Beautiful job for when I was in a crunch. Eva took her time and asked me each time if I wanted an additional detail. I got the first timer 10% discount (thank goodness). The price is on par with quality, and the salon itself is lovely and clean. If I could change anything, it would be to transition to the better for my nails gel-builder which is what I wanted but she insisted I stay with acrylics.

1 star I'm extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled, especially because I'm a regular customer and come here way too often to be treated like this. I originally tried paying with Apple Pay, and it showed as declined. The employee then kept attempting the transaction, and I started seeing money being pulled from my account with the $212 transaction showing as pending. Meanwhile, their iPad literally said "Thank you for your payment of $212." So obviously I was confused and asked what was going on. Instead of providing me with any type of receipt showing why the payment supposedly declined, they kept blaming Apple Pay. I've paid with Apple Pay here before and have had absolutely no issues, and when a payment actually goes through, I've received a receipt before. This time, they refused to provide me with any receipt or transaction record from their end, even though the transaction was showing as pending and their own iPad was telling me that a $212 payment had been made. I was then asked to pay again. I told him I would do half in cash and half on my card because I was not comfortable risking another $212 charge. Then I realized he was trying to use my cash payment toward another transaction as well. I immediately said absolutely not and told him to void it. What makes this even crazier is that when he voided that transaction, the money was refunded instantly. Meanwhile, the original $212 transaction was still showing as pending on BOTH ends. I asked how that made any sense if the $212 is pending for me and pending for you, why would I pay another $212 and risk being charged twice? I told them very clearly: I am not refusing to pay. I am refusing to pay twice. If the original transaction doesn't end up posting or clearing, call me and I will come back and pay. I was completely willing to take responsibility if the transaction ultimately didn't go through. There was absolutely no apology, no explanation, and no attempt to properly resolve the situation. Instead, they blamed my Apple Pay and refused to provide any documentation showing why the payment supposedly declined, while simultaneously asking me to pay again despite a $212 transaction already showing as pending. I had more than enough funds available, and I should not have been made to feel like I couldn't afford the service when the issue was clearly with the payment processing. I've supported this business repeatedly, which makes the way this was handled even more disappointing. If there is a payment issue, fine things happen. But take responsibility, communicate with the customer, and provide a receipt or transaction record. Don't blame Apple Pay, refuse to provide documentation, and then expect the customer to pay twice. Very disappointing experience from a business I've been a returning customer of.

I love Lisa she's amazing and Apple as well ! Honestly everyone here is talented I've gotten my nails done by everyone when my girl Lisa isn't available I love the environment because it's so welcoming and you just feel relaxed knowing that you're gonna be taken care of you get free wine or a champagne.

I used to always get my nails done with Eva , she was so good . Still a really good place but the last girl who did my nails.... Idk i honestly don't like they are so flat . The nails have no apex or little curve. Can't wait to get them off when I get paid.

My nail is not cut evenly with my other thumb nail.

Upon entry, this is a very busy nail spa. All the chairs were booked and there was 1 person waiting ahead of me. I checked in as a first time customer and it went smoothly. I give the ambience a 4/5 since it is extremely busy it was a bit overwhelming for me. I give the service a 2/5 for the following reasons: service was rushed, I barely got my feet scrubbed, my nails were NOT filed or painted evenly and for the price that I paid I was hoping it was be a good job (dead cuticles were not removed). I do appreciate the cleanliness. Their tools were taken out of brand new bags. It seems they cared more about getting people in and out, it could have been this way because again, it was busy; however, because this is expected especially on weekends, I think the quality of service should still be a priority as well as cleanliness (which was provided).

I'm only rating 1 star because I can't rate no stars! I came in on Monday after maintaining a beautiful mani I got over three weeks at another salon. I requested a gel manicure and during the process the manicurist filed my nails down with the drill instead of soaking the gel polish off like I am accustomed too. After the polish was drilled off, she did the manicure and put on a gel coat, I paid, tipped and left. Not thrilled but, I thought it was fine enough. By THAT NIGHT, I noticed a knick on my left thumb, and that all my nails were much softer than they usually are after a $40 gel manicure, but still hoped for the best. By the next day I had even more chipping and the 3rd day, two nails were broken, one down the middle, because of the excessive filing and how thin my nails were. And in case you're wondering, I do not do manual labor. I do not wash my dishes without rubber gloves, and I keep my hands clean and moisturized at all times. This chipping and breaking never happens after I get manicures! If you have natural nails, this is not the salon to go to! I came back in on Thursday with my receipt to try to get my nails fixed and the owner or manager told me that I would only be able to get the chip nails fixed, but she could do nothing about the two nails that were broken. Like I said, if you only like acrylic nails then this salon might be for you, but if you are concerned about maintaining the health of your natural nails, please please please do not go here. There is no consideration for the sensitivity of your nailbeds or your cuticles, as I had to tell her multiple times that she was drilling my skin during my manicure. My nails were thriving before I came here and now I basically have to start all over by trimming my nails down to the length of the two nails that were broken. I am very unhappy especially since the manager made no effort to accommodate me at all.

Literally the best pedicure I've gotten in the past 5 years! I thought I was being serviced by a podiatrist fr ladies! Lovely customer service, clean & pretty aesthetic inside the salon. I appreciated that they were able to take me in last minute right at 10am during a busy Mother's Day weekend. The salon itself was large and able to accommodate many clients at once, with some staff literally running around, which affected the overall vibe a bit; though I understand they were probably trying to get people in and out as efficiently as possible. My nail tech was friendly and offered drinks (they also serve alcoholic beverages, I believe). I came in with bare nails and requested a full almond-shaped pink and white ombré set with chrome and a 3D shell accent. The entire appointment took exactly one hour. While the fast service may work well for some people, I personally felt the appointment was rushed and that the quality suffered because of it. The 3D shell accent didn't look like the reference photo I showed (pictured), and I would have preferred if they had let me know beforehand if it wasn't something they could replicate. The white ombré was airbrushed and ended up with some bubbles and darker spots visible. They charged me $100, and that did not include cuticle care. Overall, this may be a good spot for a quick nail job, but I personally don't feel the quality of work justified the price.

2nd visit, was looking forward to it. I booked the Lavender pedi + callus remover + extra 15 minute massage through the website. The tech was nice but I noticed she started a 10 minute timer before doing the scrub portion - maybe they time it? She stopped the timer with 3 minutes left and started it again when rubbing in the hydrating cream; she had a very light touch. Once the timer went off, she quickly put my sandals back on my feet and started painting my toes, and I realized- Oh. I guess that was it? 10 minutes of light touches (7 with a scrub pack and 3 with the cream), forget about the extra 15 minutes I'd scheduled. My toes came out okay, I chose a similar polish as the last time so it's almost funny how different it looks. I made sure I wasn't charged for the missing extra massage time but I'm still peeved, especially since my first visit was so lovely. I wish I had noted who my tech was the first time because the difference in work/result is stark.

My aunt really likes this nail spot and wanted to treat me to an auntie and niece day( how could I say no? lol). We came on a Friday around 12 ish and it was packed. We put on name on a list and wait was about 20 min or so. We both chose the lavender pedicure for $45 each. It came with a complimentary drink and I chose a mimosa! I've never had my legs covered in cucumbers and roses and I loved it lol. I was a little bummed my jet thing in my foot tub wasn't working but it was ok. The chair you sit in is a massage chair that felt great on my back and neck area. The lady who did my feet was very friendly and she made a great suggestion for my toe colors and I decided on purple and glitter which I loved in the end! My nail polish lasted weeks yall!! I don't live in the area but I think I'd like to come back and treat myself am aunt next time!

Was looking for a good nail salon since my go to was closed for the day. I saw this location on Yelp and called in for information on just a basic pedicure which I feel like most salon don't offer. I got the lavender pedicure which was $45 and I received a lot out of my service. I felt spoiled with the sugar scrub which Ni used fresh fruit in my bath and scrub. I got a complimentary mimosa and two 5 minute massages along with a 20% off discount going on until the month of March. Ni and everyone in the salon were very kind and made sure I was ok during my service I would definitely recommend friends and family to parisé nails and spa. Service Received: OMG pedicure package, gel polish, French tip, & callus removal Service Received By: Ni This was my first time at this location and will not be my last. I came in Monday at 4pm and was in a seat not even 2 minutes after signing in. This service provided gave me time to relax while Ni attended to me taking care of me and providing me my complimentary drink. She was very particular with my service paying close attention to detail while and remaining helpful. She would show me the timer before my massage to see how long I had with this particular service. Even when it came to asking for a French tip she had asked about if I'd like a small, medium, or large French tip thickness which I have never been asked before out of all my previous services. As someone who was skeptical as I am particular about my French tips she did an exceptional job. As well as making sure I was satisfied and fixing any minor detail. Today was my first time, i did enjoy myself and they did a really good job very attentive, i got a neck pillow and this amazing set up with all the things they would be using for my service. The place was clean, nice vibe. I like the products they used everything smelled wonderful I went around 10 am and I still smell the lotions they used. I also liked how they weren't hounding me to add things on I said what I wanted and they weren't shoving the menu in my face to get a more expensive service or add on things. The lady who did my nails did cut my cuticle a little HOWEVER it happens so I wasn't mad. I have been cut before and had ppl try to hide it or just put polish over it. She didn't do that at all she attended to it right away put that circle cut stuff on it and peroxide for an extra layer of protection. Afterwards she even put neosporin on!! I have never had anyone do that they just stick a cotton ball and keep going so really loved that she was attentive. I mean it happens so don't be on here being weird like omg she cut you blah blah I've had worse paper cuts. I would definitely return. My only hope is that 6 months down the line their as attentive and pampering as they are now that their just opening. From the time I entered into the building I was greeted with a warm welcome. The environment was relaxing and rich with excellence, and clean..really clean!!. This is my third time coming here! I got a gel-x set done yesterday, noticed that one of the nails was crooked and that they were too long for my liking. Now that was my mistake on saying something yesterday. Called them to see if it was possible to get it fixed, luckily the manager Lindsay (I'm sorry if I spelled it wrong :/ ) was the sweetest and understanding about the situation even though that was on me about the length but did the service free of charge. I visited this place on 5/7/2025. I had a Volcano Bliss Pedicure treatment and Gel X manicure. I had Will as the pedicurist teacher. I was amazed with his excellent customer service. He took his time to clean off the dead skin, removed the cuticles and the 20 minutes massage by the time he was done I was so relaxed I am very picky with my pedicure I will recommend asking for Will if you stop by this Nail Salon. read more

Everybody is very friendly right when you walk in the door. Usually visiting other nail shops I feel like I'm always being rushed and they don't listen to what I actually want but here, they took their time. They did my manicure and pedicure so nice . This was my second time coming in because I had loved it the first time I came in. Turns out they're only very accommodating right now because they are new and don't want bad reviews (so don't get used to the quick accommodating service ). My second time coming here I asked for a pedicure and manicure upon arrival. An hour later and they totally ignored my request for a manicure, saying I was a walk-in and all the other people that they were helping before me where appointment which wasn't true they wanted to make up for ignoring my request. The place is new, modern, beautiful. Everyone that works there is extremely friendly, welcoming and kind. The techs really listen to what you want. No wait, even without appointment and apparently have a rewards system for frequent customers. My mani and pedi were done at the same time. Anne/Anna did my pedi and did a great job. I don't remember the name of my mani tech, she was really nice and patient, listened to feedback about uneven/crookedly filed nails and tried to make the corrections. Given that she wasn't in front of me due to the pedi, it may have been difficult to get things straight because of the angle my hand was in. I was very surprised that their manicures do not include cuticle care. Isn't that one of the reasons to get a mani? She was just about to put on the gel and I asked about the cuticles. It's an extra $10. Weird but no problem. The cuticle care was so-so, I got clipped on 2 nails but not too bad but it still wasn't great, clean looking cuticle care. My nails came out good, love the shape and color but after 2 days already had chips. Went back, got it fixed for free (thanks to whoever mentioned that in their review). 1.5 weeks later an entire nail peeled off. That's a little too soon. I'm debating going back and trying another tech since I like the salon and the friendly people or go to another. read more

This nail salon is top tier in every aspect. The ambience is on point and the employees really make you feel pampered. I got a mani pedi and Ni did an amazing job at my gel pedicure. Her attention to detail goes unnoticed. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the worker that did my full acrylic set but it started with a K. She was so quick and efficient and very friendly as well. They came out so clean. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone. read more

I had an absolutely horrible experience at Parisé Nails & Spa in Carson, and I would never recommend it to anyone. First off, they *cut* my nail bed in two separate places, and I had to wear bandages for days. It's beyond unacceptable, and I don't know how this could happen at a professional salon. I went in for their "express" mani and pedi, which they advertise as taking only 30 minutes. It ended up taking *over an hour*. This is just false advertising, and I was frustrated with the waste of time. On top of that, they charged me $20 for "extra gel," even though the price was clearly listed as $15. When I pointed this out, they didn't even seem to care. To make matters worse, their payment system was down, and they held us *hostage* until the internet came back up so we could pay. I was already running late, and this just made everything worse. I missed an important appointment because of their incompetence. The only positive thing I can say is that they do have nice decor, and they provide free drinks with your service, which was a nice touch. But that's the only bonus in an otherwise awful experience. All in all, this place is unprofessional, unorganized, and careless. I will never go back and I highly advise you to avoid it at all costs. read more

I came in thinking I would have to get my acrylic set removed because they were done so poorly somewhere else and was pleasantly surprised that that was not the case. A gentleman told me he could fix them and he did. As I was getting my nails done I found out it was actually the owner doing my nails! What a surprise and he was so humble( his employee tipped me off when she was trying to ask him a business question). The Not-So-Good: The nail tech doing my design, however, didn't even bother to say hello. Throughout the service, she never asked how I was doing or checked if everything looked okay. My cuticles were left looking really rough, and she skipped the basic courtesy of applying any oil or lotion at the end. In fact, it was so bad that I ultimately asked her to skip the design on my ring fingers because I didn't want to draw any more attention to it. Ironically, my pedicure technician was the one who noticed how dry my hands looked and kindly handed me some oil. To top it off, when the tech finishing my nails was done, she didn't even say thank you. The Verdict: At $130 for a Gel-X set, the baseline expectation is that your cuticles will look presentable and you'll receive basic courtesy. If you go here, hope you get seated with one of the male technicians who actually cares about the client experience!
