The front desk staff…read morequickly checked us in using an iPad, and as they were doing so, they asked if we'd like a foot massage with our pedicures. We said yes, and we declined everything that was offered after that . The staff uses mini walkie-talkies to communicate. We were seated and given a sheet to choose our pedicure. That's when I noticed that what we were offered was extra services to the pedicure. Depending on the type of pedicure, a basic foot massage is included. So, we decided on keeping additional minutes for foot massage. After we picked our pedicure, the staff got to work, ensuring we were happy with everything. The salon was clean and welcoming, and on the day I visited, everyone was wearing Seahawks jerseys, which was a nice touch. They also have alcoholic beverages for sale, an ATM on-site, and live music entertainment. Overall, the experience was great, maybe get rid of automatically offering add-ons before you even start. The regulars know about this, but for first-timers, it's not a good way to add charges.

Deluxe Manicure with massage, it's $15. Regular or Gel Polish, it's extra. I declined all the add ons. My manicure ($39) was done in 15 minutes. My pedicure ($49) was done in 25. I chose the upgraded "mask" pedicure but don't recall a mask being applied. I did receive a discount for paying in cash: $84 total. I was asked to rate the visit and gave them and gave a "good" when asked what could have been done to make it better, I told them it was exactly as I expected a mani/pedi to be. Nothing outstanding about it. Other things that went into my decision: they were very flat with upselling to me, but with others they explained the upsell. They offered drinks to others who arrived. I was not offered anything. My nail tech was having a conversation with anyone group of employees behind me. She did say anything to me besides what I wanted for my service. I will not be back in the area, but if I was, I would not visit this salon again.

Even though I showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted and then charged me 68$! At my normal place I pay 45$ max . On top of that she was rude and anytime I said anything her response was "I know" and I told her I was on my lunch break and she was on her phone off and on for about 20 minutes

This mediocre nail salon has a fresh hustle I've never seen at a salon before, it's worth sharing…read more So there I was...I walked in and they tell you gel only for all services, which to that I said ok fine. Weird to not offer the option to customers as nail salon, but no worries and I didn't even blink at it. Then my feet are in the pedicure bowl, they proceed to increase the already not competitive pricing ($30 for a base pedicure, and then $32 for a manicure), with an additional $15 per service. I asked why, they said because of the gel color. It's brilliant really, I mean they nipped me for an extra $30 off of a simple Mani-Pedi, no acrylic, no designs, just your basic cleanup and color. And as a busy working mom who hasn't carved time out for a Mani-Pedi in months, out of desperation I agreed to it. So if you're seeking meh work and language barriers, served up with a side of money grabbing, an argument, plus an invitation to leave for asking questions, this is the spot for you!!
