First time busier in this place great customer service and delicious cake I am definitely coming back sweet

I like their pastries and the staff are polite and fast in their services but couple of weeks ago when I went to buy pastries, there was a man with his little daughter purchasing pastries. I noticed when the dad was picking up a pastry from the shelf, his daughter sneezed on all the pastries inside that shelf the place the pastries were kept. Dad noticed and even turned and looked back and saw me but kept shopping without noticing the people who work there! I put my tray down and left because who wants too buy pastries with someone else's saliva on them! I have gone to 85 degrees from that day because they put each individual pastry inside the bags. read more

What a divine treat even later in the evening. My pastry was so fresh. I had a cream cheese pastry with pumpkin and poppy seeds.they had a nice display of cakes and macaroons for sale. Service was nice and pleasant. read more

Im so glad I don't live near the area to become a regular at this place. Line was long, they kept utensils in a paper cup, even that was empty and I had to ask them for it, tissue paper box was empty and they only had one in the entire store. No milk, half and half, etc around the coffee area, only some small office packets, tables were dirty, such a mess. I know management probably don't give a damn, but if someone wanted to address this for future customers, that should be their main focus. read more

I went to this PB several times already since its close to my house. Overall its okay. Bakery is delicious esp the croissants. The only small issue was that some people talk really out loud especially those old mamas gather gossiping om the bakery Lol! read more

I love Paris baguette but this location was so disappointing. Customer service was terrible.

First time in this location and it was pretty great! Very spacious and clean, a whole big wall of baked goods to choose from, and the two ladies working here couldn't have been more friendly. The raspberry cream cheese danish I got was spectacular and fresh tasting, and the watermelon spritzer was very tasty and a nice big size. The girl behind the counter even offered to change up my drink by making it less sweet if I wanted to (which I did after a few very sweet sips). Lots of seating and outlets makes this a great place to sit and spend a few hours on your computer. My only complaint is that it was very cold inside (perhaps this is necessary to keep food fresh) and the loud millennial rock tunes are blaring at times. That said, bring a sweatshirt and earbuds if you plan to stay awhile and work. I'll definitely be back! PS- this is in the Crossroads Irvine shopping center behind a big LA Fitness, in the strip that includes Flame Broiler, Pizza Hut and tons of other stores/restaurants. All looks and no substance. This is my second try here. The cafe looks amazing with loads of space inside and a wonderful environment to sit, relax, sip drinks, or have casual conversations. The pastries look amazing as well. Super refined and beautiful with prices to match. But nothing tastes good. Honestly it's work trying to eat anything from here which makes you wonder if it's worth the dollars or calories to consume it. I'm sure they might have certain items that shine but they have so much selection, I have no idea what will taste good, especially because everything looks so good. I think they should drastically reduce their selection on rework their recipes and focus on taste first over looks. I hope they get better because this plaza could use a good patisserie. read more

My second time here. The first was better. This time it just seemed to much hot dog/ham croissant medleys. Nothing outstanding. The peach tea is very good. My daughter and I both had upset stomachs after our pastry and we did not finish them. I know it's a chain bakery but it would be nice for Irvine to have scratch bakeries. read more

They have available seating and good food. They have good macarons and fresh coffee, which is all I need. They provide outlets and plenty of seating, beneficial if you're looking to study with a group of people. However, the music is just too loud. I could hear it through my headphones. It makes it hard to concentrate. read more

Paris Baguettes are all roughly the same in terms of drinks and pastries. This location is pretty spacious and they don't run out of their breads which is nice. Service is mediocre as well But for studying: there are a few tables to study and some stools but the WiFi is TERRIBLE. I went to study when it was half full but the WiFi was so bad we had to leave (we went to Peet's across the parking lot). Also the only outlets are at the seats by the wall read more

We come here often to grab bakery items or cake. Had no negative experience until tonight when the cashier was ringing up our order (two sweet rice balls) and she entered different items (with an increased price). We came two days ago and we knew the price was different than what she rang up. When I asked if this was the correct total, she asked me what the items were (uhh blank stare lol). It seems a little odd that someone in charge of the cash register is ringing up items she has no idea what they are (and charging significantly more). We love Paris Baguette and will come back here, but management should ensure their employees know the items that they're selling. read more

I'm sorry but this place is going downhill. They only had one employee who was serving the customers and one other customer making the drinks the last time I was there and it was filthy. Nobody was cleaning up and the place was packed with people (mostly students) studying there. All of the baked goods looked like day olds and trays and the first tongs I picked up already had food smudged on them. Yuck! read more

It seemed like two cashiers had some personal conversation before and they were still on it even though i was in front of them. I had to say it was not 3 coffees, just 2 and it was for here since they were looking at each other saying something, putting my bread in a bag. The Worst friendly staff members! Dont buy their Fresh Fruit Cake. I bought one last Friday to celebrate my friend's birthday. The fruits were rotten and have moles. The business number was listed as 123456789 on the receipt. I called to complain but no answer... I had to make a complaint using the HQ portal. Store manager, Thanh Tran did replied with apology and offered a refund but Nick, one of the employees that was handling refund had no sincerity and didn't even bother to say sorry. We drove up from San Diego on 9/18/20 around 1:30pm to celebrate my husband's bday. We decided to try this place out. When we were about to walk in, we noticed a gentleman customer standing inside right at the door with no mask on. He waived us in, thinking we might not be walking in because he was blocking the door. We had to mime to him to put on his mask so we could walk in. He did. He then told his wife, who was already using tongs and grabbing pastries from inside the clear compartments, to put her mask on as well. The staff didn't seem to mind she was talking to her daughter and opening all these containers with pastries in them, no mask in sight. That was three customer inside, no masks, near the pastries. I got the sticky milk bun and one of their pink lemonades with it. Both tasted really good and the bread was one of the freshest I had. The workers here are also really nice, they were very cheerful and efficient with their service. I then studied here for a few hours and it was very quiet with lots of seats so I was easily able to find a table. So I've been here five times this week. I have never really come to this chain prior but I got addicted to their fruit tarts.... they're soooo good. The crust is flakey and soft and the custard under the fruit is ahhhh-mazing!!! I think it's decently priced too. I tend to go for the sweet pastries here so I haven't tried their savory ham and cheese or hot dog breads. They are usually too oily for me when I get them at Chinese bakeries and I don't know if Koreans do it differently. Some breads are vastly superior to others but I haven't ever been super disappointed with any. My favs are the fruit tarts, chocolate raspberry tarts, the almond pastries and the cream cheese filled pastries. They put out samples often and there's different breads on the shelves all the time. The coffee is pretty strong here too. There's a decent amount of space for you to sit down and have coffee. People here are nice and helpful and the service is much better than at any other Asian bakery I've been to. read more

Ok- First off there is nothing here that's really Parisian in terms of food and their desserts. I'm very familiar with this store from an Asian Market located in Irvine has Paris Baguette and their cakes are boring with very little fruit and flavor. Just because they squish condiments between croissants and very badly baked baguettes doesn't mean it's French food. I hate the fact that they even use the word "Paris." Gives the impression of Parisian. If you want TRUE authentic Parisian sandwiches, baguettes and real Parisian DESSERTS go to Moulin Bistro located in Newport Beach! This is an Asian mini restaurant with Asian bread and desserts! Also! this is brand new and the cleanness is lacking!! The floors are filthy, tables and restrooms left untouched with debris. If you're a bakery where a good chunk of your inventory are croissants, it better be good. They had regular, mini, chocolate, cream filled, strawberry and cream filled, etc. Instead of having a flakey and crunchy exterior with a soft interior, this crunch came from a strange sugar glaze. We ordered chocoholic chiffon which had a description of three layers of chocolate chiffon filled with chocolate soft cream, chocolate ganache, and crisp chocolate but we got a cake with whipping cream and chocolate cake instead. We complained on the phone and they told me that whatever they have available that will be given. Upon store visit, they said this is not our website and then they also said only make this cake on july 4th (how did you get paid and how did you have my order number?). I would avoid this location these people dont know what their doing and will never be ordering online. They ruined our birthday party. If this had negative stars i would give it to them. read more
