We booked our pedicures online, and when we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. The front desk staff quickly checked us in using an iPad, and as they were doing so, they asked if we'd like a foot massage with our pedicures. We said yes, and we declined everything that was offered after that . The staff uses mini walkie-talkies to communicate. We were seated and given a sheet to choose our pedicure. That's when I noticed that what we were offered was extra services to the pedicure. Depending on the type of pedicure, a basic foot massage is included. So, we decided on keeping additional minutes for foot massage. After we picked our pedicure, the staff got to work, ensuring we were happy with everything. The salon was clean and welcoming, and on the day I visited, everyone was wearing Seahawks jerseys, which was a nice touch. They also have alcoholic beverages for sale, an ATM on-site, and live music entertainment. Overall, the experience was great, maybe get rid of automatically offering add-ons before you even start. I was visiting from out of town and made an appointment for a mani/pedi. When I arrived I was hit with a bunch of questions: Extra Massage, it's $15. Deluxe Manicure with massage, it's $15. Regular or Gel Polish, it's extra. I declined all the add ons. My manicure ($39) was done in 15 minutes. My pedicure ($49) was done in 25. I chose the upgraded "mask" pedicure but don't recall a mask being applied. I did receive a discount for paying in cash: $84 total. I was asked to rate the visit and gave them and gave a "good" when asked what could have been done to make it better, I told them it was exactly as I expected a mani/pedi to be. Nothing outstanding about it. Other things that went into my decision: they were very flat with upselling to me, but with others they explained the upsell. They offered drinks to others who arrived. I was not offered anything. My nail tech was having a conversation with anyone group of employees behind me. She did say anything to me besides what I wanted for my service. I will not be back in the area, but if I was, I would not visit this salon again. read more

Had a gel manicure and pedicure. Asked for gel polish to be taken off and just a clear coat put on my toes. The tech spent probably 20 seconds filing my nails! I asked him to do them again. no two nails are the same! my pedicure is a disgrace! The toe nails again are all different. Didn't clean under the nail which all techs should do. The worst service I have ever had, anywhere and I've been to a lot of places! They charged me $108.00 for the services. I will pay anything for a service that has been done well. I got seen right away with no reservation. They have an iPad with a photo album of color ideas to look at and they bring you a palette to choose from. I got just a regular manicure and pedicure which was about $39 each. Quite Expensive. Since I posted to Instagram story and tagged them I received 10% off. They have an option for tip if you pay with your card, or you can leave cash. There is also an atm there. My manicure turned out good and clean but ending up chipping just days later. My pedicure was nice as well, just the polish was a little messy and toes were cut not the straightest so that was disappointing. The foot massage was very nice and felt good. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I've gotten a better pedicure before elsewhere so I likely won't be back. This was just for a spur of the moment while on vacation I stopped here. read more

Poor quality at a VERY high price. Four of us got mani/pedis. Lots of issues with quality and our bill was right about $450. This did not include tip. No up front prices. I've been using T20 for years now. A great salon with terrific service. Tammi is my girl!

I would not recommend this nail salon. I was overcharged for services I didn't ask for or agree to, and nothing was confirmed with me beforehand. On top of that, the tech cut into my cuticles so badly that I left with bleeding fingers. When I came back to speak to the manager about a refund, I was met with extreme rudeness and zero accountability. It's unacceptable for a business to treat customers this way, especially after I had an appointment at 2pm and didn't even get helped until 3pm. Save yourself the money and stress, go somewhere that values their clients and practices proper hygiene and customer service. Not to mention after the "owner" called back to say he spoke to the "owner", we found out he lied about his authority and was actually the manager. I honestly feel bad for the nail tech who did my nails, she was extremely shaky and looked like she hadn't had a break all day. This is extremely telling of the business you run. read more

some of their techs do a decent job, but the upcharge for everything - I mean EVERY STEP of the process of acrylics is insane! A fill is $45, but need your nails trimmed down? extra. Want to adjust the shape? extra. Cuticles trimmed? Extra. Remove old polish? Extra. These all used to be included in the total. They also won't give you a total before you start, because they'll try upcharging you with add-ons you'd think were included, but aren't. Go in thinking $45 for a fill, come out with a tab of $75+ for no fancy designs or anything special. Over these salons. read more

This was my first visit. I appreciated that they welcomed a walk-in since it was a spur-of-the-moment decision to get a pedicure. Upfront, I was asked if I wanted to pay extra for 10 minutes massage time on top of the regular pedicure. OF COURSE I said yes! Music to my ears after having been on my feet all day. But I was tired and not paying attention so I didn't catch what happened next -- Lam put on the polish and gave me a ten minute massage of my calves! NOT my feet! Not fair! I didn't say anything because I felt like it was my fault for not calling him on it before he applied the polish. But I felt sort of cheated. He phoned it in and I fell for it. I was very impressed with Danny. My mom has Alzheimer's and is hard of hearing. Her Toenails were thick and very long. I have been unable to get her toenails clipped even at the doctor's office. I was greeted within seconds of walking in the door! Their easy to use, online scheduling system made perfect for a last-minute, same day appointment, that worked with my schedule. Have been there twice now. 2 separate pedicures that were just okay. I think you need to know who to request because my friend had a good one. Mine barely shaped my nails, couldn't get the polish off (regular glitter polish) so he decided to use the drill - caused pain and heat on my toes. Then got one of the worst dip manicures I have ever had. 2 layers of dip that were so thin they all broke within days. nice place. very well run and pretty, just not worth my money or time to go back. read more

I went to this nail salon and just needed a fill. Their acrylic instantly starting burning which means they use cheap products and charge quite high. My fingertips were on fire and I couldn't continue to let him even file them or finish. I figured I'd be fair and pay for just putting the acrylic on. The guy said it would be $28!!! Then he took off $10 which was still absolutely ridiculous. I get a fill and my normal place (Road 68 nails) with gel polish for $30. He then got really defensive and started to argue.
