The smallest Philly cheesesteak in the world. Bad quality ingredients, cheapest bun ever. Fries were decent.

I will start with the fact that the sandwiches are good and workers are friendly…read more However the middle screen was burned out so we could not see the menu and they have no paper menus available. The workers were also very confused on how to ring things up and what was included in a kids meal and had to come by the table for us to remind them what we ordered on a sandwich because they didn't understand the ticket produced by their machine. They had to call the owner to get help. The worst part is it took forever to get out sandwiches. We had places 2 orders. The first one came out after about 20 minutes. But another 20 minutes went by and we had not heard a peep from anyone. So I went to the register and there were no customers. I told them I was checking on our order and they looked confused. My order was sitting in a bag on the back counter!!! No one noticed or checked on it. We didn't get our sandwiches for 40 minutes after ordering them.

This... We ordered one classic cheesesteak…read more ONE cheesesteak. Ordered it at 2:40 pm. After waiting 35 min, still no cheesesteak. Thinking they may have forgotten our order or it was somehow misplaced, I asked how much longer it would be. Was told there was still a wait, but no specific time was given. We waited another ten minutes and still nothing. Went back up to the counter and asked again. Was met with major attitude and was told they're very busy. I looked around... Including us, there was one guy waiting at the counter and one girl who already had her sandwich. And there were zero Door Dashers the entire time we were there. There were NO other ppl that came in the entire time we were there. Ummmm.... It was crickets the entire time. Then all five employees came to the front as we were asking for our money back and we were met with some kind of weird, out-of-bounds rude behavior, saying things like, "Well if you think you can do better why don't you come back and run the grill?" To which I said, "Sure! No problem. I private chef on the side and can probably teach ya a thing or two. You cannot just fire on one sandwich every ten to fifteen minutes." After no cheesesteak and quite a bit of arguing, we finally got our money back. Lastly, it's worth noting, the place was super dirty. Used napkins on the floor, tables not wiped down. Counters not cleaned. Ketchup packets left on tables. Garbage clearly hadn't been taken out in a long time. So, let's just say, the Health Dept has been notified; the conditions are atrocious. Literally the worst place I've ever seen, and I've seen a lot! It's a shame... all of the other Capriotti's locations I've been to have been clean, ultra quick, and the quality of their products have been awesome. This one? Run. Run away fast and far! Do NOT eat there!

So glad we finally tried this place!…read more Some friends of ours tried this place a few years ago, but honestly, I had never even heard of it until I recently saw a review pop up. I told my husband, "We've got to try this place!" We were going to be downtown anyway, walking along the river, so it seemed like the perfect time. I'm so glad we did! I have to say, this place is definitely hipster--and I mean that in the best possible way! It has such a cool, unique vibe. There are diner-style seats with limited space right up along the bar, outdoor seating, and even a bus that has been turned into dining space. The bus was super cute and quaint inside. Today was absolutely perfect for sitting outside, so we took advantage of the beautiful weather. Our waitress, Nicole, was absolutely adorable! She was friendly, welcoming, and made our experience even better. There was another gentleman helping serve us as well, and unfortunately I didn't catch his name, but he was also super nice and attentive. Now for the food! I ordered the Pastrami Pile Up, and boy, they weren't kidding--it was PILEDDD UP! There was a generous amount of really good pastrami, along with a 1/3 pound burger. The pastrami was delicious. For me, the burger could have used just a little more seasoning and I had asked for medium-well, but it came out more medium. I didn't want to complain, though, and overall it was still good. The tater tots were fantastic! They came out hot, crispy and perfectly cooked. Definitely the kind of tots you keep eating even when you know you've already had enough. My husband ordered the Nevadan Burger with Swiss cheese, and he said it was really good. He also got the fries, which were hot and very tasty. There was so much food that we ended up taking some of the fries and our burgers home to enjoy tomorrow. And then there were the Parmesan garlic wings. My husband said they were absolutely delicious and had just the right little bite to them. I'm not really a wings person, so I didn't try much, but he was definitely impressed! Overall, we had a wonderful experience and are so happy we finally gave this place a try. Between the fun atmosphere, unique seating options, friendly service and generous portions, there's definitely a lot to come back for. Next time, I think we're going to try something completely different--and I already have my eye on the fried Oreos with ice cream! So glad that random review popped up and convinced us to give this place a try. Sometimes you just have to follow the recommendation and go!

For starters, the food is decent…read more With that said, if you advertise Happy Hour prices, they should be honored. I went specifically for the Happy Hour wings, and when I received the check, the price didn't reflect the amount stated on the menu. I asked to speak with the owner, and instead of correcting it, she told me she gave me a quarter off and, with a smug smile, said, "Thank you very much." Sorry, lady, but your food isn't that great for you to be so confidently rude. In addition, this was my second visit this week. I only returned because my sister loves chicken wings, and because of the advertised "Happy Hour" price, I decided to give them another try. We also ordered a plain burger to go with just cheese, and when I got home, it was loaded with all the fixings, including sauce. I called several times to have the issue addressed, but no one answered. When I told the servers about the situation during this visit, instead of trying to make it right, they gave me a half-hearted apology. So yes, the food might be diner decent, but the owner's attitude and the poor service make the entire experience worse. I've worked in customer service for over 30 years, and not once have I treated a paying customer the way I was just treated. And if they want to respond to this review to justify their shitty service, great. Go for it. I was polite the entire time. All I asked was to be heard, for their advertised pricing to be honored, and for some basic appreciation for my business by simply making things right. Instead, the owner insultingly put two quarters on the table, as if 50 cents somehow made up for the $8-$9 difference we were being overcharged. It didn't. If anything, it made an already frustrating situation feel even more dismissive. And it really was an easy fix. If they couldn't adjust the Happy Hour pricing for whatever reason, she could have easily taken the $18 pastrami sandwich off the bill to make up for both the pricing discrepancy and the incorrect order we received during our previous visit just two days earlier. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. I was asking for an owner to recognize that her restaurant had made mistakes on two separate visits and make a genuine effort to correct them. In a city full of burger options, she had an opportunity to turn a negative experience into a positive one and potentially make lasting customers out of my family and me. Instead, she chose to be dismissive, smug, and rude over something that could have been resolved in a matter of minutes. That tells me everything I need to know about how she values her customers.

The have a QR code that takes you to everything they currently have and items to look forward to in the future. A few days later I returned to try the food. You can order at the counter or inside at the huge kiosks. Two of us ordered the Pardon My Cheesesteak and a double-up fries, one person ordered a cheeseburger and my sister ordered an Asian bowl with potstickers. They were out of several choices on the bowls. We split 2 orders of churros for dessert. The $11 cheesesteaks were small but pretty good. The cheeseburger was pretty good too. The Asian food was not that good, lacking flavor and proper texture. The menu has international variety, loads of choices with prices closer to restaurant meals because you order sides separately. It seemed like there was combo pricing on the website, but were hard to find on the kiosk. It looks like there is a much bigger menu to come. The wait at the counter would have been way too long. It seemed like one person knew how to do everything and everyone else was lost. The food came out about 15 minutes (not "fast"). The employee tried to leave out one of the orders of fries because ticket didn't reflect that we ordered and paid for the "double-up" order. He did offer sauces and a smile. Hopefully there will be a trained staff by the time the menu expands and the word gets out that there is food available when shopping at this busy Walmart.

Hands down, this is the best sandwich I've ever had in a two state radius…read more I ordered the Chicken Cheese Steak Sandwich with all the veggies on their fresh, in-house baked jalapeno cheddar cheese bread, and it was absolutely incredible. The bread was soft, fresh, and packed with flavor, while the chicken steak was perfectly cooked, juicy, and seasoned just right. Every bite was better than the last. My wife ordered the Cheese Steak Sandwich with no veggies and we both agreed these were some of the best sandwiches we've ever eaten. The staff made the experience even better. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care that customers had a great experience. The restaurant has a classic deli atmosphere that feels comfortable and inviting. The biggest compliment I can give is this: I'm already going back for the third time in one week because I can't stop craving that Chicken Cheese Steak Sandwich on the jalapeno cheddar bread. If you're anywhere near Full Belly Deli, do yourself a favor and stop in. You won't regret it.

To be fair I only tried one item, the Thai chicken wrap and it wasn't bad but it was a huge mostly cabbage presentation. Really there was very little chicken in it. I couldn't detect any peanut flavor in the Thai chicken sauce. Perhaps I should have tried a different item? The service was great, atmosphere was non existent, it's a bleak boring dining area. The only cool thing was the stickers on the front window. If I get back to Reno this place would be low on my return list. UPDATE: After receiving a message from the owner I plan to return to Full Belly Deli and try something different. It's tough to make a decision with the extensive menu and as I felt instinctively while there. The Thai Chicken Burritos wasn't the best choice especially when they may lots of breads in house. I'm sure I will be back within the next year, as soon as my client destroys the work I did on my last trip.
