My office is down the street from Caffe In and I've gone here a dangerous amount of times. The service is friendly and quick and the store serves as work hub for a lot of people. I'm not a coffee person at all so their expansive matcha menu is such a hit. It's consistent and dependable and I know I will be getting good quality matcha flavor no matter which drink I try. Needed a afternoon pick me up so decided to grab Caffe in before taking the kiddos to the park. I got the Madagascar Latte and it did not disappoint. Thick cream top so the first sip was hard to get to the actual drink but once I did, it was delicious. Just a punch of caffeine with a perfect balance of sweetness, I thoroughly enjoyed it. My neighbor told me about this place, so I had to come and check it out. OMG, I'm happy I did. My drink was super creamy and delicious. I ordered an Iced Latte with Madagascar Vanilla Signature Cream Top. That cream top is out of this world. I don't know how they make it so fluffy, smooth, and yummy. My husband usually prefers coffee at home, but he said that I hyped it up so much that he had to try it for himself. Within the hour, we went back to Caffe In. Caffe In Coffee Roasters is located in the same plaza as the Chinese Eastern doctor I go to for herbal medicines and cupping. This plaza has low foot traffic, so parking is easy and plentiful. I came here after my cupping session on a Sunday late morning and they were super busy. They had a lot of seating available considering how small the shop is, but the layout is a little weird. For instance, while I was waiting in line to order, the pick up counter was right next to the line so the customers picking up their order may have to bump into you and shuffle around.   Come patient cause there might be a long line, and a slight wait to get your order. I had a Banana Nut Bread ($4), Almond Croissant ($5.75), and a Toffee Nut Almond Latte ($6).   When my order was ready, most of the seats inside was taken and it was really loud so I took my stuff to a table outside. Well the first table I almost sat down at HAD ANTS. So I went to the other table. After seeing the ants, I wasn't comfortable sitting in the area, so I just shuffled the placement of the items so I can hold it efficiently to get to my car.   Their pastries were well baked in the sense that the banana nut bread was moist and the almond croissant was flakey. However they were both too sweet for my liking. Like not lightly too sweet but WAY too sweet. The latte was good. It was just what I needed to stay energized for my upcoming chores.   I wish their pastries were less sweet, because I love pastries... but this was way way too sweet for me. The foam is very thick, so if you prefer to sip your coffee through the lid opening it may be difficult. I mixed mine in and it was perfect. The menu notes that this latte only has 1 shot of espresso, though if I got this again I recommend asking to add an extra shot.
