I spent $1748 for tape ins. The only person there who seemed to know what she was doing was a petite blonde with an accent. The hair is only so-so. what REALLY upset me is I was in the hospital needing blood transfusions and surgery and I had to miss my blowout appointment (which is supposed to be free). I let them know I was in the hospital and wouldn't be able to make it and they not only didn't care about my situation (I even offered to bring records to prove I was being truthful) but the "free" weekly blowout isn't free. they wanted to charge me $70 for not being able to keep the appointment!!!!!! How is a free weekly blowout $70??????? Would not recommend they obviously do not care about their customers or retention of their customers. They are the Walmart of AZ hair extensions. read more

I got my extensions done at the Scottsdale location. The manager was lovely and I had such a great time talking with her, but I have had a horrible experience with my extensions after the service. The following day I had a couple of my pieces slip down, so I came in that day to have them move them back up. The day after that 5 more pieces completely fell out in the back. Honestly I was having high anxiety from this, I was super unhappy with how choppy I was looking and I didn't even know how to approach my hair without being scared that the 1500 dollars I spent was all going to fall off my head. I had to go somewhere else for a haircut just to even everything out and at this point I didn't want to go back to the Scottsdale location because I felt awkward having to go back again. This morning I was booked at the Verrado location for a maintenance appointment to hopefully get my fallen pieces back in. I was scheduled for that and drove an hour out that way only to be told they're only taking consultations? When my appointment said otherwise. Overall I wasn't cared for. My time and my money were taken with no consideration for me and how frustrating this situation is. This isn't my first time getting extensions so I know how I deserve to be treated and this is the absolute farthest from that. Extensions are supposed to take away the stress of managing your hair on the daily but this experience has only added ten times more stress than I'm used to. The only reason why I'm not rating a one star is because I loved the manager as a person and know my one experience isn't reflective of her skill. read more

Unfortunately they offer and use highly overpriced extensions. I had extensions done in Feb 2026. The hair cones out long & silky but once you wash it; it's dry & brittle. I approved a quote at consultation for $1000 ip to $1400. I don't know anything about how many pieces were going to be used but they ended up charging me $2400 for (taped extensions) after my first time client discount. I wanted a credit for $1000. But they wouldn't consider the fact that I didn't approve that amount. read more

If you have textured or ethnic hair, I strongly encourage you to do thorough research before booking at this salon. While the staff is very sweet and kind, my overall experience with the quality of service and management has been disappointing. Today's experience with the "free blowout" included with the purchase of hair was the final straw for me. The stylist clearly lacked experience working with extensions and textured hair, which is unacceptable given the premium prices charged. I also reached out directly to the owner afterward and received no response. When I first had my install done, I was happy with how my hair looked. However, over time I've noticed hair thinning and shedding in the areas where the extensions were placed around my face. It's never easy to leave a negative review, but it's important for people to know that not all salons are properly trained in working with minority hair types. read more

I was so impressed with how knowledgeable and helpful all the ladies working at Paramount are. I have had very fine hair my entire life and these ladies just did such amazing work and it made such a difference to me as you can see my pictures attached. I just went yesterday for my first lift and Jasmine helped me change some things up in my routine regimen and gave me different techniques to keep the investment in my hair looking as amazing as it was from the first day over 3 months ago, if you haven't gone and see them go quick I'll never go anywhere else. My experience with Paramount and Sarah Jane is much different than the reviews posted. From the get go Sarah Jane was rude and dismissive. I spent 1415$ on my hair. I spent an additional 300$ for 2 tapes ins. On one occasion I asked Sarah if I could get the same amount of hair --20 pieces-- for the same price as the website. She replied yes. When I went to the appointments to spend an additional 500$ she said no I couldn't. I even showed her her response on my phone. Why would I show up to the appointment if she wasn't going to give me the deal? I did buy the 2 pieces for 300$. Another time I voiced my concern after a lift saying the extensions were not invisible which I paid for. Twyler her assistant and friend said they were invisible even though the seam could be seen. So I Left. This last time I got a lift Sarah did it instead of Twyler. I did not like how she placed my hair and asked if she couldn't redo it free of charge since I already paid but I'm not satisfied. Her text was very defensive. She said I would have to pay again. Sarah Jane is not Big on customers service. If you disagree with her or Twyler or are not happy they get mean and nasty. Additionally the hair is supposed to last 2 yrs. Every time I brush my hair the brush has a handful of hair. I'm not sure what's so revolutionary about the hair she supplies but it's similar to Belami but much more expensive. Her salon is in her house. Cramped and the chairs have hair dye all over them. Not a class act. And in response to your Yelp response --my perception is what counts as a consumer. You didn't do anything for Me for free. I spent over 2000$ at your salon. I have a right to voice my opinions and concerns Your unwillingness to listen to my concerns is paramount to a bully. You could have told me the first time you thought i did something wrong not to come back. But you continued to accept my appointments and my money. And I didn't answer your first hello because I had ear buds in. When I saw you in the mirror I responded. You're a piece of work. You aren't always right. Edit:. I am so grateful I was able to find Paramount when I was searching for place who install extensions out in the west valley. I am still in SHOCK at what an amazing job Tayler did with my hair. I had my hair colored, cut, extensions installed and styled all in 4 hours. Prior to my visit here I used to have to go to multiple different places for each service and would have to set aside an entire day to get color and extensions installed (around 10+ hours). This experience was so fast, easy and professional. I went in for a consult and was able to be scheduled that same week. Tayler was able to get my hair to lift to the exact color I wanted. First round too! The girls that work there are all so sweet and you can tell they know exactly what they are talking about. Kudos to them for bringing such a successful business across the seas and establishing themselves internationally. Since I've walked out of my hair appointment I have been receiving nothing but compliments, I am planning on telling everyone I know about this gem of a place.
