As their name suggests, they offer a wide selection of macarons, all of which look delicious. They also have various sweet and savory pastries, coffees, teas, and lemonades. I've only had their hot tea, so I can't speak on the other drinks; I do appreciate the variety and uniqueness of the tea flavors offered as those aren't usually highlighted much. The pastries are flaky, delicious, and filling - definitely recommend the feta spinach croissant. Prices are fair. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

I live in CA and my dad in PA, so I called 20+ local bakeries and all said no, they bake in bulk and couldn't do it. One of the bakeries referred me to Leah and she said yes! She loved the family tradition and wanted to help. It was not an easy recipe. She even asked if he has any special hobbies and added a motorhome on the cake. She surprised my dad at his doorstep with the cake and printout of my grandma's recipe in my grandma's hand writing! My dad was so surprised and moved.
