Comfortable eatery to satisfy your savory or sweet tooth. A wide variety of pastries that are fresh and flavorful. Grab a tray, prongs, and have at it. There's a decent amount of seating at a counter and outside as well as a handful of tables. It's really not a place to bring your laptop and get stuff done for hours. Service is fine. I really like this bakery. Apparently, it is a chain. I find it everywhere now, but that's a good thing. If I'm in an area where I don't know if there's any good food, I know I can go in one of these stores. Definitely can at least get a delicious pastry! The cakes are gorgeous. I've only ordered slices, but I see a full cake in my future. I've been to three locations and all the staff are very friendly. The atmosphere is lovely and nice and clean too. read more

I don't get the low ratings. The selections were plenty. The place was clean. Lots of room and lots of tables inside AND outside. Other than the pouty girl restocking, the rest of the staff had smiles and were kind. The long line moved along fairly quickly. My Matcha was ok, not the best but neither is their quality of matcha. The lower quality matcha is kinda expected since it's a chain. It was still ok though. My Rice Donut was FABULOUS! And the Ham & Swiss Croissant was delicious. Price point is a little high but I know that about Paris Baguette. I try not to patronize chains but in this area, it's hard to find pastries with Asian flavors so Paris Baguette it is! Neutral rating for now as they're in the soft opening phase. Will update later! I've been to quite a few PBs so the selection of goods isn't new to me. There's the usual sweet and savory pastries, a nice selection of not too sweet cakes and refrigerated drinks/roll cakes. For those who haven't been before, it's a serve yourself type of place, grab a tray, a sheet of parchment paper, tongs and take what you want. My personal faves are the almond and the frank pastries. Their mocha and blueberry cakes are also great! I also like their holiday specialty cakes (plus they include a cake knife, candles, forks, and plates when you order a full cake). On the other note, I think their coffees are usually a pass for me but maybe this location will be diff? Tried to take pics of the selection they have in store but as you can see some items were barren. There's plenty of open seating so you can def work or chat in store. Can't wait to see what it'll be like once they fully launch! read more

Looks like they have a big pastry selection, but I've only gone later in the day and choices were limited except for behind the case at the register, which I understand. Variety of drinks. I usually get a latte. Things I've tried were pretty good and I come back to try more. Why the rating is not a 4 is the service. For me, service is important. When the person at the register seems like he doesn't want to ring you up or that you're a bother affects my recommendation of this place. read more

This location has been open a few months, and I think they're doing a great job. Staff is nice and friendly, especially Brenda, Noah, and Jacob. Pastries and cakes are delicious. Usually there's a large selection to choose from, but occasionally they run a little short. Really nice atmosphere-clean & modern. Glass cases gleaming like jewelry store displays, filled with confections that sparkle with glazed hope and powdered sugar dreams. It's Instagram bait for the unsuspecting masses who still believe in the magic of artisanal anything. Glance up at the dark navy tiles and you'll spot their mission statement: "Freshly Made To Make Your Day." Translation from corporate-speak: "Factory-frozen, shipped cross-country, and reheated with all the authenticity of a politician's town hall answer." The fruit on the cakes? Fresh, I'll grant them that. Visible through their plastic prisons like evidence in a crime scene. But here's where this French farce turns into American tragedy. The service--bless their well-meaning hearts--operates with the efficiency of a frat house kegger. Four visits, different times of day, same result: staff who seem to have wandered in from the street, wondering if they actually work there or if they're just visiting friends who had a mass exodus. The counter design is pure genius--if your goal is customer alienation. Tall cake cases topped with boxes create a Berlin Wall between patron and server. A sign perched atop this fortress helpfully informs you to "Ask for sandwiches at register." Because heaven forbid they make it easy. Two people. Maximum. Ever. Working the register while you stand there like a supplicant waiting for an audience with the sandwich pope. And when salvation finally arrives? Well, that's when bad becomes catastrophic. Today's offering: the Bacon, Egg & Cheddar Croissant. What emerged from their culinary laboratory was a heart attack on a plate--complete with that rubbery pre-cooked egg (the kind that bounces), cheese with all the melting power of sidewalk chalk, and bacon that clearly spent its formative years in a cardboard box. The grease quotient? Enough to fuel a small European nation. Previous visits yielded their own special disappointments. The tuna sandwich from the grab-and-go section: bread so soggy it could double as a kitchen sponge, having spent quality time marinating in mayonnaise and plastic wrap like some sad prison meal. The Turkey Avocado? One slice. One. Singular. Slice of avocado, rationed like wartime butter. This is what happens when corporate America cosplays as French café culture--all costume, no substance. It's the culinary equivalent of putting lipstick on a pig and calling it Brigitte Bardot. So here's my advice: save your money and your dignity. First visit today and I was unimpressed. The inside felt cold & sterile to me & not reminiscent of a Paris cafe at all. At noon on a Monday, more than half of the trays in the pastry and bread cases were empty. The fellow refilling them was apologetic but it still seemed disappointing after all the praise I had heard about the place. Staff seemed disorganized & confused. I waited 3 minutes or more at the register for someone to take my order. One guy in the phone just walked back & forth ignoring me & the other five staff wandering behind the counter didn't seem too busy to look over and notice me waiting but no one helped until finally I said something about the terrible service at my first visit. Again, apologies. The quiche, once warmed, was delicious. As was the powdered cream bun. The sandwich was dry and cold. It took another 4 minutes to find someone to help me cut it in half (as I was sharing with my daughter) because 3 workers couldn't locate the knife. When my friend joined us for lunch a few moments later he had to wait another 4-5 minutes at the register for service. I tried to be sympathetic when someone told me they were short staffed today but I don't think that was the issue. There were a lot of bodies walking around. It didn't seem like any manager was present to direct or assist these folks in actual customer service. Prices were a bit high for the bad customer service and chilly ambiance. I love everything they offer specially when you asked them to heat it up for you but this new location is improving very very slowly. Ever since it opened I went there once a week so I will make an honest review. In my opinion the following is what it needs to be fixed: 1) The waiting time in the cash register. 20-45 minutes wait and is because customers ordering drinks and not having a proper system to separate the flow. 2) After work at around 6pm there is nothing to pick from except the chocolate croissant . Have someone manage the selection because I left many time because of this. 3) Drinks take forever. Not sure why it takes so long to make a simple hot chocolate or coffee but when ready it just sat there in the counter without calling for it. read more

One of the most stunning bakeries I've ever been to. Delicious pastries. The staff are by far the most gracious and welcoming. I had a cheesecake and coffee. The cheesecake was so deliciously creamy and luscious. The coffee is definitely of a superior blend. I enjoyed every bit of it. We purchased pastries to bring home as well. The young man named Ian who waited on us was so kind and helpful. I even chatted with a lovely young lady who was putting out fresh pastries as we were making our selections. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and possessed such a great personality. Highly recommended! Run to this place don't walk. read more

This is the third PB I've been to, the other two being in Centreville Va and near McLean Va. This location had a solid selection of pastries, but appears at first to have a more limited cake selection. I was thrilled to see their cappucino cake! I would specifically say that the roll cakes and pre-prepared food items such as the sandwiches and salads are much fewer in selection than other sites. I do wish they had more vegetarian options like the caprese sandwich at other locations. Drink selection is about the same, but I can't recall if they had a bubble tea menu at this location. Service was a little slower than other sites, but I think that comes with the general area as it's not as busy/not as much foot traffic as I'm sure some of their other locations get. Foot traffic was pretty low on a weekday around lunchtime. There were plenty of seats to occupy and LOTS of bar/counter space if you want to bring a laptop to get some coding/schoolwork/studying done. There is no dedicated parking, as to be expected around Main Street, but garages are less than a five minute walk. Generally speaking, PB is one of my favorite, if not my favorite, café chains. Baked good quality is on par for their standard, at least compared to the other places I've been. Noise is on the louder side with music and staff/customers, so be prepared to speak up if you come with friends. Good size and selection for its location. Would recommend to my friends so they can enjoy the experience that is Paris Baguette. Last but not least, THANK YOU to the PB team for making a location open here. I was previously driving 200+ miles to go on a semi-frequent basis for my pastries. Would also appreciate matcha pastries (eg croissants), mini feuilleté as well as kouign amann to be made here. Placed an online order for 2 Buffalo Chicken Wraps and 1 Espresso. Initially, it said 10 minutes (on Google) but after receiving the order confirmation, it was up to 25 minutes. I arrived 10 minutes after placing my order (having not seen the updated time on the confirmation) and stood to the side waiting. I saw what appeared to be my Espresso being made right when I walked in, which I thought was a good sign. I waited and waited for my wraps to be made. Staff kept asking if I was waiting for anything and I told them I had placed an online order. They said they were being made and would be ready soon. I had to get back to work so at the 45 minute mark I asked for a refund. The wraps happened to come out at that same time, so I took them, as to not waste any more time. The manager said they were "overstaffed due to the storm", whatever that means (there were tons of people working). I saw the Espresso was also in the bag and when I went to take a sip, it was cold. It was clear it was made when I arrived, over 30 minutes before I received it. The Buffalo Chicken Wrap wasn't bad, but I must note the chicken is chilled, so there is no reason it should take that long to make. A shame, was looking forward to this place joining the neighborhood. read more

The location is very convenient since it's close to my home, making it easier than going to Starbucks. However, I feel reluctant to write this review as it's a new establishment, but it certainly needs improvement. The place feels disorganized, and I've never found a table available to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. While the presentation is lovely, I've been there three times and there's been a lack of pastries and baguettes each time. It's perplexing why the trays aren't regularly stocked with pastries. If there aren't enough pastries available for the day, then why is the place open until late evening? I've visited a Paris Baguette location in New Jersey, and their selection of pastries is significantly better, and the shelves were stocked with tempting treats. I truly hope the store takes customer feedback seriously. read more

Not the same menu or experience from other Paris Baguette locations. They don't have the green tea strawberry cake or the crepe cakes. And although it is good to see their trays empties, it doesn't matter at what time or day you go it is always empty so there is not much of a selection to try as in other locations. Got there at 10 am on Saturday. Totally packed, waited over 25 minutes to try to get an almond croissant. They ran out of almost everything. Absolutely inept staff. They have no freaking clue how to operate a store. If I could post a picture you'd see how pathetic it's run. Literally 90% of the case was empty. If you come here, be prepared to wait and wait and wait! There has to be a more efficient way to get people though a line with a pastry and coffee??!!??? I met a friend here for a quick bite of food. There was NOTHING quick about our visit. She stood in line for 25+ minutes just to get to the cashier!!! As I was waiting for her to return to the table, I noticed 3-4 people open the store's door, see the line and decide to leave. Was very excited to go in for the 1st time, took my daughter and parent since we all love a good pastry and coffee. We came in on a Sunday (today) at 2:30pm. They barely had any dessert and pastries to chose from, which was very disappointing, we picked 2 picked a twisted churros ( not good, it was stale) and two other pastries that were good because really that was the only selection or option we had. Service was bad, cashier were too busy talking with themselves, very standoffish. I had to ask them if they could please clean one of the tables since they were all dirty. When we got our coffee it was a great coffee but filled to the top where I couldn't add creamer since it was too filled to the top, had to ask for another cup to have more space and add creamer. I have been to other PB's in the past. I used to frequent a different location weekly when in the area for work. This location no matter day of the week or time selection is non existent or sparse. 16 employees counted for a Sunday @ 2pm with a total of 2 pastries in the center run of cases. A handful of cake slices available in again limited selection. Staff has been rude at the register on 3 trips. While talking with my wife about how nothing was available staff jumped into the conversation expressing they were working on it. Should not be open daily until 9pm as the to-go shelves are also empty in the beginning of the day. Stopped another time at 5:15pm and all of the cases were cleaned and prepped for the following shift and was told we could order a drink if we wanted. Purchased a cookie and left. Don't waste your time in parking to go in. You most likely will leave empty handed as we have now on 3 other trips. read more
