They have a very convenient location next to a Starbucks, their staff is so sweet and welcoming and they always go above and beyond for their clients. They remember you and make sure to note how you like your nails done. I do wish they had more updated colors and newer polishes. But if you want great nails with exceptional service they are perfect. read more

Pretty nails for Valentines Day weekend. Did SNS - or dip dye powder nails. Wish they were a tiny bit more sparkly like the sample (I think there's a certain technique of filing the top down after dipping to make them sparkle that my nail tech missed) but overall loved them and lasted for two weeks! May have lasted longer but pulled them off. Will go back. (: read more

My husband made my appointment for an SNS and pedicure. Some woman there said he made the appointment just for the SNS. I was sitting next to him when he made the appointment and he said I wanted both. I get there expecting both. They were rude and were insisting he did not make the appointment for both. When they make you sign in you put in what you are there for they don't even look at that before they start. I will never go there again . read more

I got a gel manicure and pedicure, but the quality wasn't great. During the manicure, fluff got stuck to the polish, and the nail tech painted over it, making me remove it myself. There was also a nail piece sticking up after filing, which she kept painting over until I pointed it out. Only after that, she put on her glasses, looked at it, and filed it down properly. As I left the salon, I noticed dried polish stuck between layers on one nail, causing it to peel when I picked at it. I tried to maintain the nails by painting over them with clear polish, but after 2-3 days, multiple nails started separating from the polish. A couple of days later, another nail peeled off completely. Despite my efforts with painting over them with clear polish, the peeling and separation continued, so I removed them at home after about a week. Overall my experience was average. The nail techs were very nice and polite but there was a clear lack of communication which made it confusing to me since this was my first time going in to someplace to get my nails done. Although this is understandable because of the language barrier of the employees. read more

The guy who did my nails threaten me the salon was closed and he didn't want to fix my nails the day after before I told him they came out not they way I told him to do them. They look horrible I never been here and he keeps deleting my comments. He started talking about me and my businesses thinking I didn't understand his language since my mother in law is from the same place. My friend heard everything over the phone and he then started making fun of her as well so rude and refuses to fix them. There's nothing wrong besides the fact they didn't seal correctly and they are all different shapes and I said I wanted them to be even my natural nails are now ruined and he charged me 50$ for gel manicure after also making sexual comments about me. I confronted him over the phone the next day and he laughed he keeps deleting my reviews please repost this. This guy seems or act like a rapist read more

I found this place by chance while exploring the city. Great customer service, chairs are extremely comfortable and the staff was patient, friendly, and cordial. They have taken every precaution to ensure both the customers and the nail techs are safe and healthy. I'll definitely come back next time I'm in town! read more

I just had a VERY bad nail experience in Whistler BC such that I needed to get a refund and I had to take them off myself which took HOURS. I was hesitant to trust again. I glanced at the nail reviews in yelp and decided nothing that terrible could happen twice. I am so glad I did!!! They were AMAZING! The range of colors and products was everything I could want. The neighborhood is so cute! The staff was friendly, attentive, professional. The man who did my nails knew what he was doing and he was deft and gentle. I could not be more pleased! I had acrylic on and he charged me for a "fill" but he went above and beyond a fill he basically did a new set. Best sculpted acrylics I have ever gotten. He also told me in the future to tell nail techs I am a local and not from out of town so they know I will be back if they do a sloppy job very astute!!!! And the prices are incredibly reasonable. read more

Haven't had my nails done in years because I'm so picky and always feel like the technicians go so fast and just don't care what the end result is. That wasn't the case with Paris Nails! Montel was fantastic! (As well as my pedicure tech.) He really took extra time and care to ensure I was happy with his work. I will most definitely be back! read more

I really like Paris Nails because I can walk to it from my house and it's really convenient to other Thornton Park favorites. It's super clean and all the staff are happy and friendly. I've never had a bad experience here. They have a huge collection of glitter gel colors which makes me happy! I usually run out of glitter options at other salons. What sets them apart is their massage chairs. They are the best of any nail salon I have been to! They also show movies while you are getting your services. Like other Thornton Park slots, it's a little pricey. I'd say about $10 more than I pay at some other salons. But they really do such an amazing job that I don't mind too much. I just don't come here every 2-3 weeks when I need to get my nails redone. read more

Always a pleasure visiting Paris Nails! The staff is so welcoming and they do quality work. Montel is my go to for my nails and everyone else does amazing pedicures. Today during my visit they had little presents for the customers to pick from a tree for the holidays and each customer received a small gift. Very thoughtful and such a great energy for the holidays. My nails come out exactly how I want every visit. read more

I've had several gel manicures and pedicures here and I've never been disappointed. I'm almost convinced it's the one place in Orlando where all the nail techs do an awesome job. My cuticles were cleaned well, nail shape was even and consistent and the salon is clean. They have plenty of nail colors to choose from and all the staff is friendly. A little overpriced compared to other salons but I guess that is what you get for being downtown. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating here. The massage chairs are comfortable and each tech does a great job. I really have no complaints besides the pricing and the limited parking but luckily I'm able to walk here. Great selection of colors and ample space to accommodate customers even when they are busy. I would recommend going here if you are in the downtown Orlando area. read more

Fantastic service and incredibly clean!!! I have been in search of a new nail salon in the Downtown Orlando area for months now and have faced nothing but disappointment at all other places I have visited. I was truly impressed with the quality gel manicure and pedicure I received from Larry - I prefer a shorter, natural shape to my nails and he completely hit it out of the park, paying great attention to detail... no rough edges, everything completely symmetrical, and perfect cuticles with not a single spot of pint left anywhere. 10/10 rating for sure! read more

Love Paris Nails... used to get my gel manicure on 50 but my nails were paper thin... Now I do powder & these people do a great job. While powder takes a little longer, seems to last a lot longer. The owner did my nails and they were beautiful, thin & natural. I also appreciate that they are super friendly and helpful to each other. I went someplace else recently where they dog each other's manicures. That's no fun- I don't need drama- I just want my nails done. I highly recommend this super friend, professional, clean place. read more

Very rude staff!!! While they lack of communication skills they do manage to insult RETURNING CUSTOMERS! Definitely not be one any more. I came in And EXPLAINED WHAT I WANTED. I got a nod and showed me to my place , and hour and a half later, I had three ppl "telling " me HOW I'm in the wrong and they TOOK OFF MY NAILS( soak them off) because you can't do a fill in for a dip powder but to soak it off completely, together with the set of nails you came with (done by them too) . And all that When i said specifically that i want the nail and length to stay. I was insulted, and literally yelled by two individuals saying that my request was not possible . And the gentleman said "we TRY to be polite to everyone " . Well that is not working well for HIM! And should DO IT, not just try. Especially when you leave with a 100$ bill . Your best English will not serve you here!!!! Being yelled at , leaving unhappy after sitting over2.5 hours and getting what i didn't ask for and having to pay for it is by far the WORST EXPERIENCE!!! It doesn't end there!!! Then i went home, terribly sad (these things are important to me sunce is the only way I get to treat myself) And find that DIP POWDER CAN IN FACT BE REFILLED WITHOUT HAVING TO SOAK IT OFF COMPLETELY, but to only file the color , keeping the nail intact , putting primer and start the dip as you would on a fresh nail. So instead of owning to their mistakes, saying it was a bad communication and saying sorry, THEY GANGED UP , yelled, caused everyone in the salon to feel uncomfortable . I will be back for their explanation for sure since I left feeling like i should have known that the dip powder can't be refilled and it was my wish that was unreasonable. Save yourself money and energy go somewhere else!!!! read more

My granddaughter was in Orlando with her national volleyball team. At the end of the tournament on June 21, 2021, while waiting on a flight home and celebrating the end of her season three of the girls were taken by a dad from the team to go get their nails done. Something they can't do during the season. Isabel Kays asked for tips on her nails but being 14 years of age and a athlete she wanted them short. The tech put long nails on, and Isabel asked for them to be cut shorter. Still the girl did not cut them short enough and she asked for them to be shorter yet again. After a 3rd request the tech said "this is all I'm taking off". The girls were told not to speak to each while in the salon and one tech actually slapped the hand of one of the girls that was trying to pick out a color for her nails. At the end of the service Isabel paid with a credit card and was told she had to pick a tip. She didn't want to tip but as most 14 year olds she did what she was told and tipped the tech 20% read more

Within walking distance from apartment Gel and Dip Mostly very good reviews It looks very clean and they do one-time use tools etc They invited me in on the phone Lee, the technician who took care of my gel deluxe Spa pedicure and dip manicure was friendly, very skilled, and professional. She made me feel very comfortable and was obviously a person who takes pride in doing her best. Thank you Lee! I will definitely be back. read more

My mom and I visited Orlando, from Michigan, for a short 4-day trip, pedicures were needed before our pool day. Paris Nails popped up as a nearby option, a "Grapefruit" free-bus took us to the corner near the salon. The staff were friendly and professional, happy to accommodate us as walk-in's. plus the large TV's playing the RomCom movie "The Proposal" made our time even more fun. I've been coming here for a couple years now. I enjoy my visit every single time. Everyone there is always so nice and so attentive. Brought my grandma today with me to get her pedicure done and I also went to get mine done. Every staff member there treated her with so much respect and were so attentive towards her. Very nice and quiet place. Nyah did a very good job. Everyone is very friendly and the salon looks beautiful. Only suggestion I have is to maybe split mani and pedi into two days. (Took little over 2 hours) The chairs are not the most comfortable and my back is killing be now... lol. Either way, I will definitely be coming back!!! read more

I stopped in for a pedicure. I had about a 5 minute wait. They were playing Mean Girls on the TV! Yes! I felt like it flew by. My nail tech was Larry. He was thorough and listened to my concerns about my 1 nail. I'll definitely return. I can walk there. They are open on Sundays until 5. read more
