I stopped by Lee & Ann's for a manicure and pedicure from a co-worker's recommendation. I didn't have a scheduled appointment, but a huge sign read "walk-ins are welcomed." I was greeted immediately upon entry, asked which services I wanted, and directed to select a nail polish color. The environment was festive with a television playing the CBS news station. Other patrons were happily chatting with nail technicians and one another. I was directed to a pedicure chair which also featured massage controls. The area was really clean and orderly. My nail tech was attentive and asked questions about nail health. My toe nails were cut short and she suggested that I grow them out more. The pedicure process was relaxing and thorough. She cleaned, rinsed, and sanitized the bowl while giving me a temporary set of flip flops to transition to the nail table. I selected maroon for both my finger and toe nails. At one point, I believe the nail tech recommended gel polish for my toes, but I did not understand due to her accent. Again, she recommended gel polish for my fingernails and matched the colors with my toe nail colors. She said that gel polish lasted longer. While checking to ensure my nails were dry, she smudged the right pinky finger and worked to correct the error. Other than that, the session was relaxing and enjoyable. The lady doing nails in there is extremely rude. Treated me awful and talked to me like a child.

I called to make an appointment because I had a busy day. I was told they don't take appointments and I could come anytime. When I arrived, there were 3 nail tech, when the shop was big enough for 7, all were busy, and I was told to sit down and wait my turn. I asked how long and was told it would be 1 1/2 hours. They do a phenomenal job with mani/pedi. The wait tends to be long, because it's a small family business. It's worth your money and time! They greet you on the way in and the way out, which is appreciated! read more

This is my first Yelp review and let me tell you guys about my experience--IT WAS WONDERFUL! The staff there is AMAZING! I felt very guilty at first for walking in an hour before closing with my mom for a pedicure. I thought the nail people would be pissed. Especially since there was other clients getting there nails done. When I walked in there, I felt very welcomed and the staff were very friendly and interacting. I worked a short walk from them and even at 6pm they always accepted walk ins. I've seen them take ppl at 730 even though they close at 8pm. They are very nice and friendly. They do an awesome job AND they charge less than other nail salons! I recommend them to others all the time. Check them out for yourself. read more

I do not recommend. After 3 days 6 nails broke off Ann I guess I her name filed my nails way to thin. When I can back to get them fixed I was not greeted nor was I asked why was I back. It was about 15 minutes after arriving did someone speak to me ONLY because I received a phone call and I started complaining. When I left that shop 2 days later the other 4 nails broke from the original set. Why not fix them all?! I paid for gems that never got replaced he also left a silver bottom from a gem that broke off it looked tacky! I ended up going to my nail place and paying for a job well done. Me and my friend went to get our nails done and they were quick to get us seated but the service was awful. My nails were in rough condition from just coming back from a summer camp job, but the woman was rude and kept getting on me for something I couldn't help. My friend got gel done and she had black polish stuck all under her nails basically glueing them closed to her finger. Bad service and overall terrible job on the actual nails. What a cool place ! The owners Lee And Ann still work there that's really nice I think . They were super friendly and sweet . We were greated as we walked in , and could see all the customers looked to be very happy . The store was very clean and looked to be newly remodeled! They have a Huge parking area and they were very professional. This is my wife's favorite place to get her nails done . We will be back and we definitely Recommend. Lee & Ann nails is an amazing place to go to, they greet you as soon as you walk in the building. Lee does an excellent job on your nails, and always does them exactly how you would like them. My family has been going to lee & Ann for about 15 years or more.They have a large selection of polishes and gel polishes. The prices are well priced and not to high. read more

Horrible first you can't get what you want because they don't want to take the time to do it or do not know how. Second sanitation is disgusting they reuse sanding bands on everyone they are single use and should be discarded they reuse nail files which should also be discarded after a single use. Pedicures are horrible who asks if you want lotion on your legs of course I'm paying for a pedicure they don't take the time to be thorough. I would not recommend and I will not be back!!! read more

They ONLY do tips and acrylic. Asked for a simple sculpt, couldn't do that. Not sure if it's because they don't offer that service or don't know how, it wasn't made clear. Pricing on board is wrong AND they try to cheat you. They charge you 45 for GEL POLISH but they use regular acrylic and not gel acrylic.... this place is sad. This is my second time and I will never come back. read more

Na did an excellent job on my manicure/pedicure. She paid close attention to every detail and completed the job correctly the first time. The shop is much larger inside than it looks from the outside. Staff are very courteous and professional. read more
