The female asked my husband what he wanted pressure wise but the male did not ask me. And I can say that I am SORE because that guy did a number on my neck. Unfortunately the new reviews are correct. They make you pay upfront before service. When I was leaving a tip a card was shown to me of how much I should tip. This is just not cool. As a therapist I always tip generously but honestly my massage was not good at all. Literally up down circle circle the entire time. I didn't complain because honestly I had been up since 4am, flight, shopping, just needed a moment to relax. But I did tip still 20% but will not be returning. They need to figure themselves out. Coming from out of town for vacation, trying to find a local place for a massage and was lucky to find QQ Spa just six minutes away from the Marriott Vacation Center!!! Winning!!!!! Small reception spot but you won't be waiting long. I was very lucky to get George. I asked for Medium pressure and he was just on spot with the amount of touch I needed. Most places I know during the massage I know what techniques will happen next. This is the first time I felt like I was having my very first message. Lol! SCAM, SCAMMERS Definitely not a legal spa in America. I'm in town on vacation. After a long day at parks and walking was in need for a good spa service. I tried out QQ due to the location in proximity to resort. What a mistake I made. So to start was asked to pay for services before even starting. I should have realized at this point this was a scam. When we started she started rubbing me with no oil, cream. Just completely dry. After about 3 or 4 minutes I had to say are you going to use anything to perform the service. At which point she put very little oil on and very poor quality technique. Has no idea how to give a good massage. Paid for a hr service and about ten to 15 min in was told to flip over when. Then was asked for more money for tip. I was asked at this point if I would like extra services not to do with a massage. I would give this place a no star if I could but 1 is the lowest. I will be contacting the FL board of professional licensing and occupation to file complaint. No way this place should be in business. read more

Booked a massage day before for my mom and I. I got the exact time I wanted. Super clean facility and stuff was super nice and asked both me and my mom throughout the massages if we were okay. Appointment was on time so we can go back for more amusement parks. Would absolutely recommend for anyone that needs a recharge from the walking and standing. I like a firmer massage and both did my therapist work me right! My mom likes a softer massage and she loved the hot stones. All and all would definitely recommend as a reasonably priced refresh from the parks! Tried this place for the first time and it was one of the worst massages I have ever gotten and I get massages often. How they have a four star rating is beyond me. Booked the 60min couples massage via ClassPass and it was great. Unique and effective massage techniques were used and the ladies were able to get out all of our knots. I arrived in the late afternoon. The spa is located in a safe and easily accessible location just south of Sea World at 11062 International Drive in Orlando. As I entered the spa, I was greeted by two friendly, polite and pretty young ladies. The spa environment is serene and very clean. I opted for an hour Swedish style massage. I did take advantage of the free table massage to refresh me from the hot and humid Florida day prior to my massage. The massage was very nice. The young lady was very diligent with her attention to detail and skillful with her technique. I appreciated her listening to my request for more attention to my legs because of soreness from a recent athletic event. Overall, a very nice experience and at a very reasonable price. I paid $80.00 for the session with a $40.00 tip. As I was leaving a couple was arriving for their appointment. Couple's massage is very popular at this spa too. Forces you to give a certain tip amount even if service wasn't great. I tip the lady $10 because she earned only $10. I'm all for tipping great service but the massage wasn't great I kept telling her deeper and she didn't listen. I personally didn't enjoy my massage therefore she only got $10 from me. I went in with my wife for our anniversary weekend for a massage and we both came out feeling amazing. They are experienced at massages and very good at what they do. My wife got a soothing massage when I asked for a deep tissue. They ended with some hot stones and warm towels (without costing extra) which meant we got a warm feeling and the excess lotion/oil was rubbed off. The aesthetic could use some work, but if your eyes are open during a massage that's your own issue. The beds were comfy and clean. The massage itself was not horrible, but I was there with my guy and paid for a couples massage, $140. We then had to pay $5 extra for using a credit card. Alright whatever. We are then taken to completely separate rooms, couple massage supposed to be same room right? I figure it'd because he wanted the deep massage like me where they walk on your back. Extremely unprofessional and overpriced. A 30 minute massage cost $60, which could easily have gotten me an hour almost anywhere else. 60 minute massages were similar in price to 5-Star Resort pricing in the area at $100-200, depending on type. When I inquired about pricing I was pushed for a sale with the phrase "free shower", I thought for sure I was hearing this wrong due to a language barrier and that the clerk was talking about something else. The clerk (who I found out was the only one in the building) tried to sell me again by taking $10 off, saying the massage would be $15. I saw a reflexology option on their menu for $25 and thought "Oh that was nice! Perfect!" I was wrong. First, a $3 charge for a "processing fee" is added to my credit card and then I look at my bill expecting to see $18 - instead, I am charged "$53." Not happy, but frankly, I would just rather be done with it and who knew, maybe the skill justified the price? I was then rushed into a common massage room with no atmosphere and a very basic set up. Not bad, but not what you expect for the price. I am then told to strip - not disrobe to comfort, actually to strip - I comply down to my underwear but no further. The masseur then returns and proceeds to work - very common, solid skill set but also very, very rushed and unbalanced - again, nowhere near what you are getting for similar price points just about anywhere in the city. She then suddenly stops and leaves for about 2 minutes, answering the phone and booking another appointment in the middle of my massage. I am then flipped over and comments are made from the masseur on my physical appearance, flattering in nature, but highly unprofessional. I also have my underwear basically removed at several points. The masseur then finishes after spending about 30-60 secs on my arms, head, neck and feet, a piece. Maybe 7-8 minutes total. The masseur offers water, finally a common gesture, and returns with a bottle - then proceeds to stand and watch me redress, refusing to leave even as I put on my pants and shoes. I feel fleeced, violated and am now thoroughly uncomfortable at this point. I just want out. As I am leaving, the masseur is trailing close behind and actually stops me before leaving out the door and says "I need a tip." I am flabbergasted, especially given the complete lack of professionalism. I will literally do anything to leave at this point. She then says "I will not charge you the processing fee for the tip" as the masseur winks at me. The masseur then takes my card and asks "how much?" I tip 15%, far more than I should have and she proceeds to groan, frown and say "only that?" I simply reply "please process the payment." She does, returns the card and says "thanks" leaving to back of the store immediately. I am shocked and feel completely robbed and violated. I will be requesting a refund from my bank and flagging them with the BBB - stay very, very far away. read more
