We have worked with several Bullfrog dealers in other locations and have always found them excellent with sales, install, and most importantly, service. This company fails abysmally not just in service but basic communication. Our swim spa was installed Dec 5th. It arrived full of rain water, was missing several key components, and we were given no instructions nor training on its function. Once it was set in place we were literally on our own for getting it set up, filled, and operational. They had forgotten the cover lifters and it took several weeks and two tries for those to arrive and be installed properly. Management did address our frustrations initially which we appreciated but unfortunately things have not changed. It's taken almost two months to get an answer about getting the matching steps. Not to mention we still don't have accessories we purchased months ago. Last month the touch control pad failed so we have lost much functionality on our brand new spa. Took a couple weeks to even get someone to look at it and while we were assured the part would be ordered priority our repair appointment passed without a word. It took three phone calls and two emails on my part to discover the part is back ordered. The issue is still unresolved. We do understand supply chains are still disrupted and try to be understanding consumers. However there is nothing like purchasing an expensive product and getting terrible customer service to sour you on the experience. Unfortunately Paradise Valley Spas has a monopoly on the Bay Area so if you want a dealer who will have competitive pricing. respond promptly, or at all, we recommend looking outside of the area.

They serviced my pool on two weeks and they billed me for a month of service. The pool cleaning lady came out and did not even have experience with the equipment, cleaning person told me that my salt balance is off and asked her to are you going to adjust the the machine and she said that she does not know how to work it. I texted Seth and he said he does not all employees know how to adjust it and they all do a different job and not all have experience that is all in text. Then how are they going to keep my salt water adjusted properly. They do not send someone else to do it. Also there communication is terrible I texted Seth on few issues like some repair and replace a pump. Did not answer me till a few days after and said that he is sorry and but he is to busy and was not able to get to me. The future with this company would have been a disaster no experience for the employee with machines and equipment and bad communications. Also after two weeks not happy with service Seth says he is sticking me with the one year contract and trying to force me with 1800.00 dollars. Do not sign contract because they can give you terrible service and try to stick you with contract. He threatened me with the lawyer of suing me instead of trying to make matters better. Second... name one other pool company with this level of review. You can't because they mostly take advantage of owners - Juan is true, honest and fair. Delivers and is easy to work with. Quality is good and he has to be given a name like "Holy Waters"! He did a three sided infinity edge pool finish and I filled it with a garden hose, and it all started spilling over together. That's near impossible - but he did it the old fashion way and nailed the edge on all three sides. I had a couple of "upgrade" auto features and he came out quickly and integrated them easily. Lots of good guidance and design build support. Recommend. I'll add couple cool pics from night that he didn't get to grab.
