The middle was raw, but it was good all around, great service and beautiful ambiance! Never had a roll so buttery and creamy before without being tooooo too sweet.

I enjoyed some cookie dough with some creme brulee icing after having lunch at Jersey Mikes next door. It was really good. There are lots of options to chose from! There are a few tables to sit at inside and a cute photo backdrop to take photos in front of. Service was ok, and our order came out quickly. It was very clean inside. This area does get busy so parking sometimes is hard to find.

First time here and very disappointed. Employees are standing around talking like they just got out of school. Only one worker was actually making the cinnamon rolls. One of my cinnamon rolls was completely raw in the center, the dough was still very gooey at the center and not fully cooked. Very disappointing for a first impression. The one in Arlington never had this issue. Don't recommend coming here and won't be coming back.

Customer service: A Atmosphere: A Price: B Food quality: A This was my first time trying cinnaholic as I'm not a big fan of sweets. However, I wanted to try something different. As soon as I walked in, I was granted by an energetic young man. I informed him this was my first time, then asked what recommendations he had. He provided some with several options and explained to me that all their ingredients were vegan. I decided to create my own cinnamon roll with various toppings. Along with purchasing a nice size lemonberry coffee cake. This cinnamon roll was massive by the time all the toppings were added. It was delish but very rich, but you could taste each individual item. The price was a little alarming, two items for $15.73, but it was definitely worth it. If you're a sweets person, this is your place for fresh & delish options. Ronnie's pick

I would really say 3.5 stars. We went in this last weekend and had a fairly large order. Unfortunately the cakes they had out individually wrapped were past the sell date but when brought to their attention they fixed it immediately. Every cinnamon roll we ordered was fresh and delicious. A couple of them even traveled back home on a 2 Hour Drive and were just as good.

If you want something sweet, stop in. The service is fast and informative. With so many options, you may get overwhelmed, but in a good way. You'll want to come back. It's nice enough inside to sit and eat there or just to grab your roll and go. Come get whatever your heart desires. Whether you're vegan and not, you'll enjoy yourself.

Took abt 10 minutes to just get one, first time coming here & heard from others it was good , however presentation was messy & the taste was okay Would rather go to Cinnabon

Grand Opening and they were SO busy but even better organized. The owners were really engaged and they moved quickly even though many customers needed to be walked through how to order. They have cute signage and we're even doing face painting today. The rolls were fresh from the oven, warm and soft.

This location in Grand Prairie, TX really can't get it right. When they first opened, I was going around 3 times a week! It was that good! The cinnamon rolls were AMAZING and the service was GREAT! Now, I never go. This location's cinnamon rolls are ALWAYS RAW and the service sucks! Even though I live about 2-3 minutes away from this location, I only go to the Arlington, TX location now because their cinnamon rolls are always PERFECT! However, I didn't not feel like driving that far since it's kind of late (8:00pm). So, I went to this location tonight for the first time in months. When I walked in, three girls were talking to each other and did not acknowledge I was in there. I locked eyes with one of them, but she was too interested in the girl talking with her back turned to me to say anything. A girl came from the back, noticed I was standing there, and that no one was helping me. So, she welcomed me into the store (she looked really irritated with the three girls in the front). When she welcomed me in, the three girls started laughing. I don't know what was so funny about not doing your job, but okay. I ordered the caramel apple pie cinnamon roll and it had barely any pie crumble on it and only two apples. The container was filled with frosting that was straight melted butter or oil and the center of the roll was RAW as usual... The Arlington location's cinnamon rolls never look like this! Needless to say, it went straight into the trash and I will officially no longer be going to this location. I used to rave about this location to everyone I knew that lived in the area, but I will no longer be doing that. Which saddens me because I loved this place so much..

She seemed to get more irritated when I asked her about selecting the sides on the kiosk. She was rude and made me feel as thought I was interrupting her as she scrolled on her phone. When my order was ready, the person in the back, rang a bell and put my food in the window. I watched my food order sit in the window as the host talked to 2 customers who were dining in. I asked the host if I was supposed to walk back there and get my own food out of the window. She said no...again, she seemed irritated that I interrupted her conversation. Food: The food is a 4 out of 5. I ordered cornbread and with " Just The Sides (4-sides):" 2 Mac and cheese, yams, and cabbage. I enjoyed everything except the Mac and cheese. I'm now sure what flavor is used...but I didn't care for that cashew cheese...hint of nutmeg or something... I can't pinpoint what's used...but whatever it was I didn't like it. However, the cabbage and yams were well seasoned and I definitely liked the cornbread. The next time I will get 2 servings of the yams!

But, a few aspects of this place keep me from giving a strong rating. The vibe fits the south end of Bishop Arts, having a local hole in the wall quality. It was warm outside and the front is a large open wall, with no enclosed air conditioning. Air is moved with fans, which helped. But, it was quite humid inside and I would have appreciated more relief from the heat. There is an "order here" counter, but also QR codes on the tables that open a web page you can order from. It's weird to me to ask customers *in the store* to go through the hassle of entering credit card, phone number, billing address, etc. into a phone in order to get food brought to a table. I started this process and bailed on it cuz annoying, approaching the register at the counter instead. The staff member behind the counter said, "happy to take your order" and all was fine. Maybe this would be more convenient if I was a regular and there was a long line at the register. We ordered a 6 layer dip, side of Elote, and Birria tacos. The Elote was delicious. The dip was meh, having a top layer that was pureed and reminiscent of a baby food flavor I couldn't put my finger on. The chips provided were bland and obviously store bought, taking away from any impression of in-house freshness. The Birria takes were tasty, though served very hot. The sauce provided tasted like a Chamoy, rather than the red gravy I'm used to. If the dishes were more consistent, order process clearer, and air conditioning better controlled, I'd have scored higher.

This place used to be the penultimate in delicious vegan Chinese food. The best Pho in town (really…read morethat I've ever eaten). We didn't get to go very often, once every two or three months, because they're about an hour and a half away from where we live, but we always made time when we were in Dallas to eat at D'Vegan. It's been several months since we ate there last and it was still excellent and our absolute favorite at that time. We thought it would be our last because we planned to move out of state but our plans were postponed. Now that we're again getting ready to leave Texas we made a point to go eat their pho before we left. What a huge, heartbreaking disappointment! It's hard to even describe how different the pho was from the lovely, huge, absolutely perfect dish it used to be. This disappointing (tiny) bowl had two types of noodles (one undercooked), in a practically tasteless vegan chicken broth, some sprouts and parsley (!). I had to ask for additional vegetables and they only offered broccoli and carrots. Gone were the lovely radishes, snap peas mushrooms and onions. Gone was the mint and lime. The broth tasted more like water than broth. But the worst, absolutely saddest, part were the two puny slices of tofu, and some kind of horrendous, slimy, pink soy protein that was tougher to eat than calamari, with a slightly disgusting mouthfeel. Good thing the bowl the soup was in was less than half the size of the previous incarnation. We had never had the crispy vegan eggroll before so we ordered that as an appetizer. Out of the kitchen comes the two saddest looking eggrolls I've ever seen. They could not have been more than an inch in diameter and maybe 3" long. They did a little better with the spring rolls in terms of portion size. What had been two large spring rolls full of tofu, mint, sprouts and veggies had turned into four 2" wraps with noodles and some parsley wrapped in the toughest rice wrap I've ever had the misadventure to eat. At least they couldn't mess up the jasmine tea. I can't explain how sad we were that our favorite, exalted, amazing D'Vegan had turned into whatever that was. Maybe the rice dishes would be better? I don't recommend anyone go to this place. Now we need to go to "Pho is for Lovers" on Greenville Avenue to get our pho fix before we leave Texas.
