It is extremely difficult to review Paris Banh Mi. One of the main reasons is the massive menu. It has it all, the jack of all trades...only if it excels in all trades. At Paris Banh Mi, one could get food being sold at about 5 different smaller shops. Waffles, Korean corn dogs, fried chicken, burgers, pho noodle soup, bánh mì, boba tea, various desserts are all available. Bánh Mì is a must try at Paris. To rate the different bánh mì shops, the combination bánh mì is the standard measurement. The combination bánh mì at Paris was flavorful thanks to the paté spread which gave the baguette a rich creamy taste. The meats were savory. These flavors were well balanced out by the pickled vegetables. The baguette was on the "harder" side for me, and I would prefer softer bread. 4/5 Patê chaude was alright. Not too great, passable. 3/5 Mango passion fruit cheesecake was not great. The cheesecake was soft but there was an overwhelming citrus flavor. It was more toward the sour side. I don't have a sweet tooth so for me to call something sour, it's really sour. 2/5 Giving its extensive menu, it's difficult to try everything. Thus it is challenging to truly rate Paris Bánh Mì. Hopefully, with this review, more people would try the restaurant to give us a better picture of the restaurant overall. P.S. The restaurant looks amazing inside and outside. read more

Tried here for first time since the grand opening and I was pleasantly surprised they have good deals and the combo includes Any drink. Husband and I both got pork bahn mi then I got a strawberry milk slush which was perfect and refreshing on a hot summer day and hubby ended up a honey milk tea both drinks were fantastic and same with the bahn mis I still have more than half a sandwich because it's just huge. read more

OK, I've been here a few more times since my first review. Still liking it. Since the first time I went, they now added a baked good section. And I really like their spinach and feta croissant. But the thing that lowered me back twice is there kumquat sugarcane drink. read more

Lots of good items here - Korean hot dogs, pho, banh mi, Parisian confections, tons of fun drinks and boba teas. The banh mi sandwich meals are a great deal because they are easily shareable. The BBQ pork is *very* chewy, def pass on that but the chicken is super amazing. Very tasty stuff. The Cheeto corn dog was great but not spicy at all like I expected. The drinks are very good. The bobas are super chewy, how I like. The egg rolls are way too oily, but the kids enjoyed it. The bakery items look amazing, some interesting flavors like yuzu and mango. Excited to go again and try more things. I do wish they had a non-dairy option for the drinks. Very cute inside, nice staff, food comes quickly. The theme is odd to me - Paris and banh mi? I liked this place. Nothing seems to stay long in this location though. Price was s bit high for what you get. Nothing special about the Bahn mi. They had other stuff that was good like the Ramen and pho. They should have advertised that more. The desserts were good and nice atmosphere in there too. Wanted to try this since its still fairly new. I have a ususal bahn mi spot already but always want to try other shops. The bread is baguette style and there were quite a few options for meat style. Buy 5 and get one free. We ordered their pho and bun bo hue soups. Was pricier than most places but the portion was reasonable so it felt like you got your moneys worth. It wasnt too busy at the time we went because it was still rather early but as we sat down it definitely got busier. DO NOT get the milk tea!!!! My go to for any boba place is their house milk tea. It's simply a tea base of choice (usually black tea) plus creamer and sweetener. Unfortunately this milk tea was...... not it. As soon as I took a sip, there was this extremely off-putting chemical/synthetic taste. My partner took a sip and he said it "tastes like acetone" (yikes). I worked at a boba shop in college where I prepared and made the boba drinks so I know my way around making them! And being a Dallas resident, I've tried all the popular chains' house milk teas.... and I've never in my life had such a disgusting milk tea. I barely had a few sips and poured it down the sink. If you want boba, there are way better options close to here (Cha Bubble Tea or Ding Tea). I would never order boba here again. The banh mi is mediocre. The baguette was not proofed enough, so the bread ended up being tough and dense, and it didn't have a crispy outside. There was way too much mayo slathered inside so as we were eating our way into our banh mi, globs of mayo kept falling out of our sandwiches. It was a new banh mi experience to say the least. I did enjoy the meats inside (they were your typical banh mi dac biet meats) and they were generous with the pâté (which I love). The service was fine, but apparently they charge more if you pay with a credit card.... So beware of that. I came with my mom and my partner, and my mom had heard they were doing this so she paid in cash. The total price actually went down after she said she would pay in cash. Overall a very disappointing experience, which is pretty upsetting because this seems like a decent location for a banh mi place. After looking at their menu, my partner remarked "this place has no identity".... I think they serve too many things and should limit what they do. Maybe that would make their banh mi better. Banh mi is literally their name..... So it's a big shame it wasn't great. read more

We have tried Paris Banh Mi twice on Saturday March 30th. My fiance went in the morning to buy banh mi for the whole family. I had the croissant, which I liked but my fiance's dad thought the veggies weren't too fresh. To be fair it probably is really hard to have all fresh ingredients with a menu as big as theirs (waffles, fried chicken, pho, banh mi, hotdogs, boba, and other desserts). My fiance said they did have an issue that morning with the registers and he got charged for 7 french fries when he only ordered 1, but he caught it on the receipt later on. We went a second time later on that night around 7 or 8pm and ordered a bunch of the cakes in the display window. We waited around 30 minutes and thought it was strange that we had to wait that long when the cakes just needed to be put in a box for us. There was a few people that ordered banh mi after us that already got their banh mi. After 30 minutes, one of the guys at the register told us that on the register it just lists it on the receipt as cakes so he needed our help to point out which ones we ordered. It wasn't his fault, but the employee seemed a little flustered with the registers and there was a woman there that seemed to be an owner trying to tell them what to do, but she probably should've been more hands on and showed them how to properly use the registers. I still want to give 3 stars though because the employee was trying his best and it made the experience better. The oreo cheesecake and creme brulee cheesecake were kind of hard and dried out. We did try them later on in the day, so that may be why. Maybe if we tried it the beginning of the day it would be different. The ube, yuzu, and basque cheesecakes still had a soft and creamy texture to them. read more

Had to try this place on my way to do a Sam's slub pickup. I'm glad I did! The banh mi had that awesome crunch but soft and delightful on the inside. I also consumed a quite delicious bowl of pho. Not my favorite pho in the world but it was good and better than expected. I will be back to try other menu options. They serve fried chicken and milk teas as well. I can't say I was very impressed with the food. I've eaten Banh Mi at various places all over the country and the one thing I've noticed is that the chain places do a worse job of making them vs the mom and pop places. Gotta say the place has a HUGE menu (even tho it seems a third of it says coming soon). Bread was adequate but not special, veggies were passable, but the shredded chicken tasted horrible. split it in half to share with a coworker and we both ended up tossing it after a couple of bites. For banh mi in Tulsa, I'm afraid I will have to sick with Lone Wolf and Viet Hot Bread. I'll def be back to try the Korean corndogs and the fried chicken but I'll likely pass on the other Viet offerings. Place is nice on the inside and service was decent. Best bahn mi and best pho so far in Tulsa, hands down. The beautiful thing about pho and bahn mi is it feels very fresh, colorful, crisp and healthy! Especially here where they lay the veggies on thick. Dear white people. If you are scared and don't know what to order, get a grilled pork bahn mi. It's succulent and classically delicious. You know you're tired of the same old chicken fried this, and blah and gravy that. I'm from California, where bahn mi and pho places are a dime a dozen. When I moved here last year, I was disappointed I couldn't even find one good bahn mi place. Banh Mi combo is good. I always get the artichoke tea and today we tried the Vietnamese ice coffee. The coffee has a very strong hazelnut flavor. Not like traditional Vietnamese ice coffee. And the worker put a lot of ice in the drinks more than half was for a $7 drink read more

My wife had the B7 pork Bahn Mi and I had the B8 vegetarian Bahn Mi. The sandwiches are served on a crisp French baguette with generous filling. The butter rich but not overpowering the picketed vegetables. We loved our sandwiches and the service was great. They had some wonderful Vietnamese sandwiches that were very fresh. The Boba tea was really good and the desserts look spectacular. Absolutely worst service and food. What restaurant gives you a plastic baggy full of toppings. Chicken was raw, the fries were so crispy damn near broke a tooth. I would expect proper training on what is on your own damn menu, temperature controlled food containers. this place is straight up dog water. Touched the food in front of manager and as we were walking out they returned everything to the same containers. To the workers: quit, get fired, lay off the dope. Do better.
