I wanted them to look like so I told him a regular French tip and showed him a picture of a diamond pattern for the ring finger. He then charged me 80 dollars for the nails with the diamonds and 70 dollars for the other set with no diamonds. 80 dollars for a 30 minute job. The girls complained of their fingers hurting and burning for three days because of how much the rough them up and never even applied lotion or cuticle oil. When I questioned him how they went from 33 to 70 he claimed that he went off what the picture looked like. He said the picture had pink nail beds and gel polish and so that is why he upgraded me to the most expensive thing on the menu called ombré... she never even got ombré..... so not sure why he picked that. Ps. The picture did not have pink nail beds ... After reminding him that I said I want a regular French tip, he proceeds to tell me that they don't do regular anymore. This was not ever told to me.... so apparently instead of giving me what I ordered he just decided for me to get the most expensive service on the menu. I got a pedicure and my water was cold the entire time. I paid extra for the mud mask and all the did was wipe a little strip on my shin for 30 seconds and then just washed it off. One of the girl's toes had polish all over the toes and only got one coat. It looked like a little kid painted them. After talking to some other locals, I found out this is pretty common practice now. When I tried to resolve the issue he blamed me and would not make it right. I will never return. read more

I like my nails but charging an extra $35 for just GEL polish on the basic pedi that is $30 itself should be illegal ! Most places just charge $5 more for gel polish so I thought oh okay it's gonna be $35 for the basic+gel. So if you want to pay $60-$75 on a pedi this is your place ..... read more

Absolutely horrible experience. I used to go here all the time and it was decent. After two years, I finally got a "mom day" and was able to go back and get a pedi and acrylics. Absolutely awful job. The entire experience was rushed and far too expensive. The pictures speak for themselves... I won't go back. read more

SO EXPENSIVE!!! I got a set of dip nails and my daughter got a simple shellac. $75. My dip didn't even last 10 days. The staff is unfriendly, and obviously didn't do a great job since it didn't last. My first time there, I made an appt for a pedi and a full set of nails. I got the classic pedi, it was ok, no massage just a lot of rubbing, my toes looked nice when done. As I was sitting there I realized how dirty the bowls were, they had the plastic liners but as people were coming and going the chairs nor the bowl were wiped down or sanitized in any way. I was moved over to the nail stations (they have 6) and all of them were filthy dirty, dusty and cluttered. The arm rest on the table top was duct taped and gross. I should of gotten up, paid for my pedi and left but I stayed. The same gal that did my pedi did my nails, from start to finish (during my nails) she left me 6 x to do other things for other clients, and answered the phone at least 10x. A few times she went to paint someone's toes and came right back to me without washing her hand etc. Needless to say my full set took twice as long as it should have. In end my nails did look great, she did a good job, but would I go back. HELL NO, it was filthy, the floors were filthy the whole place was filthy. There were 3 people working and at one point had 5 clients being worked on. They bounce around a lot from client to client. One pedi customer, who had an appt, soaked her feet for over a half hour before anyone started working on her. It appears they double and triple book, from the looks of it, they were busy and had people calling to rebook, I am not sure why? During my 2 hours there, I never once saw an employee wash their hands between clients. read more

Gave this place 2 chances. Both times the techs were just flat out miserable to be around. Made me feel like an inconvenience. This place is filthy and they do not use proper sanitation. (I'm a cosmetologist...so I know a bit on this) First dip set I had here I was shocked that they don't clean the cuticle up or do a basic manicure before starting the dip...and they charged me $61!!!! My nails looked OK so I thought maybe it was just an off day. Now this is my second dip set. It looks like I have had this set for a whole week already because of how far from the cuticle the color is and I just left the salon! Uneven. Messy...didn't even take the time to clean up the spots on the skin. My skin underneath is bonded to my nails. And on top of all this the tech cut me deep enough to draw blood multiple times with the drill. You think she stopped to sanitize the drill bit? Or even tend to the cuts? Hell no. After coming in to have a nail fixed and a pedicure done, I'm leaving in the middle. The staff was not super friendly at first but they warmed up later and when the lady went to do my pedicure she didn't even remove all of my previous polish so it kept showing through the new color. After having them "fix it" aka putting more polish instead of just removing the color and starting over it still came through on several toes. They were also quick to make comments about the quality of the other salon when they had found out that my original set was done elsewhere. Over all the nail work is nice and good enough but the overall impression was mixed. Plus their overall prices are higher here too. read more

My cousin and I did not have a pleasant experience. They were busy and they did get us right in. However the water for your pedicure and manicure was cold. They used the same manicure soaking water for both my cousin and I. I had jell polish on my toes so they drummeled it off but then did not buff my nails, they just pained over it leaving each nail looking very rough. I got the gel polish for my manicure and there are air bubbles on each nail. I've never seen that happen before. I could not have felt less cared about. I do not recommend this salon. I will NEVER return to this place. They charged me $60 for black gel nails with a cheap design. THEY CHARGED ME $18 DOLLARS ALONE FOR A STILETTO SHAPE AND DID NOT EVEN NOTIFY ME THERE WAS AN EXTRA CHARGE, THAT'S RIDICULOUS. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere because you are better off going to any other nail salon in the Valley or even an independent artist who does a really good job for fair prices. Oh but the one good thing is they give you a complimentary drink, but even with the money they charge you can use that to buy yourself an actual case of drinks, plus a bomb nail set elsewhere. read more

Went in as a walk in because their phone wasnt working, it would send straight to voicemail. Since we just walked in we had to wait for about 2 hours. We needed 2 fill ins. The first of us got told that the nails were too bad and needed to be completely replaced. We agreed and removed them not knowing they charge 10 dollars on top of the 55 for the whole set. On the second person we Got charged 40 dollars for a nail repair and fill in ONLY. The condition of both sets of nails were exactly the same but the guy chose to replace the first one and not the second. Obviously both sets were in good contitions before walking in. Dreadful pedicure - the guy doesn't know how to do pedicures; no cuticle trim, no heel scrub and the "massage" was painful. He had the personality of an urchin and didn't smile once. He seemed preoccupied and definitely did not like what he was doing. He kept pushing on my shin continuously even after I said to stop. I gave this place two tries to get it right.
