I've had several interactions with this company. I bought a spa from them years back and unfortunately had to keep communicating with them. The showroom staff is okay, but never return calls, grumpy and most of the time could care less you exist. After the showroom staff you get help from the corporate office, which amazingly is even worst. Do yourself a favor and buy from someone else. While Jack, in sales, was very nice and communicated well everything else associated with this company has been truly the worst in customer service. I would absolutely NOT recommend purchasing from them! We have worked with several Bullfrog dealers in other locations and have always found them excellent with sales, install, and most importantly, service. This company fails abysmally not just in service but basic communication. Our swim spa was installed Dec 5th. It arrived full of rain water, was missing several key components, and we were given no instructions nor training on its function. Once it was set in place we were literally on our own for getting it set up, filled, and operational. They had forgotten the cover lifters and it took several weeks and two tries for those to arrive and be installed properly. Management did address our frustrations initially which we appreciated but unfortunately things have not changed. It's taken almost two months to get an answer about getting the matching steps. Not to mention we still don't have accessories we purchased months ago. Last month the touch control pad failed so we have lost much functionality on our brand new spa. Took a couple weeks to even get someone to look at it and while we were assured the part would be ordered priority our repair appointment passed without a word. It took three phone calls and two emails on my part to discover the part is back ordered. The issue is still unresolved. We do understand supply chains are still disrupted and try to be understanding consumers. However there is nothing like purchasing an expensive product and getting terrible customer service to sour you on the experience. Unfortunately Paradise Valley Spas has a monopoly on the Bay Area so if you want a dealer who will have competitive pricing. respond promptly, or at all, we recommend looking outside of the area. read more

The first time he repaired a leaking water supply line in the tub. The second time he found the temp sensor problem right away and replaced it. He's very knowledgeable with years of experience. We had a problem getting it to start properly and service took a few days to come. But Jim came to fix it and get it operational and he was great. Hello, I have purchased a Sundance spa a little over two years and have had nothing but issues. The head rest always keep popping off. I have had to have the control board, the thermostat, water filter housing, main water pump replaced and the top is ruined from just normal California rain, unit developed mold from the leak and they just wiped it with a bleach rag and called it good. The unit is actively leaking and they can not find a repair for it. They have agreed to exchange the unit but at a cost of $650 for a handling fee....... I will never be purchasing from here or this brand again. I am very disappointed, i invested in a quality product but next time I will just have to go to Costco read more

Josh from Paradise Valley Spa came when scheduled and quickly diagnosed that one of our spas pumps had frozen up from rust. He came back three weeks later (again on time) with the new pump, installed it in an hour and all is well. We also asked him to replace our headrests, which he did. It's like a new spa now. Great service. No drama. I recommend Paradise Valley Spas highly, especially Josh. I'm sure we will be using them again the next time our spa has an issue. read more

I had an issue with the thermostat and called Paradise Valley Spas to come and take a look at it. Josh and Jim came and very quickly verified that the thermostat was not working properly and quickly replaced it. They came with all the tools and part required for the job and were quick, respectful and had a great attitude. They notified me that the issue was under warranty and left everything clean and tidy. We recently purchased our spa from Paradise Valley Spas in Cotati, CA. After waiting 3 months for delivery from order date, the spa finally arrived! We were so excited! We had an electrician do all the electrical necessary. After the spa got installed, something was not right, it was not working. We called for help and we actually went to Paradise Valley Spas in Cotati. Eric was very kind and immediately left the store and came to our home to check out the situation. Service like that is rare these days! Eric determined that the service technician needed to be called and scheduled it. The technician determined the problem and corrected it. Apparently there was some issue with the electrical installation. Even so, the technician corrected the problem with no additional charge. We have been extremely satisfied with all the personnel at Paradise Valley Spas in Cotati. They are exemplary. We highly recommend this business. read more
