Shout out to Eric. He did my manicure and pedicure. He sang the whole time, consulted with me, kept checking with him, and ultimately was really cool. When he was doing my nails, I got to joke with him some. He did an awesome job and was really just so super cool. He chose the color black for my heart. It's my fav color, so I let it ride, but it makes me think what he got going on, lol. It's a big establishment, all male employees (not an issue just never saw that before). I was looking at everyone else's hands and feet for comparison, and everyone's stuff looked great. They have so many colors to pick from. I walked in, and they saw me right away. I did go in at 10 when they opened. By 11, they were getting pretty full.

This was my first time here. very impressed. very clean wasnt busy got right in. just wanted a gel manicure Lanith did a great job and even had a conversation. which is important to me. This is my new nail place, I will be back

I loved my experience! I recently got my nails done in Lex and I was so disappointed. I came here to fix them and they did. The nail tech asked me questions about my nails every step of the way! He did the length, shape, and color I wanted. The price wasn't terrible considering I got the old extensions and SNS removed, new extensions and a new color. The only reason it wasn't 5 is because during their busy times I feel rushed but I understand. I will not stray from this salon again.

Horrible experience! Missed bunch of steps while doing nails! Asked them to fix it and they refused.Crooked,dry plus old color is still on

clear polish coming off completely after only two day. They didn't cap my nails so the tips are completely white

Horrible salon, went in to get a simple design on acrylics. They told me at first they could do what I wanted and could do it on regular polish then changed it two more times saying they had to do it a different way just trying to up the price. The prices they ask for are way overpriced and all they do is bs you. I got my nails done without design but in two days the nail polish was already coming off and we're already dull looking. I will never be back to this salon

There were streaks in the polish part of my nails didn't have polish on them and it didnt even last 1 week before chipping and pealing

I took my daughter for a mother/daughter pedicure, and we had a good experience. We didn't have an appointment, so I expected a bit of a wait. But we didn't have to wait long, and the service was great. We're very happy with how our toes look. read more

I can't say enough good things about this nail salon. My first trip there and I had a gel overlay by a gentleman that is a true master at this craft! My nails are perfect, he was extremely careful with my cuticles and it was a very comfortable manicure. I don't wear polish so he put a clear coat over the gel and each nail is exactly the same as the rest. They are gorgeous and I am very picky. I will be a return customer. :) read more

I'm pretty sure I've been to every nail salon in Frankfort. Paradise Nails has given me the best pedicure, by far. Unfortunately, I can't comment on their work with fingernails. I asked for a polish change on my nails & a full pedicure for my toes. While my feet were soaking in the warm bath, the nail tech removed the polish from my nails & filed them. But she didn't paint them. Then she started the pedicure. I kept expecting her to return to my fingernails at any moment, but she never did. She completed my pedicure, which I was very happy with. Then she said, "okay, let's paint your nails." I declined. Fingernails take much longer to dry than toenails and I didn't want to sit around for another 20 minutes waiting on my nails to dry, especially since I was there on my lunch break. I'm used to the fingernails being painted first so that they can be drying while I'm getting the pedicure. So, that was weird and I wasn't happy that my nails didn't get painted, but the pedicure was awesome. I'll definitely return. read more

Yesterday was my first time visiting paradise nails. I will definitely be returning! The staff were extremely nice. They squeezed me in even though it was almost closing time and didn't rush through my pedicure because of it. The girl did a great job. It's super clean and I have nothing but positive things to say. Happy feet. :) read more

Went with friends before a wedding to get our nails done. Most of their manicures had chipped before the end of the day. They were lucky. I ended up with three small chucks taken out of my finger tips that burned like crazy and one ended up getting infected. Never ever again. read more

First I will mention that I have had several manicures and pedicures in my life. I've been to this place twice before and was mostly pleased. This time I had a different person working on me for the mani/pedi. She was very rough. If you know what an ingrown nail feels like, I had several of these on my hands and one of my big toes. I am shocked that they didn't get infected. She used a motorized buffing tool for the mani (on my natural nails). It kind of hurt and it nicked my cuticles causing bleeding on a couple of nails. She put some kind of gel on the ones that bled. That was concerning for obvious reasons. I actually think she was using the tool as a quick way to remove cuticles and not to smooth out the nails. A week or two later when my nails started to grow out, I realized the buffing tool had ground away so much of my nail that I had a deep ridge on every single fingernail all the way across! I thought about calling to speak with the owner, but there is the problem of the language barrier. Mani/pedis should be fun and relaxing and this was not. I will not go back to this place unfortunately. read more

I had a 4 pm appointment with Tyson. I had seen his work and really looked forward to him doing my nails prior to vacay. I arrived and was told Tyson was running behind could someone else get my pedicure started. I said yes as long as Tyson did my design. The basin was full of water and she told me to put my feet in. The water was ice cold. She said they didn't have any hot water. That was fun. She was rough and hateful. I confirmed Tyson would do my design. I was told there wasn't time for designs in my big toes. I informed her my appointment was with Tyson and included designs. She asked to see the design, it was a palm tree silhouette. She said no that wouldn't work. My big toe wasn't big enough. I've had a lot of designs and never been told what I picked wouldn't work. I didn't want a life size tree or anything. I told her I'd find something else. Again I asked if Tyson would do my design but no answer. The basic pedicure was to include an 8 min massage but i didn't get a massage at all and noticed after i got home i was charged $15 more than basic massage. Maybe cold water was extra. Tyson came back to look at my design and said he was running behind but would find someone to do the designs. Another did my nails and toe design. He did okay and tried really hard. I was just really by disappointed I had an appointment with Tyson that wasn't kept. It's really convenient to where I live but I'll not be back. I don't understand why they are so busy. They are expensive, I was more than willing to pay for Tyson, but didn't get him. read more

After my first bad experience with the rude ladies in the salon, I should've taken my business to another salon that values the customers money. Today I fired this salon due to waiting for an hour and being skipped 3 times before I left upset. One lady signed her name left then came back, the second and third person was taken before me because nail tech can't perform a fill in..? A WASTE OF TIME AND OVER CHARGED.!!! My nails turned out better than expected! Absolutely recommend. They're opening a location in Georgetown and I'll be sure to visit! Molika did an amazing job on my acrylic nails w/ gel polish. I am so happy with the customer service and with Molika! She made sure I was happy with my nails during each step. Will go back and set my appointment with Molika for sure!! read more

Haven't been to paradise nails in awhile but service was pretty quick,my nail tech was super friendly and she did a really good job on my nails! She actually took the time with them and didn't rush to file them smooth like another place here in Frankfort did which leaves the nail bumpy,will definitely be back. read more
