Cute cafe with good coffee and service. The pastries we chose got mixed reviews from the family. The large twist donut was crunchy on the outside and very chewy. The small twist was decent but also chewy. The almond pastry was very dry. The small cream cheese filled donut seemed underbaked and also very chewy. The cold pastries were good and our daughter loved the chocolate bun. If I went again, I would skip the pastries and try a slice of cake instead. read more

This place is much much smaller than the Scottsdale, AZ location. The girls aren't very attentive here. Not as a big display of items to choose from which is rather disappointing and the seating is minimal as well. Girls need to listen, I asked for a sandwhich and I wanted it to be toasted. They didn't hear a thing I said. Thats why I'm giving it the amount of stars that I did. When it was time to go sit down mind you there was hardly anyone in there a lot of the tables were dirty and I guess they found that wiping the table and leaving what they wiped off on to seat where you sit was fine. Was even more disappointed. The front of the store front was filled with trash. People walking out and eating what they order, then just tossing it on the ground was even more of a turn off. I like a pristine place to sit and eat my food, didn't enjoy all the garbage I saw out front. Made what was eating not so appealing or appetizing. My suggestion to owner. Us you're the boss. Your job is to tell your employees to keep the place clean and in order. Whats even more mind boggling is it doesn't close until 9:00 pm. I came in at 2:49 and a lot of what I was wanting was no longer in stock. So I asked if they could makeup what I would like and they told me no. I went around 3pm on a Saturday & Asia Times Square is ALWAYS busy. With that being said, there were alot of things they were running low on or out of, I wanted egg tarts, which were gone. I know that they would be refilled but just a thought of keeping inventory stocked for demand. I know it may be the best pace they could keep up with. With the busy-ness of it all I think it was full man power for customer service, so the trash/counter area with straws & such was a bit messy as were a few open tables. I will say it's a nice layout, super cute, & looks crisp. Besides tables & counter mentioned, everything was so clean. So again, maybe just the crazy day but add another staff member if possible? The staff was truly wonderful, efficient, & so nice! They really worked through the long line while not compromising customer service. We enjoyed what we got - crab croquettes, ham & cheese croissant, almond croissant, tirimasu marscapone cheesecake, & a tirimasu tart. They also have good ice coffee! Paris Baguette has quickly become one of my favorite bakeries. It is located within the Asia Times Square shopping center. There are plenty of parking spaces. As soon as you enter, there are directions to grab either a box (to take home) or a tray (to dine in or to bring to front so that they can package items for you) and tongs to grab your items with. I have only taken my items home so I just grab a box! Every time I have been in here, the items are slightly different because their items sell out throughout the day. The egg tarts and fruit tarts are my go to items. They also have several cakes to choose from! The strawberry soft cream cake is a favorite of ours! Lol, I've been back several times since then and every single time they are absolutely amazing!!! The service is great and the ambiance is very nice. The pastries and cakes are amazing. The atmosphere is inviting and comfortable. From what I can see, everything is made fresh daily on the premises. If you are looking for cheap pastries don't come here. They don't skimp on the quality, and the prices reflect that. The croissants are the best I've had in years. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is the need for more tea options. I'm a tea drinker. There's lots of coffee options but low on tea options for both hot and cold tea. Omg!!! I can't believe Paris Baguette came to Grand Prairie! It is such a gem because before they came, Arlington/Grand Prairie area did not have these type of cakes or pastries. The breakfast quiche was absolutely delicious. I like how they recommend to heat it before eating. I popped it in my air fryer to warm it up and to have a flaky edge. Parking is really none existent, but this location sits in the Asia Time Square, so rather than wait for a open spot, go-ahead and pick from 100 or so in the back. So excited to see a PB open up near my house! It was my coworker's birthday so wanted to pick up a cake. I stopped by around 8:45AM and the place looked pretty nice. A nice open interior section with plenty of seating and pastry selections. It looks like the main clientele is not Korean as most of the employees and customers were not. I came only two hours after opening but was a little disappointed in the amount of cake selections they had. I thought they usually stock up all their cakes in the morning but there weren't that many cakes to choose from. I ended up ordering the mini cream cake which was one of the select few available. They asked if I wanted any wording on the cake so I asked them to put Happy Birthday. They also provide candles and knives upon request -- I did notice that the cake took a longer time than usual so if you get your cake lettered, be advised of that. I also ordered an iced milk coffee which was only $3.29 for a large size! So cheap and lots of quantity -- I was surprised at how cheap it was and I definitely do want to come back for some coffee later on! I think all the staff is still getting in the cadence of everything so while there was some lackluster aspects, I think this location will prosper to be a great place! read more

Love that they now have a location in this area. Conveniently located in the same shopping center as Hong Kong market. It sits in a newly constructed building by the street alongside The Kickin Crab and 7 Leaves Cafe. This location is smaller than the Carrollton location and also seems to have a lesser selection of pastries. The cake display case is always bare and not aesthetically pleasing. The quality is not up to par as well. I selected a few of my go-tos such as the walnut cream bread and found it to be over baked/dry and not filled with the usual amount of cream. Perhaps it was an off day. I will say my favorite thing was the option to choose a box instead of a tray for easy checkout. You just put the pastries in the box, they ring it up, and just close up the box. No more having to wait for them to wrap items up individually. I'm not sure if this is an overall new thing at PB but I loved it! Customer service was ok, nothing to praise or complain about. Overall I'm still glad they're here. Highly recommend!! Had recently visited Le Rêve for the viral stuffed croissants and was craving more without the drive. THIS BETTER!! First of all self serve is so fun with your own tongs. And don't get me started on the selection. I'm sure you can tell from my selection I couldn't get just one box lol. Favorite was definitely the cronuts after being heated in the air fryer. They can heat some of the pastries if dining in. We had them heat up the ham and Swiss croissant and the pizza croissant. That ham and cheese croissant was life changing.
