Don't EVER go there! I got clear gel polish and a pink gel on my toes. My nails look crazy my cuticles are so bad, my nails are uneven. Had the nerve to charge me $78! On top of that didn't let me know they were charging $15 to take off a lil corner of gel on my feet. If you want to WASTE your money go there. They will never have to worry about me again. The best pedicure I have ever gotten but do not get your hands done. They take forever. They gonna loose business having a new nail tech who they think is "practicing" at their shop. She takes too long and doesnt say a word to you. She doesnt know how to use her drill and doesnt use a light. She never measured the length of my nails to match them. Someone really needs to check on her while she is doing nails. She should have a mentor. She is only good with detail but I do not think she is ready to be at the shop. Horrible experience. They are messy and rushed. Lady fixed it and got upset and said they were fine, I asked if they were good and she said no. I asked why wasn't it noticed from the gentleman that did them and she said she didn't know why... well she redid them and they didn't change much. The man then started yelling and said he can only do his best... and said you can leave a good or bad review, he doesn't care. So here's my honest review. They are just lazy. BEST NAIL SALON EVER I pulled up a picture of a mani I saw online and asked for something similar as it was very intricate and detailed. Well, let me introduce you to Cindy, the best nail tech ever. She not only replicated it, but she also improved it and added embellishments to her discretion. I have never had nails look this nice before. I literally couldn't stop smiling and gushing that other staff and clients walked over to admire. And the spa pedicure...also awesome. The gentleman (I didn't catch his name) was super friendly, and attentive and loved the fact that they don't push to upsell you or anything. I went to this salon since it is close to where I live. All I wanted was a simple manicure, some of my nails were longer since I had one recently break off. I asked that the longer nails be shaped (not cut off). I was not concern that they all matched in length. Instead, all my nails were cut, and all my nails are extremely short, no length to them at all-- to match the broken one. I was also told gel would last longer, Slightly more expensive. The paint job is horrible, some of the nails are not even covered and very see through. After I left and got into the sun, I saw the color has glitter in it and a much brighter pink then I picked out. They do not look like professionally done nails, they look Ugly and I am very disappointed. I would not recommend this place of business. read more

One of the worst mani pedis we have ever received. My daughters mani pedi was gel and both turned out poorly. They changed technicians in the middle of her pedicure and still did a horrible job. Her nails both on her hands and feet are unevenly done and look like crap. I expect more for $113. It seems that no one cares to have pride in their work. I will never go back. Would never recon this place. I did my mani and pedi with regular polish, no gel and although pricing was much better at $65. The service was still inadequate. The technician tried to tell me that the polish looked bad because of the color I chose and that's why everyone does gel nowadays. I'm the client, I'm allowed to have my nails done to my satisfaction and per my request not what everyone else may or may not be doing. Just outright a disappointing experience. read more
