I have found that this is a wonderful hardware store in your local neighborhood. I usually can find what I need unless it is something I know they do not carry. Went bought the jet, 1"in extension's and gaskets from them. Paid $150 to have it replaced and still no water. The jet came off was still in good condition nothing wrong. Come to find out it was my the iron piece that attach the pump to the pipe in the ground had a hair line crack causing it not to keep pressure. Now they refuse to give me my money back.

Business has been around for over thirty years. I've used them in the past for parts with good results. I haggled a little before my purchase of the tractor and an accessorie but actually got nowhere. Now since there are several features on the equipment that I needed to modify to suit my needs like the removal of the anti-afterfire solenoid the owner did agree to supply the float bowl bolt so I could remove this feature. After recieving my tractor I returned a few weeks later to get the bolt the owner promised and he acted like he had never talked to me about it. I actually had to purchase a float bowl kit to get the bolt I needed. After spending over two grand with this business I was a little surprised that I was promised this part but had to purchase a kit and it's a common part in any repair shop's tool box that cost less than a buck. What really disturbed me the most was after a few months I had to take a wheel off to fix a flat and what I found was disturbing. The front axle spindles had never been greased. Before a delivery every dealer assembles and inspects the equipment and should take care of everything on the checklist but unfortunately this work was never performed by Lawn and Garden Center. Adding this establishment to my list of businesses to avoid!

What a bunch of bait and switch. My over 70 year old mother went there yesterday, 1/25/17, to try…read moreto buy a new shed and they told her $2,400 but then the salesman made a call and was told that the one she wanted was $2,800. The salesman apologized for the difference and then told her that they would include delivery, set up and taxes. So mom went to the bank and got a check made out to them and returned. When she returned there was a different person there and started to write up the sale and added all of the things that she was told would be included she that's not what she was told and asked were the person that she talk to is. She was told that he was sent home because of the things he does and he is only good to set them up. Mom asked for the owner and she was told that is not the price and that the price quotes was a Christmas special and it was over. So my advice to anyone doing business with them make sure you get what ever price they tell you in writing because they will switch the price in you. Personally will not deal with them again and plan on letting the BBB know. Sham on them for trying to take advantage of an over 70 lady that was smart enough to see what was happening.
