Took over an hour to get a sampler and when I asked about it the cafe lady had a major attitude about it. I asked for a refund and was denied. Simple customer service is needed at this establishment. I was not really impressed with this place the customer service was not the greatest and the food was not the best. I mean you can't have super high expectations for bowling alley food. I do have to say that my group and I enjoyed our time here and had fun bowling together. The shoes are pretty worn down, and sometimes the pins got stuck but overall we had fun. The food took a really long time to be made and we got pretty basic items like mozzarella sticks and a corn dog. Probably will come back since there aren't many places to bowl in Bellingham, but skipping out on the snacks. read more

A nice enough place to go for entertainment. My group of friends arrived on a busy Sunday. We waited only about 45 minutes for two lanes. Not bad. While waiting, we ordered food and drinks. A few local beverages were in tap. The food is nothing special. Probably as good as any other bowling alley. The system needs some work. We often had pins down that wouldn't reset and even frames not counted which had to be entered manually. With all of that said, I'll come back. It cost less than $20 for 2 people, 2 games, and 2 pairs of shoes. read more

Fun X fantastic! It's all here for the family or group that's looking for a venue to play in Bellingham. Three games of bowling, buttered the cue finger up for pool, fresh food from their grill and yummy cocktails served to our lane, non stinky shoes that fit, lots of balls to choose from, staff that was friendly and responsive, all in all, a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Me and my friends have gone bowling every week for a long time here, and for whatever reason the customer service at the front desk is just consistently lacking. One guy in particular is just so rude for some reason. I understand customer service jobs being stressful, I've had many myself. But this guy just throws all of the stress of his job at the customers and it sucks everytime I need to get a lane. None of my friends are even willing to go up to him anymore so I end up dealing with the brunt of it. Many of the other employees are fantastic, especially those at the bar/restaurant. read more

I have been coming here for years - to bowl, but especially for the food. Tonight I brought my kids & ordered food- specifically the Chef Salad which we've enjoyed for years. The guy who took my order was polite & thorough. My food came out & no Chef Salad. I went to the counter & asked him about it & he said he remembered that I did indeed order the Chef salad. Another employee began assisting to see what occurred. She proceeded to show me the receipt that did NOT have a Chef salad on it. So I indicated that I wanted one, only to be informed that they don't have Chef salad anymore & that's why there is N/A next to it on the chalkboard menu on the wall. I replied that I did not see the N/A next to the Chef salad menu item on their chalkboard menu & why didn't the guy who took my order inform me that it wasn't available? She proceeded to tell me "we haven't had Chef salad for 3 years" to which I replied "then it's not ok that your chalkboard still lists it AND your staff doesn't know it's unavailable" she asks me "well then, what do you want?" Since I specifically came to have their Chef Salad I declined to order something else. She then brushed me off with a shoo shoo hand movement & said something to the effect of "then be gone with you"! Just appalling!!! I'll never be back. read more

I had never been to this bowling alley before and recently went for a work holiday party. It was really nice and we had 3 whole lanes to ourselves. The bowling alley is old but its kept up nice. The controls and screens are updated and modern. And they actually let you eat and drink down in the bowling area. Most bowling alleys I have been to you have to eat and drink in the upper area only. We had a nice big spread of food that was actually really tasty, the pizza here was surprisingly good for bowling alley food. I would come here again. read more

We went for the bowling and beer and it was pretty mediocre. There wasn't great music or any extra ordinary beers. They also stopped serving alcohol at 10:30 which was kind of early for me. However Sunday they have a deal that is buy a game get another for free which is a pretty good deal! So for two games and shoes it was $7... We didn't get to play the second game which was understandable because we got there at around 10 and they close at 11. I would prefer not to go back but for a good deal on bowling games we will see! read more

We came here at 10 pm on a Friday night. The website said they close at 12 AM. We walk in there were a few lanes occupied and quite a few people playing there he arcade games. They informed us they were closing at 10:30 after we paid. Another large group came in and I'm assuming they also informed them they were closing in 30 minutes. Having drove 30 minutes to get here it would be nice if they changed there websites hours to "determined by staff" overall a very frustrating experience. We won't be back. read more

I love that 20 Century Bowl is walking distance from my house, but more often then not I make the trip out to Park Bowl instead, just because its worth it. The lanes are much nicer, and newer, and they have a large parking lot. They also have many more lanes then 20 Century. They also have a couple of pool tables, and other video games in their front lobby. and... Park Bowl has a full bar!!! Thats the best part. Love it. read more

Our bowling session was plagued with malfunctions that the on-duty older male employee blamed on us. I haven't been bowling in a while, but I still know when a lane is malfunctioning. The man did let us start over on a new lane, and that one ALMOST went without a hitch. However, when we hit ANOTHER snag, a younger female employee assisted us, but forgot to credit us a frame. I was with my family, so we tried to rise above it and have fun. I definitely will not be back here anytime soon. read more

This review is more for the Splitz Grille, because I actually did not bowl due to a very sore shoulder. The Grille is amazing. Food was all delicious and so well done. Not at all what one thinks of, when one thinks of a bowling alley. The waiters were so accommodating and super friendly - could not do enough for us. I had a turkey melt w/ very fresh salad; another lady had a cheeseburger (she raved about it); many others had salads, soup and chili. Everybody VERY happy. Excellent burgers and decent pizza! My friends weren't too happy with their orders though. They were mixed up had a long wait to straighten it out. We went on a Saturday morning and it was awesome! Husband and daughter -and even myself! Toddler didn't play the second game so they handed me a refund for her part! Was a little pricy ($35 for two games three people) but it was a lot if fun! Really nice man staffed was super helpful and put up bumpers for my toddler and helped both of us find balls (yes, I still have to use the kid balls!) -I didn't eat there so I don't know how the food is. They also have a pretty decent arcade area and a candy/toy shoppe for the kids. I imagine that would be fun for the tweens ;) read more

Went with a few friends for their Tuesday $2 bowling special. I definitely recommend coming before 6pm if you can manage it. It gets pretty crowded after that. The alley itself was fine. The only minor glitches were sometimes the down pins didn't clear between the 1st and 2nd shot, but we didn't care. We ordered a beer, double rum and coke, cheeseburger, and the chicken burger. Everything was greasy and delicious and the mixed drink was poured perfectly strong. The only criticism is that there is no real signage displaying what beers they have available on tap, and where to get the beers. They have like three taps in the bar and the rest are in concessions. The bar could use some sprucing up like better lighting and maybe some light music or a tv to entice people to stay in there and chill. These aren't real issues though, and I would definitely come back again. read more

Park does have a full bar, yes! Food is also pretty tasty cafe american food. As for the bowling, lanes are nearly same age as the other place, and the scoring computers are much older (in contradiction to the previous reviewers), but they work and do the job.
