I had a confirmed appointment scheduled for today. The day before my appointment, I received a text message letting me know that the nail technician I had specifically requested would not be working. I asked if she could do my nails the following morning, and we arranged for that. I still planned to keep my original appointment for my pedicure that day, and I was told that would be fine. When I arrived, another technician was supposed to perform my pedicure. However, the customer ahead of me decided to leave because she didn't want to wait 30-40 minutes. I had no problem waiting for my service, but instead of simply seeing me next, the technician told me she could not do my pedicure and walked away without any explanation, apology, or attempt to accommodate me. The communication and customer service were very disappointing. My appointment had been confirmed, yet I was turned away despite being willing to wait. I expect a business to honor its appointments and treat customers with professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this establishment. read more

I am visiting my grandchildren from out of state and needed a quick pedicure. I did a little research and noted They had a 30 minute express for $38. I was easily able to book an appointment online, arrived at the appropriate time, was greeted warmly and had a wonderful, very efficient pedicure. It's still included a short amount of massage and lotion, and my toes look great. Received a volcano pedicure from Louis and he did a tremendous job! I was so relaxed and pampered with the massage and hot stone. My gel polish lasted much better than the last gel pedicure from a different local salon. Over three weeks and holding strong but ready for a freshen with growth. The suite is comfortable and the massage chairs help with relaxing...but make sure you move your beverages and phone from the table while in use as the vibrations dropped my phone without my notice (it was fine thanks to my otter case). These wonderful people were amazingly accommodating - I was in a pinch with gel nails peeling and no "me" time to fix them before departing for a trip. The Paris Nails team welcomed me immediately, helped entertain my son while I had no available hands (no one actually wants to bring their kiddo to the nail spa, least of all me, but wow- they made it easy), they moved fast but the work was thorough. Technicians are very nice but the owner came around and was very cold and not friendly at all. My gel pedicure edges were not painted all the way to the tip which made them chip after a week. My daughter's gel nail also fell off in 2 days but she's away in college so we couldn't go back to have it replaced. We tipped them well because they were so nice to us but I wouldn't go back. (Plus $1.50 for swiping my debit card) and as the picture shows, my index finger tips are different lengths. Way too over priced for what it is!!!! The nail tech was very detailed when clipping my nails and cleaning up the cuticles. I'm sure he knew it had been a while since he said I had a lot of dead skin on my heels (I can't imagine I'm the only one in this situation, lol). I got the pedicure with the hot stones. I visited for a pedicure Thursday morning, I had seen an idea for a manicure on Pinterest and before the pedicurist was finished - I showed her the photo. I have included said photo for reference. She stated that the gentleman, who was at the near by table providing a client w/a manicure, could do this design - I was so excited! They told me to make an appointment for Saturday b/c they were booked Friday. I booked it for 10am sharp, right when they opened. I arrived around 9:50ish and the door was already open - they asked if I had an appointment and soon the owner sat me at a table and I showed her the photo, hoping that the blue on my toes would be put on my hands (made sense to me). She picked out three colors she stated that was as close to the photo as possible b/c technically what I am asking for is 'ombré' and it can not be done with gel (on my toes). Now remember, they said they could on Thursday. I then start my acrylic soak and wait for the gentleman to get started. He comes over and starts cutting, filing and shaping my nails and sees the three colors. "Your nail too short for all three colors." Okay....now I'm getting nervous. He starts on my nails and he shows me the pinky - now the pinky is small so it actually looked OK but not exactly like the photo but I thought the other nails are bigger, so I would really see what he's doing on those. He gets to my ring finger and I just finally get the courage to tell him, I do not like how this is looking, it didn't even look like he tried (the photo I included). It looked nothing like what I had asked and he got UPSET WITH ME, I was so shocked - he started manhandling my hand and said I should have said something when he showed me the pinky, then instead of taking the polish off, he gets up and walks away and decides he's going to do someones pedicure. The owner comes in and at first was also manhandling my hands and starts to tell ME these types of appointments need to be made for the weekday b/c it takes a lot of time...I'm sorry, did I not show someone the photo two days ago and was told it would be okay? She then starts to tell me that when I texted her..I stopped her right there - I never texted this woman and now I'm starting to get upset. She rushed through my nails to get to her appointment and did a great job. I left around 12:20. read more

I got a new full set of acrylic nails done. The color and shape (overall look) of nails was good. However, my nails were falling off within the first week or were at least loose. She was very thorough and attentive, ensuring that he enjoyed every minute of his pampered services. My first tech was okay, seemed newer and not as attentive, appeared rushed not doing great on my pedi. She was later called to assist another customer, stating someone else would do my mani. I ended up waiting yet again around 20 minutes, resulting in my husband being done with both services and waiting for me. I ended up getting Huy who did an AMAZING mani and fixed my rushed polish on a few toes from the previous tech. We will try them again, requesting Huy and Cathy. This is a nice salon, clean, tasteful, with lots of nail polish choices. I arrived for my pedi appointment (booked the day before) and was kept waiting for 30 minutes, though. During that time, a walk-in customer came in for a mani/pedi and she was started ahead of me. The polish I chose was apparently too thick, so the technician added thinner which created an uneven surface and streaks in my finished nails. Overall not a good experience. Quick massage, but the exfoliating scrub was great. Another customer left early and did not even get her nails finished and painted because she was also kept waiting so long. read more

My mother schedule an appointment for her and I to have a bonding experience together and let me tell you about our experience here. It was terrible! When we arrived they didn't have enough staff to take us both so they said we can only take one of you. What's the point of scheduling an appointment if you can't keep your side of the bargain and service us. I ended up getting a pedicure which was painful and piss poor! I believe that the employees are not trained professionals. I've been to many different nail and spa places but this was by far the worst. I went to their website and was able to schedule an appointment through Facebook. They sent a reminder the night before my appointment. Upon arrival, I was greeted by first name and asked to choose my color. I sat right down to start my deluxe pedicure. My technician, Anna's hands were small but mighty. She was so gentle and careful yet her hands were strong enough to hit pressure points and massage me to relaxation. I was well pleased with Anna's attention to detail and checking in with me to ensure I was pleased with the length and color. I love Paris Nails! Michelle, the owner, typically does my nails. She is very honest about wait times. One time, I walked in and she told me it was best to come back 30 min later. I appreciate this because a lot of places would tell you to wait and that it would "just be a little while". She does a wonderful job on my nails and we chat about our families and lives throughout my appointments. I have gone to Paris Nails 4 times consecutively. My last set lasted a month with no lifting or breakage. Today, one of my nails broke after a week of having them done. I came in, they worked me in immediately to have my nail repaired, and did not charge me for it. They have a lifelong client in me! I don't trust anywhere else to do my nails. read more

I came in for a fill and a gel pedicure color change. My total was $128. I was shocked because I got the basic pedicure and nothing special with my nails. The lady was in a rush, people were coming in and out and she was telling customers wait times and answering phones and assisting with the front. I was there over 2 hours. For nothing special. Nails were chunky, coffin shape was not coffin, she didn't even ask if I wanted to keep the length or cut it. "Coffin" was rounded to oblong weird looking almond shape. Even when I paid $130, the cashier didn't even offer me my $2 back. Granted it was just $2 but still you don't just keep someone's money. He just said thank you have a nice day. I was like wow okay. I had asked for help locating a color -- they kept saying you don't want that color, we have this. I had what I wanted in mind and even when I said what it was they kept disregarding it, so I just settled for a basic color. It was really the worst honestly. read more
