I love Julie!!! I've been in South Bay for 3 years and finally found my nail girl :) she's so patient and talented I recommend her to everyone I only want her doing my nails now! They last so long and she does an amazing job
I've been going to Torrance T nails for over a year now and they never disappoint! I got my 21st birthday nails done today and the service was great (as usual!). Everyone is so sweet and welcoming. Julie did my nails, she is so wonderful, and her art is always so cute! I am very happy with the results :)
Ana and Kim did a great job on my hands and feet today. I decided to go with a different color other than pink or red and I'm very satisfied with the result of my choice. Thank you!
Honestly hard to review. When it comes to staff they were very sweet, fast and took me right in. I was loving the idea inspo we did and it was coming out great until another customer came in and it seemed like that person spooked everyone. So at that point my tech was trying to hurry up, rushing just to now get to that other person. Sadly my nails are already starting to chip, the cuticle area isn't cleaned up well and there are lots of air bubbles. I feel like it could have definitely turned out better if that lady didn't walk in and honestly disrupt everyone there to move from chair to chair, ask for a charger and demand stuff.

Been to many nail salons and this was probably my worst experience... strangest technique to do a French manicure, was cut while being filed, and nail polish left all over. Found this place on Yelp with good reviews and was misled to come here.
I got my nails done for my graduation. Gel x. Literally a week later my index finger on my right hand lifted. I came back and they fixed it. The my right thumb lifted. Did the fix it when I went back? No, they didn't. What did they do for the lifting on my thumb? The nail tech LITERALLY TOOK NAIL GLUE TO GLUE IT ON!!!!! That is absolutely ridiculous. It was clearly a shit job done by shit people. When I told her that I could have glued it myself instead of coming here for her to fix it, she responded by saying that I don't have the top coat. Um yes actually I do. Don't waste your time, money, and energy for a shitty experience. I AM NEVER EVER COMING BACK!
I came with my daughter and got GelX for the first time on Saturday and yesterday (day 4) her nail had fallen and my nails looked like I had gotten them done weeks prior and one of the nails looks like the glue is coming off. Julie fixed my daughter's nail and said that my nails was just because my nails had grown out and she wouldn't even look at them more than once. Julie fixed my daughter's nail and at the last step she said "when the light turns off you can go" and got up and left. She was very rude and for the price I payed it is not worth us coming back! Reply to Kevin: Just as rude as your staff. And clearly you know exactly who we were by your response. Those are my hands if you did not read or are unable to understand the review. I clearly said that Julie fixed my daughter's nails. Why would I post her hands when you fixed it? I posted mine which you or your staff did not acknowledge they were not properly done!
My nail service was okay. The two ladies who did my nails were sweet but it wasn't like the inspo picture I showed them. It didn't bother me too much but don't come here if you're really picky about that sort of thing. Unfortunately, the lady who applied my gel x nails did them incorrectly. The hot gel got onto my skin & I regret not saying anything. Afterwards, I noticed the cured gel overflowed between my real nails and the fake ones. This was a first for me. I appreciate the techs for attempting the design I wanted but overall I hope they are better trained in applying nails especially since it was a bit painful & I know someone else probably would've been more mad over it. I did return the next day to shave the excess gel down but it barely made a difference. At least it was free. Will not be returning but I hope this helps for future customers!
Julie and Jimmy always do an amazing job. Julie can take any photo I give her and make it happen. They are also very nice people here.
You can never go wrong with a classic French tip! Julie and Jimmy were super sweet and made sure you feel comfortable and welcome, Julie is so talented with her nail art! Come visit them and they will have you walking out feeling glamorous

Yelp connected me with Torrance T Nails for a Sunday visit. Service was fast and the nail Tech didn't try to add additional services. Thankful for that bc nothing turns me off more when I get my nails done and the tech just nickel and dime you for anything they can to add to my gel manicure. The guy was super fast and used an airbrush machine to do mauve french tip on my pink nail colors. The location is in a small strip mall with lots of nail stations and spa chairs. Nothing fancy inside but it is clean. read more

Great technical work, but the customer service needs a serious overhaul I really want to love this place and give them a better rating, but consistency is a major issue here. I've visited about four times now, and each trip just reminds me why I don't come back more often: while the men on the team offer fantastic service, the women working there consistently lack warmth, smiles, or basic hospitality the moment you walk through the door. The Good: The guy who did my manicure is amazing--super nice, friendly, and did a great job on my nails. The woman who handled my pedicure was also wonderful, and her work was top-notch. The Not-So-Good: The nail tech doing my design, however, didn't even bother to say hello. Throughout the service, she never asked how I was doing or checked if everything looked okay. My cuticles were left looking really rough, and she skipped the basic courtesy of applying any oil or lotion at the end. In fact, it was so bad that I ultimately asked her to skip the design on my ring fingers because I didn't want to draw any more attention to it. Ironically, my pedicure technician was the one who noticed how dry my hands looked and kindly handed me some oil. To top it off, when the tech finishing my nails was done, she didn't even say thank you. The Verdict: At $130 for a Gel-X set, the baseline expectation is that your cuticles will look presentable and you'll receive basic courtesy. If you go here, hope you get seated with one of the male technicians who actually cares about the client experience! read more

Good spot for a Sunday pedicure. I chose this salon because they stay open until 7 PM on Sundays, which is later than most other places in the area. I went in on a Sunday afternoon and was seated immediately with no wait. It wasn't crowded, so the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. I got a basic silver gel pedicure, and they have massage chairs you can use while they work on your toes. Overall, it was a straightforward, peaceful experience. Definitely an option if you need a late-weekend service. read more

Owner reached out to rectify the issue. I came back to the salon, and they were incredibly nice and understanding. They were very busy when I came and could not accommodate me, but they offered to schedule me in for an appointment and was very helpful. Due to scheduling issues on my part, I wouldn't be able to come back for another week to do the repair but I still really appreciated their willingness to help!! read more

Nice vibe, cool staff. Make sure you bring cash because there are no credit card options. I visited twice and went to two different people that seemed nice and efficient. My pedicure has lasted and they offer different packages for nail services. First visit was on a weekday and it was cute and relaxing. The next visit was on a weekend and it was quiet but busy lol read more
