I think she was trying to break up the product, but in the process she broke my natural nails as well. Needless to say, the service went downhill from there and I was back only 6 days after having gotten my new dipped nails (on much shorter nails due to aforementioned damage) because they were chipped and cracked. I did get a refund but after I removed the product myself by slowly soaking them off (I didn't want them to do anything else with my nails), noticed damage on my nail bed as well. The salon was clean and welcoming, and on the day I visited, everyone was wearing Seahawks jerseys, which was a nice touch. They also have alcoholic beverages for sale, an ATM on-site, and live music entertainment. Overall, the experience was great, maybe get rid of automatically offering add-ons before you even start. The regulars know about this, but for first-timers, it's not a good way to add charges.

Nothing outstanding about it. Other things that went into my decision: they were very flat with upselling to me, but with others they explained the upsell. They offered drinks to others who arrived. I was not offered anything. My nail tech was having a conversation with anyone group of employees behind me. She did say anything to me besides what I wanted for my service. The mail filer, buffing block, and nail instruments were used. I asked her if any of those items were clean/sanitized. She laughed. I looked at her waiting for her response she said yes. As shown in the pic they reuse everything. Typically, they bring the nail instruments in a sanitized sealed bag. Here she brought it in a box like she just finished using it with a previous customer. If you're looking for cleanliness/sanitation protocols that this facility offers this is not the place. RUN I will never be coming back my health is more important. Cassidy performed a gentle scalp analysis and we spoke about issues I've had with my scalp in the past. She followed this by a soothing oil head massage and a cleansing masking ritual on a very comfortable warm spa bed. The scalp massages were very relaxing using different techniques and treatments. The products used during my treatment smelled so good and my hair and scalp feel so soft clean and refreshed. We ended with another scalp analysis to see my scalp unclogged and clean followed by my hair blown dry. (So appreciated) Cassidy is very gentle and has created a lovely spa space to enjoy.
