I've been to this salon several times mostly out of convenience because it's across from where I work. Last week I got a pedicure and gel manicure (both in color Spiced Berry). The pedicure was fine. The manicure was not. I had to point out the uneven color on the majority of the nails, which she did correct with additional coats of gel. Additionally, there were three nails on my left hand where the gel started "bunching up" or "wrinkling" for lack of a better term toward the tips and the tech tried to just paint over it. I had to specifically ask her to correct the issue instead of just paint over it (it was visible and also felt lumpy). She buffed off the tips and then applied additional coats of paint which appeared to correct the issue.... except for that I experienced peeling on two of those three nails just three days later. I went back today to get those nails fixed, and there was a one hour wait. I'll be going elsewhere to get the nails fixed and also for all future mani-pedis. read more

READ THIS!! Went in to get a mani pedi... usually they would take off dead skin from your feet and also take off hang nails. I have anxiety and bite my nails until they bleed so I get pedicures to prevent this. I went and got it done at Paris nails right by my house. It was dark and I was tired. I go in thinking that they would do a good job since they are so expensive. I leave with the same calluses and dry skin on my feet and also hang nails. I call and go back and the people acted like they didn't remember who I was. The girl said she was off Monday when I came in on Sunday. My nails look horrible and when I tried to have them fix their mistake they said they would just repaint my nails for $15. I don't understand if it was a language barrier or what but I feel jipped. Don't go here. When I went back she just took off my nail polish and pretended to be stupid. I'm so upset. Now I just wasted $40 and I paid the girl with cash and tipped her. These pictures are of me right after leaving. They took off my nail polish and kept trying to promote gel nails. I'm so upset because I'm always so polite to the employees. I had to just leave because I didn't want to make a scene when all the employees were talking about me. I could pay for a new mani pedi easy but I paid for something already, the girl should have done a good job. I will never go there again and advise others not to get a regular mani pedi there because they were horrible. read more

Hannah did a great job, although they do not specialize in designs we looked at some of the ones I liked on pininterest and picked one out. I couldn't be happier with the way they came out. Husband and I went during their first 30 mins of them opening. It was one of the coldest days in Orlando, they had their doors wide open to let all the cold air in, although they were complaining themselves about how cold it was. Why not close the doors and not let us all freeze?! When we asked for pedicures we were greeted as if we were interrupting their morning of doing nothing. When getting manis and pedis, you want to feel welcomed, spoiled and relaxed. They gave us none of that except rapid bad service with cold water and cold air and cold attitudes. Bye Felica! This was my first visit to a salon since the Covid outbreak. Each station is separated with plexiglass, all employees and customers were wearing masks, and employees were wearing gloves. The salon is clean and inviting. I will definitely go back. read more

I see that this establishment received a lot of great reviews and I am very disappointed that I did not have the same experience. I made a appointment for 5:15pm to get a manicure. I got there at 5:00 and told the lady that greets me at the door that I have a appointment for 5:15. She remembered what I was getting without me reminding her and without her looking at a appointment book, so I was impressed by that because told me that she actually listens when appointments are made. She then gave me a color wheel and told me to pick me color and seated me at a nail station. Then she walked away. I didn't think anything about that other than she was getting set up. I got there early just so I could pick a color and be ready for my service by 5:15 which I was . This is where my happiness turns into disappointment. I sat in that seat at that station until 5:30. No one ever came over to me and every one just kept doing what they were doing but stopped ever so often to look over their shoulder at me for a second and then return back to what they were doing and they looked at me as if they knew what they were doing was neglecting a customer and it was wrong . No one ever said we will be with you shorty, we are running behind , or anything. No consideration at all so I just got up and I walked out. Very disappointed especially because I worked all day and have two small children at home so I was looking forward to taking care of myself for a change and getting pampered. Being a mom with two small children that have places to be after school , I am always on a time crunch so I tried to fit something in for myself in that hour and half that I had before I had to pick my daughter up from Volleyball practice and it did not work out. read more

I can walk to this salon from my house. It's clean and very nice. Lots of color options for sns and gel. They do a thorough job for a mani or pedi. Yes they are a little pricier than some salons but it's worth it. My polish lasts a minimum of 3 weeks. I never need an appointment and seldom wait more than 5 minutes to be taken care of. read more

i got a full set of acrylic nails done here, my second time going. the first time was great and the nails stayed for about 2 1/2 weeks before needing to get redone due to nails breaking. i just recently got my nails done last weekend. it hasnt even been a full week and every single one of the ACRYLIC nails have come off. while getting them done the lady doing them was horrible. barely filed and prepped my real nails for application. then once she did put the acrylic on, i could tell she had no idea what she was doing. awful. on top of it she put nail polish over the black acrylic to hide the imperfections she caused on the acrylic. ive gotten acrylic nails done consistently for the past 2 years and i can confidently say i will never be returning here. read more

I have been coming here off and on for a year (I'm new to orlando). The staff here is very friendly and takes pride in their work. My no chips always look great, and one time they fixed my dip from another salon for no charge. The chairs are comfortable and have the massage function which I enjoy! Finally a nail salon that I am looking forward to returning to! Paris Nails is very clean, the files and sponges they used for my pedicure were one time use only. They have disposable liners for the foot baths, which is a must have for me. The massage chairs are so comfortable. They offered me a drink immediately. Everyone was very friendly. They have a great selection of colors and my tech Sina went out of her way to find me just the color I was looking for. They have quite a few techs and I got in without an appointment. There was a sign out front that said there is a 10 percent discount before 11:30 on weekdays. Parking may be a problem, there is a garage but I don't know if they validate. My nails did not turn out good, they almost look like they're about to fall off, one is going upwards. They never have enough staff and will take a walk-in client ignoring your appointment time, resulting in you sitting around. I just don't have time for this place anymore. I had such a pleasant experience here!! I love getting my nails done, but always have trouble finding a salon I like. Montel did my acrylics and he was SO sweet! Usually places will overuse a drill and it can be somewhat painful, but it wasn't painful at all and my nails came out perfect! I also had a pedicure - didn't catch her name, but she did a great job as well. I was going to a wedding and had an appointment to get my hair done afterwards, and they went out of their way to ensure I would have ample time to make it to my appointment. Paris Nails is a little more expensive than a typical nail salon in Orlando, but all their nail techs are fantastic. They are very fast, never overcrowded and they do a good job. The salon is clean and the staff are friendly. I pay the extra $7 to get my nails done here because I can walk from my condo and know I will be satisfied with the work.
