I've been looking for new nail place since my beloved US Nails on Lake Underhill closed. This has been this best. Everyone is so nice, especially Bobby, and it's in Thornton Park where I lived for years. They also give you wine! Only draw back is finding street parking. I will def be back read more

Paris nails is my new go to spot. I recently got my nails done at a different place and the gel was falling off. I went into Paris nails during my break from work and they fixed them so nicely and quickly. The atmosphere was amazing and they had a movie playing which I always love. Their pricing was also great. First pedi since January,Covid and all. Needed to make this review because Paris Nails is taking safety to the upmost which I very much appreciate. My husband usually comes but is a senior and high risk so he will come next time. I am impressed! Masks required, if a customer does not have one you can purchase for $1. Door bell must be rung to gain entrance. Rules are to enter and immediately wash hands for thirty seconds. Owner does a thermal fever check which I've never had but cool. Plexi partitions. Only one other customer right now, she's wearing a black hat, black face mask and has long black hair she looks badass. Still got my bottle of water and the whole staff genuinely thankful for our business. I need happy feet but I really also feel good for supporting a local business. If you, during these weird, strange times, need a mani or pedi, I will say I've never felt so confident in this business that makes safety for their customers and staff number one priority. read more

My sister in law and I just left and wow we just absolutely loved it. Both of our nail techs were nice, thorough, took their time, and the whole overall experience was lovely. We were looking for a new place to go and I think we found it. Next time I'm going to get another layer on my finger nails so it's less opaque but again overall experience was lovely. I love coming here. The artists are always friendly and accommodating. Tina is one of my favorites. She shapes the nails perfectly and does a great job. Over the last year I have stopped getting my fingies and toes done because the salon in SODO next to publix that I used to go to had become an overpriced, overbooked, and unenjoyable experience. I had been seeing the same nail tech over the last 10 years, even following her from spaz to SODO, as she was amazing.... but the last 4-5 times I had gone into see her she was less friendly, rushed, and the quality of the services I was used to getting was gone. It was very clear that because of the overbooking issues that place has, she was getting a lot of pressure to upsell me into different, more expensive services/styles that I didn't even want or like... and then start charging me extra "convenience" and "shaping" fees (what?) I am a slurt for a large variety of vibrant gel color options, a little particular in what I like, the quality of services I receive and how much I am paying.... But also wasn't impressed by other salons in the Downtown neighborhood bubble.. so I just stopped going to the salon altogether and embraced the hobbit foot life.... Until this morning. I woke up, looked at my Gollum Feet and Frodo Fingies and realized it was time for some self care. Living in the neighborhood and a frequent patron of the Thornton Park Starbucks and Ootoya Sushi restaurant, I have driven and walked by this salon so many times and finally made my way in as a "walk in" appointment. I was welcomed in by a very friendly and accommodating man with glasses to Tammy's chair for a gel pedi/mani. The water was just the right temperature of hot and the sample collections of DND and OPI gel colors (with matching polishes) I was provided with was PLENTIFUL! They had multiple sets, for multiple patrons so you didn't feel like you had to make an impulsive decision. As someone who struggles with choosing the right 1-2 colors to carry me through the next 2-3 weeks, Tammy was helpful and patient. She was very precise and thorough in her application (y'all, she applied the right number of coats to ensure even coverage and even made sure to get the sides/corners of each nail other techs will sometimes miss or skip over) The cleanliness and condition of the salon was good. The service was great! And the prices were reasonable! I look forward to making my way in there again soon and hope others in the neighborhood give them a try! read more

I'll be leaving a review on two points: 1) their service; and 2) their COVID measures -They have THE BEST chairs for pedicure service. The chairs are new, hug the entire body (if wanted) and are very comfortable. In other salons, the pedicure chairs I've actually found to be be somewhat painful when in massage mode. Chairs here are great. Their staff is friendly, and thorough with the service they provide. They usually will get me in on a last minute appointment with enthusiasm. -COVID measures: they require all patrons wear face masks, they require hand washing prior to service, and they have also invested in plastic partitions as dividers between the techs and customers while getting a manicure. I recommend this spot! Happy I found them. read more

I went to get my nails done and loved how they turned out! My nail tech was extremely sweet to me and i loved her service! She was a bit rude to my tía on the other hand she kept rolling her eyes and over all ignoring my aunt who was simply asking for them to make my nails a bit shorter. Did not have a regular nail spot for quite a few years but I think I found mine! Have been 3 times in past few months and each time with a different tech. They have all done great work on my nails. I am pretty easy going but do prefer most natural looking and short length as I work with animals and chemicals daily. Large variety of colors available, as well as different techniques. They are always friendly to me. Also, I'm bad at making appointments ahead of time so I usually call day of and they are able to see me without problem. Always offer a drink and have good movies playing. Very reasonable pricing as well. read more

This might have been the best pedicure I've ever gotten! I walked in on a Wednesday around 2pm and there was no wait. The woman at the desk was very kind and helpful. A basic pedicure is $25 and I wanted something more, so I paid $35 for the deluxe pedicure. I keep up with feet maintenance every 2 weeks, and this price was great for what I got! Foot scrub and nail shaping, leg scrub and lotion, hot towels, etc. The man who did my nails was very thorough and he was quick to follow any requests I had. He did not rush through, and the staff was not talking loudly to each other in another language, which I appreciated. Overall, a 5 star spot and I would recommend! read more

Half way through the prep asked for a polish book and was informed. With tip, I spent $90 to now have to go to another salon for polish. The pedicure was ok but nothing special for $70! The salon is pretty and the tech was nice but certainly won't be back.

Very rude staff!!! While they lack of communication skills they do manage to insult RETURNING CUSTOMERS! Definitely not be one any more. I came in And EXPLAINED WHAT I WANTED. I got a nod and showed me to my place , and hour and a half later, I had three ppl "telling " me HOW I'm in the wrong and they TOOK OFF MY NAILS( soak them off) because you can't do a fill in for a dip powder but to soak it off completely, together with the set of nails you came with (done by them too) . And all that When i said specifically that i want the nail and length to stay. I was insulted, and literally yelled by two individuals saying that my request was not possible . And the gentleman said "we TRY to be polite to everyone " . Well that is not working well for HIM! And should DO IT, not just try. Especially when you leave with a 100$ bill . Your best English will not serve you here!!!! Being yelled at , leaving unhappy after sitting over2.5 hours and getting what i didn't ask for and having to pay for it is by far the WORST EXPERIENCE!!! It doesn't end there!!! Then i went home, terribly sad (these things are important to me sunce is the only way I get to treat myself) And find that DIP POWDER CAN IN FACT BE REFILLED WITHOUT HAVING TO SOAK IT OFF COMPLETELY, but to only file the color , keeping the nail intact , putting primer and start the dip as you would on a fresh nail. So instead of owning to their mistakes, saying it was a bad communication and saying sorry, THEY GANGED UP , yelled, caused everyone in the salon to feel uncomfortable . I will be back for their explanation for sure since I left feeling like i should have known that the dip powder can't be refilled and it was my wish that was unreasonable. My granddaughter was in Orlando with her national volleyball team. At the end of the tournament on June 21, 2021, while waiting on a flight home and celebrating the end of her season three of the girls were taken by a dad from the team to go get their nails done. Something they can't do during the season. Isabel Kays asked for tips on her nails but being 14 years of age and a athlete she wanted them short. The tech put long nails on, and Isabel asked for them to be cut shorter. Still the girl did not cut them short enough and she asked for them to be shorter yet again. After a 3rd request the tech said "this is all I'm taking off". The girls were told not to speak to each while in the salon and one tech actually slapped the hand of one of the girls that was trying to pick out a color for her nails. At the end of the service Isabel paid with a credit card and was told she had to pick a tip. She didn't want to tip but as most 14 year olds she did what she was told and tipped the tech 20% read more

Within walking distance from apartment Gel and Dip Mostly very good reviews It looks very clean and they do one-time use tools etc They invited me in on the phone Lee, the technician who took care of my gel deluxe Spa pedicure and dip manicure was friendly, very skilled, and professional. My mom and I visited Orlando, from Michigan, for a short 4-day trip, pedicures were needed before our pool day. Paris Nails popped up as a nearby option, a "Grapefruit" free-bus took us to the corner near the salon. The staff were friendly and professional, happy to accommodate us as walk-in's. plus the large TV's playing the RomCom movie "The Proposal" made our time even more fun. I've been coming here for a couple years now. I enjoy my visit every single time. Everyone there is always so nice and so attentive. Brought my grandma today with me to get her pedicure done and I also went to get mine done. Every staff member there treated her with so much respect and were so attentive towards her. Very nice and quiet place. Nyah did a very good job. Everyone is very friendly and the salon looks beautiful. Only suggestion I have is to maybe split mani and pedi into two days. (Took little over 2 hours) The chairs are not the most comfortable and my back is killing be now... lol. Either way, I will definitely be coming back!!! read more
