I came in 6 days after because my nail color changed and they willingly fixed it for free. But they were lifting after a few weeks and once I pulled them off this fungus was under my nails. I did notice the environment isn't very clean. Even though you change the blue liners for pedicures after every use the tubs must be sanitized. And the nail work stations should be cleaned after every use. And using the same nail polish on every one probably needs to be figured out. Though the nails are fixed and assumed clean, you are still putting it back in the nail polish bottles and using it on other people. read more

Don't go there they don't know how to do nails properly. They cut my finger so much when filing I got a full set I asked for almond shape and they gave me like a cone shape. The nails were unevenly filed. I went back the next day because one of my nails was very cricket and they fixed it, but it wasn't good enough because they left the acrylic on the bottom. They didn't take off it. The whole acrylic completely so now it looks bulky. Really getting else is not cheap. I paid $60 and you wanna come out Happy don't waste your time there. read more

Now hear me out, before I go into my review, I have done so many reviews on yelp, and I always am super considerate and honest with my reviews., so here it goes! I came on a Thursday morning to get a gel X full set of nails, they looked absolutely beautiful after my nail tech had to reset my nails twice. My nail bed was super sensitive after the multiple adjustments. I still gave the nail tech the benefit of the doubt and complemented her on her work. Friday morning, we head out to a military ball by Saturday evening during the ball two of the nails she fussed with came off. Let me just say I was extremely unhappy because this place is probably the most expensive nail place in the CITY OF MENIFEE, which is one of the reasons why I went there. I figure expensive nail shop would give me some good quality beautiful nails. I paid $70 for a full set of gel X Nails, no designs, one polish color, and for that price you would think if my nails fell off.... Oh, and I tipped $15 so spend $85 on my nails.. I came back to them on Monday morning to fix them, I was thinking they would be more than happy to fix them. Absolutely not the case!!!! They charged me, seven dollars per nail to fix my nails. So upset!! The man that helped me fix my nails was acting like he doesn't speak English when I was telling him how it was not fair they were charging me for my nails, but then the lady behind the register walked over and spoke very good English and said sorry you have to pay for your repairs. I did explain to them how I felt as a customer and the lady walked away. She didn't even say a word-- Please save your money and go down the street to Sun City Nails and get a $45 full set of nails . They don't have a fancy nail shop and it doesn't have any blingy walls or fancy chandeliers but it is absolutely the best nail place I've been too! Going back to Sun City Nails! read more

This was by far the worst pedicure experience I've ever had. The technician who did my pedicure was completely distracted the entire time--constantly talking to people coming in and out of the salon and not paying any attention to what he was doing. He rushed through every step without care or proper technique. At one point, he told me to put my feet under the UV light before even applying any polish. After he finally applied the polish (sloppily), he inexplicably started filing my nails again--after they were done--and ended up cutting my skin. I was actually bleeding. When I told him he was cutting my skin, his response was, "You have to wait, I'll clean it up." No apology, no concern. Just careless and dismissive. The nail polish looked like it had been done by a child. I chose a simple white gel, and when I pointed out how messy and uneven it looked, his explanation was, "It's white, it shows." What kind of response is that? A color doesn't excuse poor workmanship. A professional should know how to apply any color cleanly. He completely mixed up the steps--doing things out of order, skipping key parts, and using the UV light incorrectly. After all that, I asked him to remove the polish. My toe was still bleeding, and he said, "Don't worry, it's just skin." No--it's not just skin when it's burning and bleeding. This was my first time at this salon, and it will absolutely be my last. I was planning to get a manicure too, but after seeing what a disaster the pedicure was, I just paid and left. I didn't even want to pay for the pedicure, but I did--just to be done with the experience. Save your money, your time, and your feet--go somewhere else. read more

New nail shop, and it so happens I'm their first customer on Grand Opening Day! I called last week when fellow Elite Takeya mentioned she wanted to give them a try. When I called, Jackie answered the phone and was really polite. She said they would probably have their final city inspection on Friday (I called Thursday) and would be open on Tuesday if all went well. She advised me to call on Monday to be sure, and then I'd be able to make our appointments. Takeya and I ended up at a different shop but my pedi from that shop didn't last very long so perfect timing for Paris Nails & Spa to open! You'll find it in the new Sprouts shopping center on Newport Road. The parking lot is great as there are plenty of spots open. However, it will get busy as other new shops nearby open up. When I arrived, I was welcomed by Jackie, the owner. She's super sweet and had me sit down in one of the pedi chairs. As she turned it on, it wasn't getting warm so I moved to a different chair. As with all new shops, there will be some hiccups that cannot be avoided and this was one of them. I won't deduct any stars though, because when service is amazing, it's AMAZING!! I did have to move to one more chair before the water temp situation was resolved, but it was fine. They offered me snacks and had a few beverages to choose from which was nice! They are currently offering 2 free decals with your service. They have so many to choose from and they have 600+ nail colors too! Talk about choices, lol!! This shop is really pretty inside, I mean they even have a replica of the Eiffel Tower front and center right when you walk in!! Prices are average and they also offer eyelash extensions, massages with hot stones and even facials. I gotta try the hot stone massage for sure! If you have littles, they offer services for them too. My nail tech Jasmine did a very thorough job and I am happy with my gel pedi. =) I highly recommend coming here and getting pampered! Came here on a random morning and was able to get seated right away for my pedicure. I got the $45 luxury spa pedicure which included the sea salt, callus removal and hot towel but they didn't do the hot towel. At least from my other experiences, they just wiped my legs down. I have been going to Lynn well over 3 years, she knows exactly how to get my in growns. I also bless her by tipping her VERY well and when holidays come around I show my appreciation. A few weeks ago she was doing my feet and asked me if I wanted my in grown as a souvenir , she said it loud and I was humiliated!! I told her it wasn't funny and she exclaimed well if you go to the dentist you can save your teeth, I responded that still isn't funny while people were staring at me. She didn't finish my left foot. I went back yesterday and she came in glaring at me, at that point I should have requested someone else , why is she offended or mad , I was the one who was completely humiliated in a shop full of people. Well she was down right rude and she was not happy then she became confrontational when I said oh that's the wrong color on my toes , I want the color on my nails on my toes too , she responded rudely well I don't know, she painted my toes and left she never came back to assist with my sandals, and never showed her face again, she stayed in the back. Perhaps she doesn't understand that she acted inappropriate and embarrassed me by laughing while making the souvenir comment , this may have been funny if this was the first time she was doing my feet but it wasn't !!!! Being the bigger person, I did leave her a tip , not as large as I usually do, because today was her payback to me for calling her out , a $45 pedi , the service was valued at a $28 pedi, her lack of professionalism was unacceptable!!! This is unfortunate, I love Jackie and my nail tech, I have to ask myself whether I should return or if it's time to move on, but they only see dollar signs, they don't see humans. I feel very torn writing this review because they are all very nice, especially the lady that manages the place. However, I've given this place multiple chances because it's walking distance from my house. They are never consistent, it's always a hit and miss, All that to say, I will not be going back unfortunately. This past time was the breaking point for me. I pay $102 for a regular, basic, pedicure and "gel builder" on my natural nails. No tips, no acrylic, just gel. The past two times I have felt extremely rushed, they've cut my toes and hands with the drill, my nails have burned more than ever under the UV (which they say is natural with the gel) and on top of that I've had to ask multiple times for them to clean up my cuticles. Why would I pay that much to not have my cuticles cleaned? Instead they say it's "dry cuticles. My nails are completely uneven, there was a bubble in my gel polish and they told me I "hit something". My toe nail polish looks like my 3 year old painted them. All this to say, as nice as they are, go elsewhere. They care about getting you in and out, not the quality, not the experience, just the money. read more

I brought my mom and daughter in for a pedicure. Everything was nice and our toes look pretty. We got what we paid for except for one major thing that I didn't catch on my receipt until later. They charged all 3 of us $15 each for "take off acrylic". My daughter had existing polish to remove but my mom and I both went in with bare nails. They charged us for something that didn't exist. That's not good business. The woman who charged me and took payment did my nails so she knew that my nails were bare. I've never been to a nail salon that charged for polish removal, so that's weird in itself. Yvonne does the most beautiful tap nails, I've switched over to this from dip and absolutely love how my nails turn out each time she does them. She takes her time and always gets it right. Annette is the design queen!!! she definitely takes her time so make sure youre not in a rush and she'll leave your nails looking immaculate. Sophia is FAST! If you need to be out the door asap--see her for your nails. She does a great job every time and doesn't cut corners regardless of her speed. Mimi is an angel. **CONSUMER BEWARE** I used to really like Paris Nails. Unfortunately, I don't any longer. The customer service is null and void. It's only about making money. I will give credit to the cleanliness of the salon though! My story: I "had" been a regular customer of this shop since it opened. A week ago I had nail service. The very same night some of my nails broke and the polish chipped off. The next day, I went back to show them the condition of my nails. I informed them that I was on my way to another appt and would come back within 1-2 days to have my nails corrected. When I went back, I was forcibly charged an additional amount. Between the two salon visits (within a week), I spent $201 (which included the gratuity tips the technician ASKED for me to pay upon completions - on both occasions). My nails/cuticles are all cut up/bleeding/very sore (a couple of pics below). I, honestly, believe it was done intentionally because I went back for the correction. I, probably, should go to urgent care to make sure there isn't any infection. It's very painful. On both visits, Jackie, the manager was not at the salon. I called Jackie to let her know what had happened. Initially, she was very confrontational/argumentative and tried to turn the blame to me. I let her know that arguing with her was not the purpose of my call. I "tried" to let her know about the condition of my nails and the service I received. Her response was "What do you want me to do?" I responded "It's a tough question for me to answer when I'm not a nail technician or the manager of a nail salon." I answered her the only way I knew how. Jackie then "pretended" to be accommodating in a very condescending manner. At that point, I realized that it was all about the money, to her, and that she could care less about the condition of my nails or customer service. To this date, she has never followed up to see if my nail condition improved. The good thing about Menifee/Temecula Valley is that there are tons of nail service choices. I ended up skipping a pedicure because other customers had been waiting for over an hour in the pedicure chairs and I knew I could come back another day. Just want to say with COVID it's common for nail salons to be short staffed or run a tad behind so I usually book when I know I have plenty of time. Unfortunately that night I slammed my thumb in the window and broke the nail So I came back later in the week. One of the men took me and said he'd fix the nail and do my pedicure too. The worst service ever. Rude. Rough. Didn't shape the nail like my others. Uneven. Then I have the color for my toes to match my nails and he ended up using the wrong color. When I asked for the other he rolled his eyes and kept on working with the wrong color.
