We had a terrible experience with Paramount and would absolutely not recommend them. Our driver arrived an hour late and didn't apologized. Instead, he said, "Well, at least you weren't going to the airport." He had entered the wrong address and continued driving the wrong direction even while our party planner was on the phone giving him the correct location.  As a result, we lost an entire hour of one of the most important events of our lives. It completely ruined a significant part of the day. I am not embellishing when I say this ruined one of the most important days of our lives. I contacted them about a refund multiple times and did not get a response. When I finally did track them down, they yelled at me. They tried to spin it by claiming the venue was "remote." it was in Simi Valley - half a mile from the urban area. This was not an inaccessible location. I rented a limo for $1000 from Paramount Limousine, and paid in full for the limo at the time of booking. The Limo we got did not match the photos at all and it was much older and in FAR worse shape. We ordered a creme elegant interior, which we saw photos of, and the one we got was a black cave inside and all about a bachelor party vibe with lots of things broken. The condition of the limo was just not acceptable. There was a loud whine from the speakers the entire two hour ride from insufficient shielding on audio and electrical cables that were too close together somewhere in the limo, and it made talking inside nearly impossible and extremely annoying. The driver had no clue how to silence the speakers or how to connect a device to try to play music over the whine. After using the limo service, we ended the ride before the time we had paid for (we were dropped off at 2:45PM, and we had paid until 3:30PM). After I complained about the condition of the limo and asked for a $200 refund. They agreed, and then they sent me an overtime bill for nearly $800, which they discounted by $200 to bring the total closer to $600. The driver lied and recorded that he dropped us off at 7:05PM which triggered this large overtime charge to my card. This is fraudulent, as we were dropped off before our end time, and I have time stamped videos to prove that. I called to fight this, I emailed, and was always given the runaround. "We're not in the office" despite it being the middle of the workday. "We can't get the driver to verify your claim" or always making me call them instead of having someone call me when they were actually in the office. Eventually, enough was enough so I'm fighting it with the credit card company. They've got nice photos online, but the product is anything but. STAY AWAY unless you're looking for a lot of frustration. read more

I had a great experience again last week renting a limo for a dinner night out with my friends who were visiting from Sacramento. We rented the limo to make the evening more fun, and the car was nice and clean. They provided good drinks for us, and we really enjoyed the ride. The driver was nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again. read more

This is the worst transporation experience i've ever had and i've had alot! They over charged my card, they showed up late, most of the power outlets and functions didnt work in the sprinter van. They dont even answer the phone when you call most times amd when they do you feel like you're calling some random person, zero professionalism! I had booked a different party bus company but was worried about the capacity. So I called this company which was referred to me. The guy scared me into canceling the other one saying the price was too cheap and it was probably an old bus. I booked the bus they had for $900 more. I got a confirmation email 1 hr before they were supposed to pick us up saying they were on the way and would be there by 2. 2:15 rolls by and nobody is there yet. We called them (they never reached out) and said the "driver got sick" so they canceled. ON MY WEDDING DAY , 15 min after they were supposed to show up. Very shitty people don't do it. Worst customer service ever. I booked & paid for a champagne stretch limo for my husbands 50th. Not only was there no champagne, but the owner refused to compensate us for the fact that we had to stop at our inconvenience & purchase some. The driver was also not provided with any instructions about where we were going nor that we required champagne. They charged me a lot of money & then spoke to me terribly. Use any other company! I'm a travel professional and recently the After Hours service that handles our clients when my office is closed booked some rides with this company. My client started receiving charges so wanted me to track down the receipts. Because I was not the cardholder or the person that made the reservation (who was a travel agent affiliate of ours) Mike would NOT send me the receipt. He wanted me to track down some affiliate associate of mine whom I don't even know to get a receipt through them, when nothing on the invoice he finally sent divulges any personal information. 4 digits of the credit card used. That's it. The man's paranoia and hostility is unsettling. After reading some of these Yelp reviews I feel better now knowing its not just me. He did not return emails or phone calls when I was trying to cancel the return trips as I didn't want to give him any more business than we already did. That's when I found out about the $50 cancellation penalty that no one told us or my client about. And these are cancellations requested 4 days prior to the trip. How do you spell SCAM? The experience has been horrible with Paramount Limousine. We rented a party bus for a birthday party and after receiving numerous confirmation emails as well as speaking with the dispatch person directly, the bus arrived an hour late. After arriving an hour late, 20 of us entered the bus only to experience a stereo system that was not working. Due to the above inconveniences we finally reached our destination more than an hour late and lost our reservation. After calling into the office 10+ times since the catastrophe of a day that we had, I have been promised a refund (which I haven't received) and a phone call with a manager (which hasn't happened). It has now been 3 weeks since we used their services and nothing has been fixed or done. I am someone who always needs to be early for everything in life and James was not only on time, he was 10 mins early!!! We chatted quite a bit on the ride to the airport and realized that we were both from Boston and love the Patriots. Upon arriving to the airport James politely opened my door and assisted me with my heavy luggage.
