I moved down this way about a year ago. I tried a few other pedicure places and none of them compare to this salon. I LOVE the pedicure choices. There's a couple different ones you can select from. The Royal Treatment is worth every single penny. This place does the best pedicures. I had Jenny today and she did a great job! The salon is super clean, tons of color choices for nail polish and gel, they have dip too if you want that. I've never been disappointed with my pedicure-the massage, attention to detail, gel, all of it just so good! My only recommendation is to make an appointment. They are usually busy when I come. I went to get a fill today and the nail lady took off a loose nail. It was green!!! I was concerned and she said it will grow out and covered it with an acrylic nail. I called the manager because I was concerned and he said it is normal . He said something about medication but it was difficult to understand him over the phone. Why didn't the nail lady tell me about medication??? I have had acrylic nails for a long time before I moved to Murrieta. This never happened for 10 years. I need to have them all removed tomorrow because I might have fungus under more than one nail!!! I also need to to air them out and treat with medication. read more

My nails were not chipped before i came in i had gel on and i asked for them to take it off and do a regular gel mani. i got them done around 6 pm and when i woke up the next morning. they were chipped and cracked. i didn't even do anything after i got them done. the man i called and talked on the phone with was the same man who did my nails. at first he told me he would give me a refund and told me to send him a picture of my nails that were chipped and broken and he proceeded to say after than he can't give me a refund because i was the one who caused this to happen. will not be coming back read more

Do not go to this place. Nikki did a horrible job with my nails and also cut my cuticles in several places. She left my nails unfinished and in two different colors. When I spoke up about it, Jimmy (the other owner) "fired" me as a customer without a reasonable explanation. I tried to work it out with them but they refused. If I could rate a 0 star I would! I came here because my family raves about Jimmy and Jenny ! Unfortunately I had an interview and couldn't get in with them so I had to go to someone else . I was placed with an older lady for a pedicure , and then after I sat and Older man with Glasses came and did my manicure . I got a Gel Mani Pedi and Paid $77 . $77 I spent on the WORST gel mani pedi I've ever got . I got my nails done on April 14,2022 by April 16 in the morning my nail was already chipping and by the end of the day my nail polish on thumbs were practically gone , and other nails are already snagging and coming up . On the day of my appointment , I told the older man who was doing my manicure that my nail polish was on my skin and would likely peel in a few days since it wasn't spread on even . My cuticles were not cut either . Nail polish was applied and I had to remind him to do another coat cause I could see my nail through the polish . I then also had to remind him to remove the excess polish on my skin . He didn't understand English so I had to ask him several times , to where another employee had to come and tell him to remove it . He then filed it down and had a rude demeanor and look on his face where you could tell he was upset he had to fix it. My manicure by the time I left had looked like I had it for a few days already . My pedicure , was okay . I asked for my nails to me squared off and she cut them down all the way as far back as you could and they are round . Not square . Nail polish is on my nails and skin as well . At the e end so much Lil was applied my skin was peeling around my toes . The fact I paid $77 on this Visit was crazy . I'm a usual at getting my nails done and decided to try this place since I moved here and needed an appt quick for my interview and was BEYOND DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED in the service . The customer service is so great. The staff is so up to date on new trends which is hard to come by. This place was my go-to back when it was called "nail'd it" but I steered clear when I noticed the name change. I was afraid it was new staff and management. But I was completely wrong. I go monthly for a fill and a pedicure. Jimmy does my nails an does an AMAZING job with my Pinterest inspired nails I show him. Definitely call and make an appointment because if you walk in requesting Jimmy chances are he is booked! For my pedicure I go with Tammy I get ingrowns and I refuse to go to the doctor for them and she does an amazing job taking them out with out cutting me. 10/10 recommend! read more

so, so good! i went in with my sister and mother without an appointment, and they took all three of us in in 20 minutes. i got a gel and designs on each finger, $55. service was nice and quick, and my nails look similar to the photo i brought. because they provided multiple books of nail colors, and you had to memorize the book and number. but also, it could be that way everywhere and i just havent got out much lol. read more

If I could give zero I would. They were rude. My nails are shit. If you get a guy who wears a hat with Jordan across it just walk out. My nails after a week are all lifting and getting caught in my hair. He went past my cuticle with the fill I didn't realize how bad the job was until I walked out with the outdoors natural light. I really doubt that guy is licensed because he obviously had no idea how to do nails. Unfortunately now I have to deal with the annoyance of them lifting until I get paid and go elsewhere. read more

They do a good job but for it to be $32 for a gel manicure for myself (average/good price) and then charge $10 each to paint a 4 year old and a 6 year old's finger nails is ridiculous (was regular polish, no manicure)!!
