Had never been to a Rally's but they have a good variety of menu items, and everyone in our fam likes different things. So it seemed like a good idea. First off, the young man working the counter was so kind and patient in explaining everything and helping me customize our order. No notes for him. My chicken sandwich was weird. More breading than meat and the patty was TOO crispy. Like overcooked. My husbands burger patty was really small. He was very unsatisfied by the meal and we all ended up co tributing our food to him. My eldest daughter's chili dog (I ordered chili cheese but it came without cheese, I must have been misheard) she said it was "ok, I guess" My youngest is a vegetarian and just got cheese fries and she was the happiest out of all of us. The fries were well seasoned. I would recommend this place for soft serve. Everyone loves a classic soft serve and in this economy $1.50 for a cone is a steal. So do that. read more

One of the few restaurants open later at night by the virtue of it being fast food, but also a more rare fast food franchise that we don't see often. Very bizarre and random, but my friends and I saw that they were having a T-pain collaboration. SO RANDOM and for some bizarre reason I have never heard of it until then and it has been going on for a month already. Service was super fast and efficient. I think my only qualm is that the apple pies weren't that nice fresh baked hot that some other apple pies are at fast food places and was instead a bit warmer than room temperature. Burger was a bit smaller than what we would have liked but it's not bad. Fries were normal. The other issue that we had was that whatever was available for the T-Pain menu looked completely different each time we saw it being advertised. Our order only had the burger, fries, and drink, but there was a different one that had you pick either a regular burger or a chicken sandwich and had the chicken nuggies. I had read my Yelpie friend's great review on Rally's and thought to give them a try. My eldest daughter was with me at the time. We went thru drive-thru. They weren't busy as there was only one car in front of us. This was our first time here so we spent some time looking at the menu. I saw a picture of the Bacon BBQ Mother Cruncher Chicken Sandwich and said that looks good. I ended up getting it. Unfortunately, the gentleman who took my order misheard me and thought I said the Classic Mother Cruncher Chicken Sandwich. Guess what I didn't get? LOL The bacon... so bummed! My daughter got the Fry-Seasoned Chicken Tenders. We also got a couple waters. As for taste, the chicken sandwich was dry IMHO. I did not care for it. The same applies to the chicken tenders. Maybe they are better known for their hamburgers. I don't eat beef anymore so I won't be ordering hamburgers. My daughter still eats beef, but limited. Anyway, staff was pleasant. Service was good. Our cashier was welcoming and we bought the wings since they were $1 & the fries cause apparently that's the best item on the menu. The wings were good for $1 each. Sometimes I question myself why I come all the way over here just to get his burger they used to be amazing but now the service is just terrible. They don't even give you the receipt so you can redeem your points and then all the restrooms are never working so you gotta go a mile away just to use the Walmart restroom. Came to Riely's cause I've been passing it for a while and finally decided to give it a chance, but man did a disappoint, I got two sandwiches from their 2 for $8.50 menu, and as soon as I opened it, the first thing I noticed was the lettuce was really old and yellow, the fish patties on their deep sea burger had an aftertaste of frozen Patty, normally that doesn't bother me, but you could really taste it on this sandwich, waiting for the food was not horrible, but it was slow inside, so I didn't know why it took a while. read more

I had five honey BBQ wings, and the $5 combo. Everything was fire! So much good for @$11. I couldn't eat it all. The burger was a double burger on a pretzel bun, one of the best burgers ever. You guys must have issues. I showed up 3 months ago at 8 pm (4 hours before closing) for a Banana Shake and your worker claimed you're "not serving shakes right now". I let it slide then despite the ridiculousness. I showed up TODAY at nearly 3 pm and see a sign saying "Temporarily out of Chocolate" but I thought no problem I wanted a Banana. Then your worker tells me you only have Vanilla, Chocolate, and Strawberry. Are you guys ok? What is your problem? Why is your signage wrong? Why are there so many homeless people around your store? Why do you even bother having shakes on your menu? You guys are ridiculous. Tuesday, February 6, 2024 3. 2 stars. I've never been to a Rally's before so I had no idea what to expect other than already knowing it's a fast food burger place. We ordered a few things here today: a burger, a chicken sandwich, some french fries, and some boneless buffalo chicken wings . The food was not bad, but it was not fantastic either. Pretty average. Kinda like a Sonic. My biggest disappointment here is they don't offer a "grilled" chicken sandwich. Why not? Everything they have here is fried! I hope this place is successful though. I hate to see any business fail. However, all the fast food restaurants that have occupied this location in the last 10 years have all failed. It's going to be an uphill battle for Rally's unfortunately because this is not a good area. Mostly transients, homeless and tweeker types are all around here. My photos below read more

This location has PissPooR service and I have THREE Complaints. I just left your NEW Pomona location. I waited all day to go here once My 8 hour work day was over. I walked in to get the office some GIFT CARDS 1) No Gift Cards. Pleasantly surprised! I've bought their seasoned fries from the grocery store and have always been curious about their restaurant. I definitely want to try the other location on foothill as well. I ordered the 5 piece fry seasoned chicken combo with fries and a Coke and it was very good! I also got a chili cheese dog to try, and was pleasantly surprised! The flavors were good and overall exceeded my expectations. As far as dessert goes they really shine! My family ordered strawberry cheesecake shakes, the funnel cake fries and the apple empanadas. Everything was delicious! I would come here just for the dessert to be honest. I do highly suggest not waiting to eat, eat at the location if possible, the fresher the better! I heard that this place just did their grand opening last week, so as I was driving from Upland to Covina I thought I would give them a try. It was a good visit for my first time ever at a Rally's. I hurried up and signed up on the app and I am now on the text club. For this, when you sign up on the texts, they gave me a free burger or chicken sandwich right away! So I definitely did this for my visit and got the Classic Mother Cruncher, which is their chicken sandwich. Not only was it free, but a good size and tasty. I got it without tomato as I wasn't feeling that today. I also ordered mozzarella Stix instead of fries. It came with Marinara sauce. They were good. Next time I will try burger and fries. To wash it all down, I had the large Hi-C fruit punch. Please be aware they don't do refills here, so I got the large without ice. It was cold enough. Samantha is a wonderful and helpful cashier. First try of Rally's burgers in north Pomona. I had never been to a Rally's, and other than an Undercover boss episode, I hadn't heard of it. Well, on to this introductory visit. I decided to walk in instead of drive thru, which was wide open. After perusing the large menu, I ordered the mix and match of 2 "Rally's cheeseburgers combo" "NO" onions. $9 What I got was a 4" wide single patty about 1/4" thick, mayo, pickles, shredded lettuce, and tomato, sadly one with onions, one without. A tiny 3" fries box and a huge Coke Zero. Food: I'd compare burgers to a smaller version of a Sonic burger just not as tasty or whooper jr., and fries aren't the best in our area either. The good are the waffle cake fries. The service: for a MLK day, monday night, the young man seemed a bit nervous but took order without issue. And other than the one burger w the unwanted onion, i got what i ordered. Ambiance: This is a straightforward fast food place, open floor with chairs and tables. (I see them being icthed with graffiti very soon) dining area could use some plants or something to make it more comfortable to dine in. Also, some smiling faces could help tons. The service was quick. The food was different from before years ago, but the fries taste the same. It was quiet inside.

I was excited for a new burger place. Although the staff is friendly the food was so greasy. Really gross. I would not recommend it at all.
