Review over due. I called and spoke with a lady about installing laminate flooring that was already purchased (Home Depot clearance 50% off). I expected a quote for $1750 as that was the average with cheapest at $1400. She contacted her father and called me back quoting $960 and included 1 year warranty of the installation. Shocked and reading Yelp reviews I booked and hoped for the best. Gerardo showed up on time and got to work. He was respectful and continuously cleaned his mess. He worked 2 days and never was late and always ready to work. He completed the floor and it was perfect. We are moving again and if flooring is needed then I will only be contacting Paredes. Saw these guys on yelp and thought the reviews seemed to good to be true. But the comments were consistent so I gave them a shot. I needed to bedrooms and the closets carpeted. The two guys that came out to my stairs and bedroom were extremely helpful especially in my situation i had issues with my sub flooring aka my existing foundation as it was old and had gaps and these guys were able to still work with me and the job came out beautifully. Be careful with these guys. They give you the price you want but then they measure for more carpet than you actually need. Jorge Paredes told me I needed 200 yards for a house in Victorville. Another carpet guy measured and installed 178 yards. Paredes attempted to charge me for an additional 22 yards that I never needed. read more
