This place his huge. Very large selection to choose from. All in great condition. VERY reasonable prices. They sell wholesale and retail. Plants are not labeled, but if you take pics of what you want and show to Arturo he'll tell you what they are and give you a price. Some plants are in 1 gal and 5 gal containers or larger of the same variety. I loaded up my SUV twice and will go back for more. read more

When searching for plants, come here first. They have a huge selection of plants and trees for local gardens. They can order plants for you, as well, if you know the exact plant you want. There is staff who can discuss your plant needs. Their prices for 1 gallon are much better than the "garden centers" and "big box" stores. From experience, their prices are at least 50% lower and you get the size plant or tree you want, not just what the hardware store had shipped to them. They sell to the public and you don't need a resale license. read more

Great prices and helpful service. The delivery guy was super nice. We bought 3 gingko biloba trees, 1 liquidamber and 14 eugenia trees.

I hate to give this nursery anything less than five stars since they do have a great selection of trees and the people working there are very nice if you can find them. The problem is that the facility is clearly built to sell wholesale and so there is literally no one there who knows about the plants other than where they are located on the nursery grounds. Additionally, while their selection of trees was great, they did not have a really significant selection of shrubs or ground covers. I'd say, if you know already what you want to buy and you know something about gardening/planting, this place is a great fit for you. But if you are like me and need an expert to help you figure out what plants are appropriate and how they need to be planted, you might want to look at some of the more customer service friendly nurseries. read more

She helped select trees for my living wall and guided me what soil amendment and fertilizer to use for best results. I love this place. It's absolutely massive - they have everything you could possibly want, plus it's the lowest prices in town. From what I can tell it's wholesale, but they will sell to the public. Thank heavens I found them before we did the big order for our garden. I had learned the hard way on some smaller purchases at other nurseries in valley, who were supposedly wholesale but charged much higher prices. The podocarpus we bought were $10-$15 cheaper here than anywhere else and were also larger than others were offering. Paramount also have a great deal on fertilizer / soil for planting - only $25 a scoop which is cheaper than paying $7 per bag. We did our order at 4pm and they delivered it the next morning at 8am. This is the only nursery I will use moving forward. read more

This is my FAVORITE place to shop for plants. It's not as polished a place as Armstongs or other city nurseries, but the quality is good and the prices are so much lower. Plants aren't always labeled but the salesman, Arturo, is helpful. Today I bought a dwarf Eureka lemon tree for $28.28. One gallon plants are usually $3.50. Over the 10 years I've been buying plants from Paramount, the plants have thrived. Delivery is very reasonable, as well. From Glendale or La Canada it only takes 20 minutes across the 210 Fwy to get there. read more

Mario, the supervisor, was very helpful with ideas for what might grow in different places in my yard. They carry the most popular plants, not unusual ones. This is a great place to shop...the best prices and an enormous inventory. I'd give it five stars except the pots are very rarely labeled, which means that you don't know exactly what it is unless you have that knowledge. Some of the plant areas have signs that identify what's in the pots, but these are not always accurate. You are pretty much clueless as to what the plant is, watering requirements, sun requirements and so on. It is a bit like shopping in a wholesale nursery (along with the low prices). But if you know what you are looking for, this is the place to go. You'll probably save 40% of what you'd pay for the same thing at Home Depot or Lowes. read more

Every know an again a short wait happens but it seems its cause they are quickly filling a landscapers order. For these prices ill happily wait a few minutes. read more
