Probably one pizza per person works much more reasonably in terms of portions because the pizzas are thin. The crusts are crunchy while the cheese melts over everything. Service was great. From the person who took our pizza order to the ice cream servers... We went back twice in one weekend so we could try the different flavors of ice cream. They also have spirited a.k.a. boozy ice cream which we didn't go with but it's great that they have such interesting flavors. It's a really comfortable vibe, a place where you can come in and have a glass of wine with your pizza, but also Just enjoy the ice cream and a conversation. Prices are reasonable. read more

Park & Main was recommended to us and we are so thankful. We had been searching for good wood fired, thin crust pizza and Park & Main has it!!! The crust is perfectly thin and crispy, toppings fresh and tasty. Their menu has much more than pizza - I've gotten a Cesar salad with my pizza and it is always delicious. It is a family run operation - the service is always friendly and prompt. They carry a wide range of beverages, including some delicious non-alcoholic beer options. Quality/Quantity - Wow, I mean wow. You have to try their alcohol/spirited flavor-infused ice creams!!! My daughter got the coffee toffee. The toffee bits really took this ice cream to the next level. It was a crunchy compliment to the creamy texture of the ice cream. The flavor was amazing as well. I got the Southern Bourbon Butter Pecan flavor. You can definitely taste the bourbon. It was well made. Both cups had very generous quantities. It was delicious. Their pizzas are also fresh, the dough is made in house. Atmosphere - They are an ice cream parlor, market, restaurant, etc. Indoor/outdoor seating. While we were walking through Carlton, we saw 3 kids sitting outside the ice cream shop and raved about the ice cream inside, which is why we went in and checked it out in the first place. To our surprise, they didn't offer to replace it or make things right in any way. They also use cup pepperoni which is only a true Connoisseur's choice. Overall the pepperoni pizza is just very well thought out. Ice cream was okay. Not chunky. The waffle cone felt cheap. It had the ice cream leaking out the bottom in a couple of minutes. The colors and looks of the ice creams were entertaining. The cookies and cream had no cookies and looked like chocolate ice cream. In picture I had peanut butter "cup" with No cups involved. Would return for pizza but forget the ice cream. read more

When dining out, I prefer the full dining experience of having the interaction with a server at your table. However, the staff at the counter were so amazing and helpful that was not missed here. They helped you choose drinks and explain the menu. Once you place your order, your food is brought out in a timely manner. We ordered the lobster pot pie and a flat bread. It was obvious they only used local, fresh ingredients. However, I think the real shining star of the meal was my cocktail. I think it was called Lavender Heaven or Bliss. So delicious. Really good pizza and at a good price. We tried the pepperoni pizza and Caesar salad, and both were tasty and well prepared. The salad dressing was drier than most but well seasoned. Followed up with their homemade ice cream. The lemon custard was excellent and full of lemon zest. They make a good tiramisu too. The lemon was so good, I bought a pint to take home. Pizza is hard to go wrong with, and this is by far the best pizza in the area plus they have a nice little shop with local goods & wine, an ice cream shop attached next door, and indoor and outdoor dining tables. Ice cream is good but honestly not great, and when ordering pizzas with fresh mozzarella they were surprisingly miserly with the cheese on multiple attempts but the sauce is good and crust is above average so I would unquestionably return. The people are friendly and the food is very good, maybe 4.5 stars in my book but I'll round up to 5 because it's darn good for Carlton. Plus, their service is impeccable as they strive to provide their customers with an unforgettable casual dining experience. Recently I worked with them to provide a space for 25 of us to dine there. I emailed the owner to see if my plan was doable. Not only did Dustin and Chuck agree to my terms, but they pulled it off without a hitch. After spending a good time together, we all got ice cream, the best ice cream, to top off our meal. They have the best gift products to peruse as well. Carlton has a lot of great restaurants. We had an (up until today) unfulfilled hankering for good pizza. There were a couple of places in McMinnville and we asked a shop owner for a recommendation and she directed us to this place. It was worth the 10 minute drive! Order at the counter for pizza or sandwiches and grab a table. I ordered the Spicy Bianca but instead of the white garlic sauce I substituted the herb olive oil sauce. I generally do not like to mix sweet and savory on my pizza so the jury is still out as to whether I would have the honey drizzle again but man, I devoured the entire pizza, not realizing how hungry I was (each pizza is 12-13" on a thin wood fired crust designed to feed 1-2 people). Overall great ambiance and layout. For lunch we had a BBQ Chicken and Pesto Chicken pizza (split pizza) and the Farro and Farm Spanish Salad. Portions are large and very filling. Ingredients were fresh and tasted great. The pizza in particular was AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS! Perfectly cooked, with such great flavour and ingredients. It was unbelievably good and much needed on this record hot (101 degree) day. For a light lunch, we grabbed a small cheese pizza to go. It was decent size and so much better than any of the wood oven fire pizza places back home. We ended up eating half of it as we were loading up to leave. Cheese was plenty, stringy as you tried to pull apart a slice. Dough and crust were thin and delicious. It used to be we loved the pizza here and raved about it to everyone. Now the last two times we have gotten takeout pizza the quality was mediocre. We paid additional for arugula twice and never received any, which we discovered at home. But the overall taste wasn't nearly as good as it used to be. I know running a restaurant during a pandemic is such a challenge and we want to cut them slack, but for now I think we will take a break and try them again sometime in the future.
