Went here several times for pedicures. On a couple of occasions the gentleman who owns the business was too rough during my pedicure and I had to let him know he was hurting me. I went there on 9/20/25 and the shop was busy. Although I had made an appointment for my pedicure this same gentleman proceeded to rush through my service. In the process he cut my big toe while trimming the nail. My toe hurt for a couple days and then started to feel better on the 3rd day. One day later it began to hurt again. Five days after my pedicure service I saw a doctor and was diagnosed with an infection in my toe. I'm now on penicillin and antibacterial ointment and still having pain. I decided to post this because this gentleman needs to be more careful and slow down when performing services that can result in injury and infection. He is a licensed professional and should know this already. Will never go back to this shop. read more

Arrived a few minutes early for my afternoon appointment and they took me right away. Lots of colors to choose from and the pedicure chairs are great massage chairs. Super clean with Covid protocols (technicians wear masks; plexiglass screens between chairs). Prices are reasonable for the area ($24 or $28 spa pedicure)--I splurged and added the wax foot mask for $6. Worth it! Then I got a French tip gel manicure. Great quality, not too thick. The staff are nice (looks like a family owned shop - all ages men and women techs), friendly, concerned about the customer. I will be back. Great experience. read more

Got my nails done last week and asked for stiletto, they are more closer to an almond in my opinion. To be honest I don't have a problem with that, I have a problem with the quality. I am a stay at home wife and two of my nails have just popped off (not even snapped, completely came off) within only a week. I had an appt on Friday 7/29 at 2pm. I arrived about 10 minutes early to pick a color, etc. I was sat down at a station on time, but then I was left alone for about 10 minutes until the gentleman came back to work on my fill. I get acrylic nails and have for YEARS. I have been going to Viva Nails recently since it is close to home and they are open weekends. I will say this place has declined SO MUCH since Brittany is no longer working due to having her baby (Congrats to her). The husband and wife team in charge now are the reason I will not be returning. I asked for a fill. I was told I NEEDED a new set. I was then foiled up to remove the old nails, and asked if he could just 'pop them off' with another nail. More time efficient and I don't mind the pain. He said no, they need to soak. So while I sat for another 20 minutes and 'soaked' he eventually came back to me and ended up using a another nail to just pop them off. So wasting more of my time. He started to drill and work on my nails and took 5 phone calls while sitting at my station, stopping each time to write down the callers information for future appts. Again, I am just sitting and waiting. I asked him 3 times to make my nails shorter, since he had not cut them yet after removing the old set. He never cut them down. He finished doing what he could for me and went to do someone's pedicure, letting me know his wife would be with me soon. Another 10 minutes waiting. Once she sat down, she answered another 3 phone calls, taking time away to help those 'customers' who are not currently in front of them. She put on my new set and I asked them to be SHORT. I repeated this 3 times to her, and had already told her husband 3 times as well. I always get my nails super short and this is not my first time having them do my nails. She finally cut my nails but only the sides, which I thought was odd. I asked again if they would be shorter and she said, "Yes, after we file them." So I have asked for SHORT 6 times and am now 'trusting their process". When all was said and done, I had COFFIN NAILS, longer than I like for a fresh fill/set. I was ignored and left to sit and wait while they attended to people not in the shop and then she wanted to Charge me way more than the prices are listed. She said my total was $56. I asked for what and was told for a new set. I said your sign says New Acrylic set $33. She then said I asked for Coffin Nail, $3 according to her sign. I Very adamantly said I never asked for Coffin and my nails are too long. But at this point I have been here for an hour & a half for a FILL. She said she would not charge for the coffin shape and now I owe $46. Still more than the new set price on the sign. I asked again, why so much. She advised I got gel nail (I always do) and that is more money on top of the new nail set. So $13 for gel polish, seems a bit much to me. I normally get a GEL fill here and my total $32 + tip for reference. She argued with me in front of 6 pedicure customers and two ladies waiting for their turn to get nails. I said that if they are going to make customer get a new set they need to make sure they are communicating all the upcharges they plan on handing out. I never asked for a new set, never asked for coffin shape, and have never been charged $13 for gel polish. In the entire time I was there, I never complained or asked how much longer, or made any comments at all. I sat, I waited and was treated like I didn't matter. At one point she said to me, "you work today?" I said no and she advised they are not slow in the morning, I should come in the AM. I called, I had an appt. I was not a walk in. Anyways. Its been 3 days and I am still annoyed so I decided to share. I wont be back to this location. They need to think about their customer service for customers who are currently in the salon, paying customers. read more

They do not require masks be worn over nose. They have removed partitions that were placed between customers, so now customers are sitting right next to each other, within 2 feet. The day we were there, three of the six customers had their masks under their nose, one only pulled her mask up that far as we approached. We did not notice these things until after we were sat down. Quality fluctuates too much to be worth the price. Additionally, the constant barking from the dog groomer next door does not make this place a relaxing environment. This place turns self care into a dreaded chore and I leave feeling more stressed than when I arrived. read more

Literally the worst experience I've ever had. Last time I was here I needed a gel powder fill. One of my nails were cracked so I needed it replaced. The lady with the shorter black hair took the triangle shaped nail clippers that they use to take off the nail and proceeded to PINCH AND CUT INTO MY FINGER UNDERNEATH MY FINGER NAIL AND MADE ME BLEED. She hurt me a few more times after that too with the filing tools. She made my nails extremely thick and uneven to the point where I almost started laughing because I couldn't take it seriously. My two thumbnails don't look the same whatsoever. Oh and she also asked me how long it's been since my last fill, I told her 2 and a half weeks because I go every time I get paid (the 5th and the 20th) and then she rudely told me she thinks it's been longer lol. I was scared to go back but I figured I would give it another shot and just show them where they messed up last time and tell them how I wanted them to not cut me this time and thought that they would be understanding about it and fix them. I made an appointment for 2 pm. I walked in there on time and the lady asked what I needed and I told her I had an appointment for 2 pm today for a gel powder fill. She had just started on a different customer and had me sit at the table beside them and had me pick a color but I just told her I wanted the one I got last time. I waited for 15 mins and watched as they started two pedicures before taking me. At this time, my mom, who is one of their regular customers came in to make an appointment for herself. I was excited to see her and started talking to her. When I told her that my appointment was at 2 she was very upset and confronted the ladies about how badly they did my nails last time and asked them to do my nails as nicely as they did hers (because they try really hard with my mom). She also made a comment about how long I've been waiting and how they took other people before me even though I had an appointment. They were embarrassed and changed their attitude, booked my mom an appointment and then she left. Once she left they acted like nothing happened. I waited for 20 more minutes and then left because I was worried about being late for work. All in all, they value their older customers more and act like they don't give a crap about people that are quieter and younger. The people that point out every little thing that they don't like is the people who's butts they kiss. I never wanted to say anything before or be rude because I know they're busy and I notice their irritation when people make comments but the last two times I've been there, the service and the job they did was absolutely TERRIBLE and unacceptable. I'm always very nice and respectful and I tip well and I just really don't understand why I was treated like that. When I had told her that I've been waiting for 35 mins even though my appointment was at 2 and I'm leaving, she didn't offer to reschedule or apologize or anything. She just said "thank you" lol. I really enjoyed the experience of getting my nails done here and I was satisfied with the end result. It's clean and they have a lot of colors and styles to choose from. The staff was quick, but detailed and wanted to make sure I was happy with my nails. There were children getting their nails done and the staff was patient and great with them, would be a fun birthday idea! Other people in the store were also commenting about how much they liked it there and it appeared to have several regulars. I'm looking forward to going back to try waxing. I had a pedicure here 3 weeks ago. The guy actually filed off the side of my left foot with the grater. A deep cut about 1"-1/12 wide. It bled ALOT! It is still opening up and oozing and sticking to my the inside of my sock. Very painful! He cut my right foot twice around my toes. So I walked out of there with both feet bloody! It's time for a new pedicure but need to wait for my feet to heal. So if you want to walk out of there with bloody painful feet, go ahead! Never again! read more

Had a spa pedicure for $20. A bargain for the service provided. Large comfortable chairs with massage. Long soak, back massage, cuticle cleanup, hot towels, leg and foot massage. Base coat, two coats of color and top coat. No bumps, ridges or problems as yelped before. Their Children are there but are very sweet and helpful. The current owners have upgraded the furnishings and offer more variety of services from colored gel powders to new pedi massage chairs with a variety of minerals. I have come to this place for four years now. However my last trip in will be my last trip ever! I went in with a friend, and we got put in the Manny Petty chairs right away... while we were sitting there more people came in, and we're getting their services done while we sat and waited! Almost felt like they were more worried about money coming in the door then the repeat customer money that were sitting in the chair prior to the mad rush! We waited patiently and when I went to get my manicure, done by one of the owners, I mentioned that my previous manicure lasted only three days! She was actually the one Who had done it before. She did not seem to care and essentially blamed it on me that the gel nail polish peeled off! When I went to pay I asked again about getting a discount on this one since the prior one was an epic failure! She took five dollars off then ask me if I wanted to leave her a tip. I said definitely not and stated I would never come back and my friends who go there we'll get some word-of-mouth advertising from me to not go there anymore either. Nice place. The chairs are newer and all the massage buttons work! Came here with my daughter who's 6 and they were kid friendly. Seems like they have quite a bit of regulars. Prices are market price. $25 for standard but you can upgrade. I upgraded to the $35 and glad I did. $15 for a child pedicure. Lots of nice nail colors. It's clean inside. Plenty of parking. Decided to get a pedi because I didn't have time to get one prior to traveling to TC from Denver. Actually my pedi turned out pretty good, but the vibe was just odd. Mom decided to get a fill and the technician removed her polish started the process and then 2 more people walked in. She sits them at other stations then left my mom sitting there unfinished while she did 2 complete manicures. Another employee finally showed up, said I was at Costco (ok, didn't really care) then sat down and started to assist, not bothering to wash her hands or prep herself prior to doing so. Gross! Finally I am done and mom gets done but now I have to wait because her polish was still drying. I get that they wanted to help everyone who walked in but they should have finished in the order of arrival. In addition it must have been bring your child to work day because this little boy was running around and completely distracting from what I wanted to be a relaxing experience. Granted the words 'spa and salon' are not in the name, but I still wanted some relaxation, not having a conversation with a toddler. They also don't use liners in the basins for their pedis which I usually stay away from. Sadly few options in West Richland, I will just make sure I get my nails done in Denver prior to traveling home again. read more

This place is close to my home so I thought I'd try it. My daughters and I got gel manicures and they did a wonderful job on all of us. There were only three people working, it's a family owned shop, so it took a little time to get in but they took their time and and didn't rush even though our appointments went past closing. They have two children so if you go during the weekend I'm sure you'll see them. This wasn't a problem for me as I like knowing I'm supporting a mom and pop store. Will be going back. read more
