Came here a couple days ago. Got a pedicure done. Absolute scam. When you choose a service they add on more things than you know until you are up in the front counter ready to pay. One of the fees was, "good service". I believe a tip should be the "good service" fee. A tip from the costumer not by the people who did your feet. Never been charged a "good service" fee. I noticed my toe started turning green. I came in to tell them and they immediately started getting rude and saying to sign a paper saying it's not their problem or responsibility. I've done my toes before multiple times and this is the first time I've ever had this happen to me. The lady told me I'm young and don't know anything but I don't think being young affects my toe turning green. They wouldn't give me a refund until I sign a paper saying they aren't responsible which clearly they are. I had a green toe and pus coming out of my foot. This is insane. The manager, Leslie, waved her hand in my face to shut me up so I don't say anything else while she was on the phone with her boss. Leslie was trying to get around the refund but if my toes turning green I expect everyone wanting a refund...it seems like common sense. She said over and over she's a licensed specialist and everyone in there is too. And that it's a minor cut and I'm overreacting. But this is a cut their employees made. People make mistakes understandable. But saying that I'm young and basically dumb and they won't help me or give me a refund back or try to get around it...is wrong. They are rude and scammers. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. read more

I made the worst mistake of coming here instead of my previous nail tech because it was closer to my office. My gel x nails broke after 3 days of getting them done. When I told them they tried blaming me and saying it was my fault. Seriously? I have NEVER had this happen before. I pay extra for quality and I tip very well. Service Received: OMG pedicure package, gel polish, French tip, & callus removal Service Received By: Ni This was my first time at this location and will not be my last. I came in Monday at 4pm and was in a seat not even 2 minutes after signing in. This service provided gave me time to relax while Ni attended to me taking care of me and providing me my complimentary drink. She was very particular with my service paying close attention to detail while and remaining helpful. She would show me the timer before my massage to see how long I had with this particular service. Even when it came to asking for a French tip she had asked about if I'd like a small, medium, or large French tip thickness which I have never been asked before out of all my previous services. As someone who was skeptical as I am particular about my French tips she did an exceptional job. As well as making sure I was satisfied and fixing any minor detail.
