Screens by Howie is reliable, fairly priced, and, the best part is he is willing to have a conversation (not an argument) if things aren't quite perfect. His screens fit very well. He and his son were very clean. If you have a large job, as we did, it would be good if someone took notes just so that things don't get confused. He gave us a nice discount (on top of already fair prices) for the amount of work that we gave him, and I appreciate it. 1. He returned our phone call promptly. 2. He kept the first appointment. He was on time. 3. He promised a bid by the next day. He texted a photo of the bid the following morning. 4. There was a mistake in our communication. He replaced two windows we said didn't need replacing. We talked it out and came to an agreement. We would pay him for the work he did because we thought his work was better than the work that was done before him. 5. He came back the same week to finish the two windows that were supposed to have been replaced. We added a third window that I forgot to mention. 6. He and his son were always very polite and respectful. Throughout the process, he was pleasant, agreeable, and more than willing to work out something in our favor after the miscommunication, but we refused. His work was fairly priced in the first place. Ok, I don't think you will find a better deal or better quality work anywhere for your screens. I called Howie and setup an appointment to re-screen all the screens on my 2 story house as well as re-build any that needed re-build. Howie and his son "T" were super polite, showed up on time with all necessary equipment, took great care not to dirty the house, and did a FANTASTIC job for way less money than others. They even fixed my sliding screen door for very little cost without having to replace it. The screen framing and screen material they used are top quality, not cheap plastic. Everything came out great. These guys remind me of what it's like to get honest hard working quality help. Don't even bother with the other guys.
