the service was great, complimentary drinks from sodas to champagne and mimosas! richard did my gel x and suzy did my boyfriend's gel mani, they were both super friendly and checked along the way to make sure we were happy with our nails! the establishment itself was clean and well lit and ventilated so it didn't smell like those chemical fumes. they also gave us a free gift after paying and they had a snack bar with chocolates and small pastries. 10/10 will be coming back to my new regular spot read more

My husband and I came here for the first time for a pedicures. Highly disappointed! I was very upset because my old gel on my toes was removed very aggressively with the drill. Proper removal is soak off but focused on speed the the gentleman filed down hurting me a damaging 2 of my nail beds. My husband is a hard working man who never care to pay for the care of his feet. His service included callus removal and well I'll share what he was left with a soon as we came home. I don't care to complain in person nor ask or discounts. They get upset when you complain. Cheap quality, gel does not last at all and you get a lot of bubbles. Went in a second time after my gel manicure started to peel on the 2nd day of getting it done, got it "fixed" (all they did was put polish on top of it) hours later the new coat cracked and peeled again. Came here a couple days ago. Got a pedicure done. Absolute scam. When you choose a service they add on more things than you know until you are up in the front counter ready to pay. One of the fees was, "good service". I believe a tip should be the "good service" fee. A tip from the costumer not by the people who did your feet. Never been charged a "good service" fee. I noticed my toe started turning green. I came in to tell them and they immediately started getting rude and saying to sign a paper saying it's not their problem or responsibility. I've done my toes before multiple times and this is the first time I've ever had this happen to me. The lady told me I'm young and don't know anything but I don't think being young affects my toe turning green. They wouldn't give me a refund until I sign a paper saying they aren't responsible which clearly they are. I had a green toe and pus coming out of my foot. This is insane. The manager, Leslie, waved her hand in my face to shut me up so I don't say anything else while she was on the phone with her boss. Leslie was trying to get around the refund but if my toes turning green I expect everyone wanting a refund...it seems like common sense. She said over and over she's a licensed specialist and everyone in there is too. And that it's a minor cut and I'm overreacting. But this is a cut their employees made. People make mistakes understandable. But saying that I'm young and basically dumb and they won't help me or give me a refund back or try to get around it...is wrong. They are rude and scammers.
