For this meal prep service I get meals for myself and my husband and both of us hands down believe that the quality, quantity, price and most importantly flavor of these meals are amazing ! Between my long commute to work, workout schedule and other daily needs, sometimes it's just super nice and convenient to have a meal ready to eat that's loaded with the essential macros I need. I order about every other week and so far I've been very pleased with the taste, amount of food and the spectacular presentation. What I recommend (so far): Chimichurri Steak was by far one of my favorites. That Chimichurri sauce was so perfect. The beef was perfectly cooked and I could even taste the grilled flavor in the meat. Breakfast Pizza with light marinara, scrambled eggs, sausage and pepperoni totally hit the spot!! I'm a huge pizza fan and this was perfection in the morning. I air-fried 2 pieces each morning and savored every bite. Steak & Eggs was delicious. Bibimbap was fantastic!! Salads starting appearing on the menu and those are so desirable especially during the summer heat (like right now). Once I ordered the Berry Chicken Salad (grilled chicken, strawberries, blueberries, feta cheese, tomatoes, roasted walnuts, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, with a strawberry vinaigrette)..... I knew I was going to be hooked. We also tried the Chicken Fajita Salad which is also good, but the Berry Chicken Salad is definitely my go to. I appreciate how professional she conducts this business, the quality of the food and service, but above all her passion to truly want to help others in achieving a better version of themselves no matter what that might be. So let's start with flavor: All I gotta say is.... Wow! Her food is so flavorful it's kind of hard to believe it's healthy for you, but it is! She's been able to create tasteful healthy options by combining her nutritionist knowledge ancooking skills. You will can't go wrong picking any of her options. Juices: I've tried many different juicing companies and no one compares to B-Prepped.
