This has always been my go to nail place until today. I took my mom here to get a manicure and pedicure for mother's day. i left after dropping her off because i needed to run some errands. An hour later I find out that Susan, the lady who did my mom's pedicure has made her cry. My mom simply asked her to cut her cuticles because she didn't see her do it and Susan got mad at her and made a big deal about it, bad mouthing my mom to the other employees in the shop, right in front of her. She insisted that she did cut them and was making my mom look like a liar. To make matters worse, the manager James who should've alleviated the situation told my older sister over the phone "next time you should be here because your mom is not right". What should've been a relaxing day for my mom became a stressful one, all because they felt the need to yell at a customer who simply asked them to cut her cuticles. No matter who was right or wrong in this situation, this could've been handled calmly without insulting my mom. Definitely not coming here again. read more

Quick service, and nice workers. I paid $60 for a basic mani and pedi. Gel for my mani and regular polish for my pedi. I think she coulde have spent more time in my mani. It was not as I expected it to look. I asked her fix a few nails-which she did, but still not satisfied for $60. read more

Horrible job. I ask for a full set of short nails and they did it so ugly it looks like I've not done my nails the past 2 weeks.

My husband, daughter and I all went. They took a second to start our nails but once they did they were top notch. My husband had cracked heels and they spent maybe 15 mins getting them in a better place without leaving him in pain. My toe nails were filed evenly and paint lasted 4 weeks. read more

Paris Nail Lounge(formerly Organic Nail Spa) has definitely gotten an upgrade and the service has always been great and is the same as before. There's more seating, more room and updated features. James, same owner of Organic Nails on California Avenue, was as welcoming as ever and gave me a water straight away and allowed me to sit in the seat to wait for my pedi. Have been coming since they opened and never once had an issue. Landed with a new tech today who was argumentative and rude right from the start, insisting on a different service than my regular request and getting openly irritated with me when I declined. She then proceeded to cut 7 of my fingers, which then bled throughout the service while she gave me the thickest dip nails I've ever seen - even after I asked if she would please buff them down. She complained to colleagues about how hungover she was for the duration and that she was "going home after this one" (me) because "she couldn't take this anymore". I stayed quiet for the ordeal out of shock, paid, left & called to speak with the boss after departing, she picked up and insisted the boss "wasn't there" - to which I said I had just seen him in person so put him on please, which she then did so begrudgingly. I relayed my experience, thanked him for listening, and am now headed to a different salon entirely to have this fixed. This tech alone has the power to bring down that entire salon, which is unfortunate, I can't return after an experience like that. read more

I called to ask if they were open to go get them fixed they said yes they were drove all the way over there and door are locked. It was perfect timing in all honesty I was looking for something closer to my house and a salon that didn't hesitate to say no I can't do that nail design I always get that's easy or oh yes very cute. Saw the ratings and decided to try this place. We were seated right away BUT we weren't even attended to until 30 minutes after. Mind you, we were not told there was a wait time which I would've been fine with if we were informed in the first place. They did my sister's nails first and they still skipped me twice. No one came to apologize for the wait or anything even though they knew I had been waiting. Really bad customer service which sadly is the same thing with most salons in this city. And one of the lady's still had the audacity to talk about me because i decided to take my business elsewhere as if it were my fault I was sitting there waiting for almost 2 hours but i couldn't leave until my sister was done. Well...I have gone to this nail salon since it opened, and I have always had good results, until Tuesday 4-28-2023. I went in for my usual pedicure, and I came out with 4 of my toes bleeding. I happen to be a diabetic, and this is not what I needed. I don't know who gave me a pedicure, but this is Sunday 4-2-2023, and I have infections in 2 of the 4 toes that were bleeding. I will have to see a podiatrist tomorrow for this. I like my feet to look good always, but 2 toes are so swollen and infected. This can be life and limb affecting for me or any other diabetics who visit that shop. I will never be back, I would like to keep my toes. If you are a diabetic, please don't go to this shop. read more

okay, so, i went to paris nails and i asked for this easy, pretty, and simple design, and when i walked in one of the workers just told me to go with her and i did. i showed her the design i wanted and she said "oh that's simple." after 1 hour of sitting down, she finally finishes, she messed up about 8 times, and the managed to "fix it", then she tells me "okay you need to pay", and i said "okay how much?" it was $80. i leave and i finally look at them, like really look at them, and they aren't smooth, they are fat, they aren't cut right, and she didn't file them right. the picture showed xl square and she made them look coffin. im never coming here again! im literally crying over my nails! read more

This place is horrible. When I got there they told me to sit and wait for a pedicure and eyebrow waxing. I waited for more than 30 minutes. I saw a lady walking around past me more than once so I asked her " ma'm can someone help me? She then pointed at a man who was doing another lady's pedicure. She had done my nails the first time they opened the business yet she could not recognize me. I then told her I wanted a spa pedicure with the callus remover and she said ok. I waited for another 10 minutes. I saw the lady walking around. Then the man came to do my pedicure. The water was cold. He did the basic pedicure and also he cut my nails round. My nails looked horrible. I was unhappy with the service, so I just decided to cancel the eyebrow waxing . I had made it before 7pm yet the man told me next time to call. I was very unhappy and it was a really bad experience. By far the worst nail salon ever! I had a more enjoyable time next door at the grocery store. My spa day was turned into a nightmare.
