**CONSUMER BEWARE** I used to really like Paris Nails. Unfortunately, I don't any longer. The customer service is null and void. It's only about making money. I will give credit to the cleanliness of the salon though! My story: I "had" been a regular customer of this shop since it opened. A week ago I had nail service. The very same night some of my nails broke and the polish chipped off. The next day, I went back to show them the condition of my nails. I informed them that I was on my way to another appt and would come back within 1-2 days to have my nails corrected. When I went back, I was forcibly charged an additional amount. Between the two salon visits (within a week), I spent $201 (which included the gratuity tips the technician ASKED for me to pay upon completions - on both occasions). My nails/cuticles are all cut up/bleeding/very sore (a couple of pics below). I, honestly, believe it was done intentionally because I went back for the correction. I, probably, should go to urgent care to make sure there isn't any infection. It's very painful. On both visits, Jackie, the manager was not at the salon. I called Jackie to let her know what had happened. Initially, she was very confrontational/argumentative and tried to turn the blame to me. I let her know that arguing with her was not the purpose of my call. I "tried" to let her know about the condition of my nails and the service I received. Her response was "What do you want me to do?" I responded "It's a tough question for me to answer when I'm not a nail technician or the manager of a nail salon." I answered her the only way I knew how. Jackie then "pretended" to be accommodating in a very condescending manner. At that point, I realized that it was all about the money, to her, and that she could care less about the condition of my nails or customer service. To this date, she has never followed up to see if my nail condition improved. The good thing about Menifee/Temecula Valley is that there are tons of nail service choices. I will definitely be exercising my right to choose by not ever utilizing the services of Paris Nails again. Thank you for taking the time to read. read more

I've been coming to Paris nails since they opened every 2-3 weeks for dip or TAP manicures, so I've had my nails done here about 20+ times and I finally can leave a proper review. Today I had my nails done and once again I am beyond pleased. I've had my nails done by pretty much everyone here and have not once left less than satisfied. Kat really pays attention to detail, she will ensure every nail is the same length, Perfectly shaped, and will never leave you nail beds looking crusty. Yvonne does the most beautiful tap nails, I've switched over to this from dip and absolutely love how my nails turn out each time she does them. She takes her time and always gets it right. Annette is the design queen!!! she definitely takes her time so make sure youre not in a rush and she'll leave your nails looking immaculate. Sophia is FAST! If you need to be out the door asap--see her for your nails. She does a great job every time and doesn't cut corners regardless of her speed. Mimi is an angel. She's done my manicures & pedicures and my nails are always crisp and clean. Jackie is a total sweetheart and always ensures every single person who walks through the door is taken care of. A true business woman who takes pride in the services she offers and it's great to see her thriving out here. Everyone at Paris Nails really goes the extra mile. this place is absolutely terrible! they destroyed my natural nails with some kind of hybrid gel. the girl that did my nails filed my nails down almost to the raw bed! She didn't speak hardly any English so she didn't understand me when I was almost yelling out in pain asking her to stop filing! During the pedi they used icy hot on my legs! it was miserable! I do not recommend this place to anyone and warn everyone from going here! This place is also really dirty, there was all kinds of dirt, dust, and hair on the floor around the backs of the pedicure chairs! Made an appt for gel dip mani and gel pedi. Jackie did my manicure and it was BEAUTIFULLY done. She was so kind and actually very fast for such a beautifully done manicure. I ended up skipping a pedicure because other customers had been waiting for over an hour in the pedicure chairs and I knew I could come back another day. Just want to say with COVID it's common for nail salons to be short staffed or run a tad behind so I usually book when I know I have plenty of time. Unfortunately that night I slammed my thumb in the window and broke the nail So I came back later in the week. One of the men took me and said he'd fix the nail and do my pedicure too. The worst service ever. Rude. Rough. Didn't shape the nail like my others. Uneven. Then I have the color for my toes to match my nails and he ended up using the wrong color. When I asked for the other he rolled his eyes and kept on working with the wrong color. If not for this appointment/service I would have come back to see Jackie but I will not be coming back unfortunately. read more

Today I had an appointment with Tram for my usual fill (love how she does them) Unfortunately the nail salon booked this even tho tram wasn't going to be in. So they asked if I could try someone else. I really needed them done so I agreed. My nails are all fat and chunky and all bumpy and inconsistent lengths. I asked a few times for her to fix them. She would try but wasn't understanding what she needed to do. I was so frustrated and when it was time to leave, the manager was not there to speak to. The technician Paul was horrendous. His customer service is poor and his skills are even worse. He cut me twice with his drill and drilled so aggressively underneath my nail, my fingertip is still throbbing. The nails I walked out with look nothing like the picture I showed him but he assured me at the beginning that he knew better and upsold me on some hybrid gel stuff that he was squeezing the last few drops out of a communal tube directly onto my finger. After super going our finger together not once, but 3 times, he finally applied a layer of gel so thick, they look like chiclets on my fingertips. They aren't filed properly around my cuticle and there is bulging, they are misshapen and I doubt they are fully cured they are so thick. Not once did he as if I liked my nails or even say sorry for cutting me, he simply squirted some mystery solution on my bleeding cuticles and went about his business. Im not surprised my nails aren't filed properly since his drill was sanding my skin off most of the time. This is my second time coming here and second time receiving the worst full set of my life, and I come from duck nail generation! read more

Pedicure 6/10 It is a bit pricier than other local nail salons. They do not specify a time for how long the massage is. It is fast. Don't expect and actual massage. Expect them to just rub in the lotion. I got the pedicure that you can choose either collagen or paraffin wax. The lady chose for me and brought over the collagen and said it's better. Honestly it was just a "mask" and she rubbed the collagen into my skin. I would have preferred the paraffin because my skin was very dry. Tap Gel 5/10 Gets messy For the price, it's not worth it. Pretty natural colors for the gel, but they bend easily and tend to not last as long as acrylic. read more

I went here and got a pedicure and dip powder nails. My pedicure was fine, they look good so no complaints there. My nails though, look like Easter eggs. I got blue because I wanted a daisy and after 2 attempts the tech basically told me she couldn't do it so my nails were just solid blue. The shape was just horrible. I wanted almond and they were completely rounded. They also started chipping within days and I've since taken the dip off and now have bare nails. My daughter got acrylics and she wanted a pink tip and they did a white tip, so the tech just did something different. We ended up not getting what we wanted and I paid $170+ after all was done. read more

I've been to this nail salon 3 times in the last 2 months. The first time I got a gel builder full set for $60. Second and third time Vivian did my nails. Both time I got a gel builder fill. The first fill was $55 which I thought was strange usually fills are not as expensive as full sets. The second time I seen her she charged me $65 because she shaped my nails. I've never been charged extra to have my nails shaped during a full. I didn't change the shape. My overall first impression of the nail salon was that it's nice and put together. But I felt rushed both times Vivian did my nails. First time she did a good job with my nails second time not so much. I had two pedicures done here too. They were both good. Sara was very nice and meticulous. I think I will have to find another nails salon unfortunately because I'm not a fan of inconsistent work or inconsistent pricing. read more

Went to get my nails done for the first tome after having a baby and was really excited. Sophia did my nails. I asked for a milky white gel with chrome and showed her a picture. She suggested one coat pure white and then one coat milky white on top so that it shows, I trusted her professional opinion and went along with it. That was my mistake I literally have white nails with chrome. Not horrible but not what I asked for. The worst part is she managed to make the ends of my nails look wider than my actual nail. I paid $70 to come home sad about my manicure. Definitely not returning since this simple manicure was done poorly. Also, very sad that all i got was literally the gel being applied to my nails, no cuticle treatment, no massage, lotion, nothing. When Paris first opened I LOVED it, and hyped it up to all my friends. But now, I find myself looking for another salon and telling folks to be careful going there. First off my favorite tech left. But, instead of being honest and saying she no longer worked there. They lied and said she was booked, or was out. She was my favorite, but I had had good services with others. Knowing the truth would have been disappointing, but would not have stopped me from going there. However, the last few times have demonstrated that the quality is not longer there.... The first bad experience I had was with a male tech who did a very poor job on my gel manicure. But, what made it worse, is I had to keep telling him I would not pay for any upgrades he kept trying to sneek on me. I had to keep "reminding" him I just wanted a basic gel manicure service. The next service the polish was applied with a big enough space between my cuticle that it looked like it was new growth and I needed to get my nails done. My last visit came when I went in with my husband to get him a pedi and me gel manicure. I had one broken nail that needed to be reshaped, and I asked that all my nails be cut down to that length. She told me it would be five dollars extra. All my times previous I had never been charged extra for a nail trim, so I declined and told her to just shape that broken nail and I would deal with it being a bit shorter. SHE CHARGED ME five dollars for that one nail. And my nails looked thick and fake when she was done. BUT WHAT WAS THE WORST! The nail in the coffin of our relationship came when a few days after my husbands pedicure. His feet broke out in a rash and the cuticles of his toes stared to peel back!!! read more

I had to go back the next day and have them re-file every nail because they were so uneven. She cut my cuticles FOUR times. 2 days later the gel set literally peeled off. This is actually zero stars...Went to get a pedicure on Saturday 1/21/23 and the lady was rough and instead of giving me direction using her words, she would slap my shin and point to where she wanted my foot. Then she cut too much cuticle away from my big toes which caused bleeding. She put neosporin on them and I should have know this was her norm because it was a big tube that was almost empty.. and guess what? Today both are infected. I called the salon and was told "just come in" I explained that I wasn't able to and was told to take a picture and bring it in next time. They didn't ask my name, contact info, nothing.
