Three to four months ago, from the macaroni and cheese dishes my partner and I got food poisoning. I called Domino's and they put me through the McMinnville manager, who argued with me. Still thinking their pizza was worth an order I order last month. The order when through but my card was declined. The phone operator told me my card didn't clear. I tried it again today; the same thing happened. So, Domino's manager, here in McMinnville, rather than deal with the 'food poisoning possibility, decided the best way to deal with it was to "DENY ME SERVICES." Directly following today incident, I ordered from Odd Moe's, funny my 'card went through and the pizza was, actually, a lot better than Domino's Extravaganza. Food: Was decent. Took advantage of the 9.99 for anything deal. I picked it up so it was hot. Service: Very poor customer service. Went to p/u pizza and got scolded for being 3 minutes early. When I pointed out I came at the time the tracker told me to I was curtly told the tracker means nothing. Then as I waited I got the cold stare from the lady running the oven. I never said a word other than "I arrived when the tracker told me too." Apparently you're to wait in your car or outside until you're summoned by the pizza gatekeeper oven lady. Ambiance: What ambiance? Place was ice cold, and 4/6 workers were just pacing in the background looking miserable. Will I return? Yes if they have a special I like. This Dominos puts out above average Pizza. My go to in the Mcminnville area for old school delivery pizza.

I couldnt tell you how the food tasted they haven't been able to make it the FOUR TIMES IVE GONE. I order off the app and this ONE store doesnt let you schedule pickups......WHHHHHHHHHHHHHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY it took me not getting my food till the FOURTHHHH time in order for this to be relayed to me God can only answer that....so service is trash and the vibe is a no go. read more

we ordered two med pizzas online the Friday special... just a thin crust pepperoni w/mushrooms..and a Hawaiian.. i think they forgot the sauce altogether was so dry and you could see the crust through most of the sauce...i think they put about 10 pieces of mushroom and almost no cheese at all... the crust was so thin tasteless and dry.. paid $16.78 for just these two pizzas that supposedly this was a deal? they were small and dried out and very little of all the toppings from the sauce and up ....i have never had a worse pizza in my life i didn't eat more than one piece and i was hungry....i would have been totally better off buying a frozen pizza. i wont be going to dominos again..... they used to be better the last time had dominos. do not order the thin crust! read more

Most of the time very good product and have had no problem with the service, if there's a mistake they correct it ASAP. Management and employees are professional and polite. Only suggestion? I worked in the biz, DOUGH MANAGEMENT Using dough over proofed or under proofed gives you a flat tasteless crust. Unfortunately enough we ordered a pizza at about 10:20 pm and what we received was lackluster at best. Almost no chicken, and I can legitimately count maybe 10 mushroom slices total. I'm honest to god irritated, and unless something is done to right this ridiculous service we may start ordering elsewhere. However! I'm editing my order as they have fixed the mistake and sent over a much better looking pizza! My wife and I were impressed with the speed with which they corrected the mistake. read more

We ordered a crap ton of pizza for our company pizza party today for Valentine's Day. We got nasty, cold, soggy, grease dripping, barely any dough pizzas. The wings were ok. But the pizza was absolutely disgusting. There goes $75. Won't order from this location again. Which is sad, I've spent over 600$ at dominos around Oregon this year alone. Loving domino's more and more! We used the hotspot feature while we were at a park. We realized we would need plates but we didn't want to go get them and come to find out domino's brings plates to hot spots! And napkins! It was the best thing because there were at least 20 of us, mostly kids and only 4 adults. Ordering online is so smooth - definitely user friendly online ordering. The hotspot feature is a great service with no charge. Just had to tip the driver. Oh and their pizza is yummy! read more

One of their delivery drivers was speeding down the road and almost hit me my boyfriend and my 2year old on a well lit street. This person clearly had time to see us as we were already half way across the street. They were so close to hitting us that my boyfriend could've kicked the car as it was flying by. Then we called the store to complain and the manager was very rude and dismissive of the situation and said they don't have any delivery vehicles matching the car that almost ran us over she also tried to say that maybe it was an ODD MOES delivery car when we clearly saw the Dominoes delivery light box on the top of the car. read more

Wow, I am in no way affiliated with Dominos. I am a corporate business traveller and I order pizza frequently to my hotel room when I am too busy on the laptop to go out. I usually order Pizza Hut, or from a local pizza place that has good reviews on Yelp... This dominos was very good pizza, much better than the crap I usually get from Pizza Hut. The online ordering was easy, I tried it to check out the tracker the other user posted about. The tracking is awesome! I will order from Dominos much more often now, in the past their pizza was awful. If other Dominos are good I'll definitely continue on ordering from them. I wonder if they have an app for the iphone for ordering and tracking, if not they should make one. read more

The pasta bread bowl was more like a pizza instead of a bowl, the dough was doughy and the crust was way over seasoned/salty and very oily but the toppings I picked were good (mushrooms, alfredo sauce, chicken and spinach. We have ordered from them before and was pretty satisfied, however this time was horrible! We always order the same toppings, being sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms and fresh tomatoes. I have ordered from this Domino's a few times now and I always have great service. I usually place large orders in advance and they deliver piping hot pizzas ON TIME which is extremely important when you are planning an event on a tight schedule. Tried to order a pizza, because they display that they are open until 1AM. Turns out , all they do past store hours is take in future orders- they don't actually allow any purchases or deliveries. That's false advertising guys. Change your hours to the appropriate hours, and label it as such. What a pain.... read more

This used to be our at-work-go-to-pizza place. With a favorite being the BBQ, chicken and bacon pizza. Typically the service is fast and the pizza is good. However, the last time we ordered the service and food was awful. I ordered our food online, and about an hour later everyone began questioning why we had not received our food. I checked my online order through my email and found the notice saying I should be enjoying my food, and asking me to rate the food. All these notices but NO food. Finally we called the store and were told that the driver could not find us. They told us the driver called but there were no missed messages or any history of any calls. When we told the worker on the phone we were asked if we still wanted the order, and that they would re-deliver. About another 10 minutes and indeed our food was delivered. Semi warm, and you could tell it had just been sitting for the last hour. I was very disappointed that not only did they not do their jobs to ensure our food was delivered but then when we were assured we would get our order, that we were served old food and not compensated or offered anything for their mistake. I did review this place as two stars, I really would like to rate one but I am giving it two because in the past the food and the service was much better! read more
