We came here on my own first and enjoyed it so much I brought my husband back the next time. The lemongrass beef croissant is truly one of the tastier things I have had around here. The meat was very good, the croissant paired with it incredibly well, and the radishes and carrots on the side were a great touch. My husband got the same thing and loved it. We also tried the boba tea. I am not a hundred percent on board with their version of it, but it was good overall, and my husband enjoyed his food across the board. Service was decently fast, the place was clean, plenty of options on the menu to choose from, whether you are coming for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Plenty of parking as well. I would recommend this place. Good food, worth coming back to. P.S. My ratings are based on whether I believe I could make a better or healthier version at home. I was looking for something different and this place popped up on Yelp. I love a Bahn Mi and this place doesn't disappoint! The service was terrific! The young lady at the counter was knowledgeable and helpful. The shop has lots of extra items you can buy and pastries too, I didn't expect that and dang!!! They looked fantastic. Good food, reasonable prices, and quick service. I had grilled pork fresh rolls and they were the biggest fresh rolls I have ever had. I think they were $6. They were filled with flavor and loads of warm lemongrass flavored pork. I had 1 for lunch and was full, but I enjoyed the other one for lunch today. My friend had the grilled pork salad and she loved it. It had loads of fresh lettuce, carrots, cabbage, soy beans, and of course grilled pork. I believe it was $14. The interior was clean and cherry with a casual cafe vibe. You order at the counter then they deliver the food to your table. This was our first time in Melbourne and wow this shopping center is gorgeous! Restaurant is conveniently located right in the center. Smaller than other Paris Banh Mi locations that we've been to but quality is certainly here. Made to order, fresh and delicious. Vietnamese ice coffee 10/10. Pho broth was outstanding. This was the beginning leg of our 17hr road trip so I always get nervous to eat but this place is 10/10. The Vietnamese gentleman behind the counter was so kind and resourceful. Very inviting interior that has minimal seating, easy ordering and lots of sauces and hot oils on the table to add to your sandwich or soup. I just placed an order online (because you can't over the phone most of the time). I order semi frequently and haven't had this issue before, but here is what happened and why I won't return - Since you have to order online almost always (idk why but it just depends on the day), I ordered 2 vegetarian bahn mi and some other stuff. I waited for it inside the cafe because I was nearby anyway. My order says in the comment box "tofu instead of the other vegetable protein" because they have both. It's never been an issue. I got home and was like "dang! They're both the other veggie meat." Annoyed but not a super big deal so I call and say "hey I just picked up and in the comments I wrote tofu but got the other, is it okay if I come back to switch them out or something?" The girl says "oh yeah we don't do that" I'm like "oh but they've done it before and no one said anything while I was waiting or when I paid or anything" and she's just like "yeah, idk, we don't do that now." I'm really upset because it's a waste of two sandwhiches because I do not like (at all) the other veggie protein. I'm happy to go pick another one up, or bring them back for a refund, or literally anything to not be out over $20. I don't expect any Florida spot to be as good as home, but I'm glad to see an Asian-owned business. Will continue to support them & hope it'll get better. I am kinda offended that one of the workers tried to explain to me how to eat pho because I'm Vietnamese... she pointed out the tuong & nuoc mam (hoisin, sriracha & fish sauce). I guess she couldn't tell I was Viet (sad lol). Although, I'm sure someone that has no idea about Vietnamese cuisine would appreciate this gesture. This place is okay & the best it'll be for what's available. There's only a few Vietnamese restaurants & I feel the food has been Americanized for local palates. I've ate here a few times & tasted several of their menu items. When I'm in the area, I most likely eat here after the movies. Banh mi- These are pretty decent. It gets the job done. I like 1 & 2. Not the best or worst banh mi I have had but I appreciate that it's available. They have a loyalty card. Croissant sandwich- not that great. Stick to their banh mi Noodle dishes are overpriced but there are very few viet places to go. It is what it is lol alright culture lesson in regards to another yelp reviewer; it's not crab pho. It's bun rieu . Please correct yourself. They're entirely different dishes. pho is beef/chicken stock & bun rieu uses pork based broth. You also use slightly diff veggies to accompany the entree. Pho tai aka pho steak- it's okay. Lacks that authentic flavor but I'll take what I can get in Florida lol. Decent portion size & will fill you up. Bun rieu aka crab soup- it's okay. Again decent sized portions. Lacks that authentic flavor but is expected in Florida. I think their pho is better but it was nice to eat bun rieu since it's hard to find around brevard. Drinks/ boba drinks taste good enough to me. Fresh tea you can have sugar or none . The specialty drinks have sugar included. The bread is what really makes the baby mi. Crisp, warm French bread, long and skinny and packed with tender grilled pork seasoned to perfection. And cool, crisp, sweet vinegary veggie straws to provide texture and flavor diversity. All these items together make this do different from any other sandwich. I will work my way up the the pate! My tiny friend are all of hers, but I was stuffed after half so I brought the rest to my husband, along with the jasmine green tea. We all loved everything and will be back. read more

I saw they had milk tea so we came in for a to-go drink. I was amazed to see they had a full menu of hot food as well as a huge array of pastries. It looks very adorable inside with nice lighting and greenery. I can't rate the place on their food but the milk tea and boba I got was amazing. I got the creme brulee. I have never seen this flavor in milk tea before. I was a little shocked by the prices. At $10 for one drink I'm not sure I could justify coming here often but it's great for a little treat once in the blue. read more

Let down by the French again... I found myself here in the Vierra plaza thing and located the store in the center of the circle of craziness. I walked in and felt like it was a cozy place. The staff was friendly and 4 stars for them. I opted for the #1 Sandwich which had 3 kinds of meats which kind of got lost in the sandwich. The picture was beautiful with nicely folded meat and lots of green cilantro. When I unwrapped my sandwich, it was kind of overstuffed with the cabbage/carrot mixture, which overtook everything by volume, not by flavor. There was barely any "Green" so I went up and they offered to remake, but I asked for some cilantro and cokes. He put them in a plastic baggie like a Marijuana dealer from the nineties (On a very special episode of Saved by the Bell). The sandwich was much better after that, until the bread split on the bottom and I had a mess of the pate stuff squirting out like a busted colostomy bag (I've had a few drinks when writing this review) I've had me some Bahn Mi's in my life, and nothing beats the $4 one from LA which was just singing with flavor. The veggies and greens just didn't do it for me here. It lacked flavor, pickling, something that I've had on a Bahn mi and maybe didn't know what it was. The LA Bahn Mi (LABM) is the standard by which I measure, and this fell short in more ways than one. TLDR: Not made correctly, bottom blow out, lack of flavor! If I would return, I'd opt for one of the hot sandwiches with the Pork or Chicken. They also had a slew of pastries too, but I'm trying to stay away from sweets the best I can. Last month visited and had another awesome meal we ordered 2 vegetarian Bahn Mi Chay! Everything was perfect from the lovely crunch baguettes to the flavorful tofu and DH's fresh jalapeños! We also ordered the Mango Green Tea and Paris By Night Boba drinks! Order placed with the friendly young gentleman and everything came out very quickly even though they were busy or called in orders! Love this place Paris banh mi in Viera, FL but I am not understanding why they are over charging for the Vietnamese dipping sauce??? It's a little excessive to charge for this sauce in a tiny container (2.00) when I'm substituting the peanut sauce for my summer rolls. I may have to go back to Bean Sprout in Viera FL. Hoisin sauce and peanut butter are more expensive than making fish sauce. So not sure why the cost of substituting fish sauce is very extreme. read more

First, the food is not bad at all, from the 2 things i've tried. The selection & utensil situa, not so much. If you're vegetarian or pescatarian, you'll be disappointed. There only one option for each, a veggie sandwich and a crap soup. This is mega-unusual for vietnamese (or really, any asian) restaurant. With all the people in those categories these days, and more & more young people in there, that seems pretty shortsighted and lame. I'm neither, but eating less meat & was craving a veg or seafood pho or ramen. Oh, and they don't have plates. They give you a sandwich wrapped in paper and you get to sit in the mess that creates. The pho here is the best I've had in Melbourne. They brought out the bean sprouts, basil, and jalapenos which looked so carefully picked, fresh and nicely plated. The red onion and broth were even more so. It was also gluten free, celiac safe. The broth was very tasty, and had a spicy kick to it. You can ask for hoisin sauce and sriracha This place has great noodle dishes! Worth a try if you're looking for more than the breads and boba Also, to the review below about "crab pho", that is a dish called bun rieu which is more of a specialty dish and completely different from pho in every single way. The tea here is so good. They have quality tea and flavors which is hard to find in boba shops in this area. But I asked for light ice this time because I wanted more tea. And I got this cup with 3/4 filled ice. Paris Banh Mi - Steak pho and mango guava cheesecake - Vietnamese Near Me - Melbourne, Florida

Very solid but not perfect. As a Banh Mi connoisseur, I found some slight flaws (see below). First off, the place is beautiful for a fast food joint. It's clean with great design and layout. I particularly like the wall of pastries. In terms of the food, it was just solid but very close to being great. I'll discuss what I tried only, obviously. First item, the bbq pork Banh Mi, was tasty but a bit safe/bland compared with what Ive had in NY and the West Coast. It lacked the strong, wonderful lemongrass aroma Im accustomed to and had some sort of weird, shredded, cheap meat consistency. The bread was also off. It was quality French Bread, dont get me wrong, but not Banh Mi bread which is supposed to be fluffy in the middle with an amazing crunch on the outside. I took some of the sandwich home and tossed it in the oven on broil and it got very crunchy and really took it to the next level. The Veggie Banh Mi was solid too, very similar to the pork which was shocking and just emphasized how the pork itself really wasnt anything special. Same issues apply here too, the bread was too soft and dense and simply put, not traditional Banh Mi bread. I requested extra veggies on both and still got a very tiny amount of cilantro and cucumber. Again, in the NE and W. Coast the Banh Mi's are loaded up with fresh veggies on that amazing crunchy bread full of extremely flavorful meat, so Im (perhaps unfairly) comparing to a really high standard. Prices at $7.50 per Banh Mi were extremely fair and I'd def go back for more to take home and toss in the oven (veggies on side to add back in after)! I tried multiple pastries too. They were def. not from Paris! Lol. Essentially, they were much more Asian in style (consistency and flavor of dough) and that threw me off. They were passable but Id only be coming back for the Banh Mi's. read more

This is a very nice location but a little smaller than other Paris Banh MI locations. The menu offers the usual sandwiches from the traditional vietnamese roll, croissant, or burger. The snack and dessert range here is pretty limited when compared to other locations but the have some very Bice offerings. Drink range from fruit teas, milk teas, coffees, and slush. Reading the reviews...I would have expected a better experience. I just felt that for the price and what I got was not worth it. First my salad, spring roll and regular black tea was $30 all served on a paper plate or a plastic container with flimsy plastic silverware. I will say that my chicken on the Thai salad was hot and was actually very good. The salad itself was just ok with a Ken's Thai salad dressing package. SO GOOD! We got the vegetarian bánh mì and it was the perfect balance between savory, a little sweet, and fresh! The bread was the star for me. There's nothing like good bread to make the sandwich. The soy meat was actually really good too! We also got the turtle cheesecake which was excellent. This place puts out quality food in a nice, clean and organized environment. I can't lie I haven't found a boba place that can compete with Paris Bahn Mi. It'sssss so good! I cannot stress enough about how good their Cheese Moose milk tea is. If ur a SWALTY person who enjoys sweet and salty things this is the drink for u ( highly recommend ordering). The sweetness of the tea is contrasted so well by the thick, creamy, and salty mousse. The service is almost always great with the accept-ion of one time they messed up my drink but I'm pretty sure they'd be more than happy to fix it for u. $20 for a bowl of crab pho that I didn't finish because it was so bad? First off, there were stewed tomatoes on top which were so unappealing-looking, I took them off. Stewed tomatoes in a Viet Namese pho? The broth was mild and ok. The crab balls were the only good part - they were soft. I'm used to basil and jalapeños with pho, but didn't get any. Instead it was just bean sprouts, cabbage and some bitter green leaf. The worst thing though was the short, overcooked noodles. Once the crab balls were eaten and all that was left was over cooked short sad noodles and bitter green leaves, I was so sad I got up and walked out. Also, signs over each table saying "Keep table clean" or something - like the staff aren't paid to clean up after patrons, like a stern auntie pointing at you to not make a mess. Screw that. Also, note to owners - pho should come with the little dish for people to mix the hoisin and chili sauces. Stopped by for a quick caffeine fix before lunch and was so pleased with their ice milk coffee and hot milk coffee. Their coffee is made with condensed milk, which gives the drink its characteristic sweetness that really hits the spot. I'm a big espresso drinker, but sometimes I like to enjoy milder drinks without the bitterness and acidity. There's a decent amount of caffeine too - enough to keep me focused for pretty much the entire day. Perfect if you have a deadline!
