I discovered Souper Woman on social media. Note that there's no storefront and this is a local delivery service currently.... My husband and I started ordering the soups and tried a variety already, but our favorite so far has been the Lasagna Soup! Salads starting appearing on the menu and those are so desirable especially during the summer heat (like right now). Once I ordered the Berry Chicken Salad (grilled chicken, strawberries, blueberries, feta cheese, tomatoes, roasted walnuts, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, with a strawberry vinaigrette)..... I knew I was going to be hooked. We also tried the Chicken Fajita Salad which is also good, but the Berry Chicken Salad is definitely my go to. I just ordered 4 of the salads this week and we ate them for dinner 2 days in a row. They are not little salads either.. definitely an entrée portion. Ordering is easy. I love soup! I don't care if it's 100 outside. I'll eat soup. I was so excited to try Souper Woman. First time i tried to order, it was too late she was all sold out. The next time i made sure to order ahead. She delivered on time and even messaged me that the soup was on my doorstep. I appreciate the heads up! I gotta say, being a lover of soup i was so impressed. I usually add salt or other seasonings but i did not have to. it was perfect and warm on delivery. I cannot wait to try other soups that i've been wanting to try. for sure the albondigas, Pozole verde, cheese tortellini&sausage, pasta fagioli, chicken dumpling....you know what forget it, i want to try all of them lol. if she has a lentil and kale soup..omg i would def try that!!! i'm so excited she decided to do this..for all the soup lovers in Rancho...we're all in for a treat! i would recommend the Souper woman to all my friends and family and to those who love soup! like me. Everything I've had from the Souper Woman has been so delicious. I'm someone who can have soup every single day of the year no matter what the forecast is and for it to be delivered to my doorstep is so convenient for this busy mom. She has a changing weekly menu that you can get updates from instagram. She has started to add salads to her weekly menu for those who may not always want piping hot soup on scorching hot days and the salads are equally delicious. When she released salad, she also released some soup I was excited for. So here's how my week went. Tortilla Soup Tuesday: Jenna delivered soup on Tuesday and it was friggin DELISH! The cheese and tortilla strips were packed separately which was UHMAZING because I've had tortilla soups in the past that it's all already mixed in and I hate that. The serving size was perfect to have twice. Berry Salad Wednesday: I was out shopping when Jenna was headed to my place, but luckily she was close by and did a quick trip to where I was. Tried Souper Woman for the first time today and was very impressed! I had the kale, sausage and potato soup and it was flavorful and delicious. So nice to have another lunch option at work besides fast food and sit-down restaurants. Plus, it was really helpful to arrange delivery the night prior so once I arrived at work today, I didn't have to think about "what was for lunch later" (and I actually hit the snooze button instead of getting up to pack a lunch!)
