July 2 8:25ish Pros: --Online, they have a lot of toppings to choose from, compared to neighboring Cinnaholics. --Who I believed to be the manager, called me back and explained the difference between the two Biscoff rolls I was interested in, after the employee who answered the phone didn't really know. She explained the toppings on both of the rolls, and she was extremely pleasant. I live in Arlington, but that location was not answering the phone, so this is how I ended up at the Grand Prairie location. I drove out there, arriving 30 min before closing. The cinnamon roll didn't look, or taste like the rolls I had previously. (I've been on a biscoff cinnamon roll spree. Eating at the Richardson location, and Arlington location). The roll here was overpowered with cream cheese frosting and UNDERPOWERED with minimal toppings. For almost $9, I expected more. One thing I did learn, though? I'll never go into a Cinnaholic that close to closing anymore - 1) Less fresh rolls (of course), and 2) tired, ready to clean and get off work employees. Also, their point system in GP doesn't align with the other locations I've been to. I'm unsure why? Here, they award stars, not points. So I got ONE star for this transaction. I got 150 points at the Arlington location. After so many POINTS, you get freebies with your awards. Just look at the photos I posted. Same exact order. I ended up going to Arlington location the next day and re-purchasing this order because I had been craving it since I got it the first time. I purchased two there, and I will stick with the Arlington location. I won't revisit the Grand Prairie location, unfortunately. They were skimpy on the toppings, and the taste just wasn't there. I enjoyed some cookie dough with some creme brulee icing after having lunch at Jersey Mikes next door. It was really good. There are lots of options to chose from! There are a few tables to sit at inside and a cute photo backdrop to take photos in front of. Service was ok, and our order came out quickly. It was very clean inside. First time here and very disappointed. Employees are standing around talking like they just got out of school. Only one worker was actually making the cinnamon rolls. One of my cinnamon rolls was completely raw in the center, the dough was still very gooey at the center and not fully cooked. Very disappointing for a first impression. We've been here several times and it's been great, but this time, not so much. They were out of forks, bags AND the new Dubai cup I was looking forward to trying. Not gonna lie it looked like there was only one person working the whole thing, but I got the "very berry" for my daughter to have a treat before her class. It was very messy when I opened the container the berries went everywhere, so without a fork, I had to bring her back home to eat it, instead of enjoying it there. Somebody needs to step it up with inventory and maybe more staff? If there was another staff member, they could have run to the dollar tree (in the same shopping center) to get forks at least. read more

Unfortunately the cakes they had out individually wrapped were past the sell date but when brought to their attention they fixed it immediately. When I walked in, three girls were talking to each other and did not acknowledge I was in there. I locked eyes with one of them, but she was too interested in the girl talking with her back turned to me to say anything. A girl came from the back, noticed I was standing there, and that no one was helping me. So, she welcomed me into the store (she looked really irritated with the three girls in the front). When she welcomed me in, the three girls started laughing. I don't know what was so funny about not doing your job, but okay. I ordered the caramel apple pie cinnamon roll and it had barely any pie crumble on it and only two apples. The container was filled with frosting that was straight melted butter or oil and the center of the roll was RAW as usual... The Arlington location's cinnamon rolls never look like this! Needless to say, it went straight into the trash and I will officially no longer be going to this location. I stopped by today after running errands to grab three cinnamon rolls for my kids. I got two specialty cinnamon rolls and one old school. I was in a rush and on the phone whenever he checked me out, didn't get a receipt but later when I got home, I checked my bank account and saw I was charged $36 & thought that's way too much for cinnamon rolls! Also the center of the cinnamon rolls were not even fully cooked. I went back on the website and checked the pricing And He overcharged me by $10 and when I tried to call the location, I got a message saying "the person you have dialed cannot take your call right now". The staff failed to inform customers of an issue with the dough and continued taking orders for 15+ people without mentioning the delay. Had my employee pick up a to-go order for a birthday celebration within 5 mins of scheduled pick up time. Surprised to see all the frosting melted like volcano and most toppings were not where they're supposed to be. How am I supposed to present this to my birthday guy?
