We went to the Park Burger in Platt Park about a year ago and have been meaning to return but with it being kind of far from our new place we always end up going somewhere closer. Last night we decided to make the trek and when plugging it into the GPS we discovered this location which is literally 5 minutes away....! Obviously we went to this one instead. We got there around 6:30pm on a Saturday night and were told the wait would be 40 minutes. We ended up waiting only 18 before being seated. Service was quick and friendly. I got the "Get figgy with it" burger and subbed the Brie cheese for pepper Jack and added jalapeños. My boyfriend got "The Fun Guy" and subbed Swiss for American cheese. We also shared a large fries. The burgers came out quick and were both really tasty. My boyfriends only complaint is that with everything that comes on the burger the actual patty is a little thin - however, this doesn't bother me, I like all the additional fillings more then the actual patty. The fries did take a little while to come out but they were clearly a fresh batch based on the temperature of them. And the large is HUGE. We didn't even make a dent in them, we definitely should have shared a small between the two of us. read more

Rude staff!! I placed a 3rd party order (uber eats). Of the 10+ items we ordered, we received a cold burger, cold fries, and a drink. It was clear the order was missing items because there was a missing chocolate shake, 2 missing burgers, 2 missing fries, missing kids meal, missing appetizer, etc. Anyhow, I called the restaurant and they said to contact UE and they couldn't do anything. UE contacted the restaurant and the manager lied and said they checked all of the food and everything was made correctly and they wouldn't issue any kind of refund. Does this look like the full order? I'd recommend supporting another local restaurant, ideally one that doesn't lie to their customers. ps. The seating is hard and ambiance is hard seating and concrete floors and fast ticket times with limited menu variety means it's perfect for a table service dinner in a very quick amount of time. What a great find, well great for me! We're visiting friends here and asked where was the best place to go for burgers. Park Burger was their only answer! The staff were very friendly though a little slow taking our initial order. Once the burgers arrived we were all set for deliciousness! You lived up to the hype! The burgers were cooked perfectly. Recently tried park burger because of the fries menu, as I'm not always a burger fan. We tried both the Cajun and the Parmesan truffle fries. Cajun had good flavor but missed a little bit of salt, which I understand why they didn't go heavy on it with Cajun seasoning normally having salt. The Parmesan truffle fries were the star and I'd come back for a big bowl of these fries in the future. The getting figgy wit it burger was cooked well, right on for medium rare burger and great tasting meat. The combination of flavors left me wanting a bit. I enjoyed the Brie with the jam flavor, I would have removed the bacon though and added some hot honey heat to the jam and maybe some pears for texture. Overall, nice service from the team and an open atmosphere that screamed fun from other clients eating lunch. read more

So posting my review here: This location (which I love and have been to dozens of times) is really struggling with delivery orders. Two orders of mine in a row were missing items outright. The most recent order was missing a "The Works" fries and an Asian salad. The food and the restaurant are both wonderful if you are physically there, but I need to leave this as a 1-star review because twice now I've ordered food that simply didn't arrive. So, I would strongly advise against ordering through a delivery service from this location. read more

Came into the hidden neighborhood location and it was ok. Plenty of parking was nice and the service was great, but the burgers (due to the restaurant name) I thought would be to die for and they were honestly, just average. They were no cherry cricket that's for sure. I'd come back just because it's close abs the bartender was awesome, but wouldn't go out if my way for the burgers. The only reason for 4 stars is that the fries are way way way to crispy. Literally I could snap it in half. Personally I like my fries moist and soft, with just a hint of crispness. I wish on the menu they would have stated that these are thin and crispy. I couldn't eat them, waste of money. Now on to the burger. I had the buffalo burger. It was great. Amazing taste and great quality! I was so hungry that I forgot to take photos. Sorry :( I ordered online and the ordering process was so easy! They ask how you want your burger cooked and if you want to remove any of the veggies. The add on section was a breeze, and the substitute section was easy to navigate! I got the classic park burger and I added American cheese and hickory smoked bacon! I got my burger cooked medium well and it was perfect! They put the cheese on top of the bacon so that was nice! It tasted delicious!! My friend ordered the buffalo burger and added goat cheese and bacon! He thought there was a little too much goat cheese but that was ok because then he used the excess cheese as a dip for our fries. He thought it was delicious over all! My sister treated us to her favorite burger place for my cheat dinner, Park Burgers. It's a nice restaurant with some booths, tables and high tops. Casual but a bit trendy. One word of warning, all the food is a huge portion so be ready! I ordered The Fun Guy. Which was basically a mushroom and Swiss with truffle garlic aioli and the standard veggies. All the ingredients were fresh and very tasty. I also got the truffle parm fries. They were just ok to me. My brother in law got the blue cheese kettle chips and man they were delicious. I actually wish I would have had those instead and also had the blue cheese on my burger. Price is pretty much the same as you'd find in these type of trendy burger spots ($9-12) for the burger. Stopped by here on my first trip to Denver. It was a Saturday night, so the place was pretty full. My friend and I were lucky enough to get a table without having to wait. I ordered The Scarpone specialty burger and sweet potato fries. The burger was incredible. The 1/3 pound beef patty was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The fries were pretty good as well, but the burger was the belle of the ball. My friend ordered the Burger of the Sea and said he really enjoyed it. Service was quick and friendly. The food was decent, but the service was definitely not. I got here at about 11:45am today and was the only one on the patio, so a quick lunch seemed promising. The "couple minutes" I was given to look at the menu turned into 10. I ordered the burger with mushrooms done medium, crispy fries, and an Arnold Palmer. The burger was between medium well and well, the fries were fine, and I wasn't given a drink. The waitress told me to enjoy my food and I had to remind her about my drink. The two other waitresses didn't seem to have issues managing their tables, but that wasn't the case for me. Mine didn't check to see if I needed more water or a drink refill. The people on my right were getting annoyed because they were waiting as long as I had for their order to be taken. Fries can be had as normal, sweet potato, truffle, works (lots of stuff on top almost too much). Lots of shakes and drink options including alcohol if you're feeling it. Came here for the first time this weekend for lunch. You could sit inside or out, and since it was a super hot day we opted for inside in the bar area. The servers were very nice and helpful. We ordered two burgers and a large fry. The large is huge by the way we couldn't even finish! They were so good and hot too. I enjoyed my Double Burger with blue cheese and grilled onions. It was large and juicy, the same way I like my sausages and books. I appreciated the good quality selection of craft beer on tap, and even though the house beer wasn't fantastic, it's nice to have a reasonable priced option. After having had the worst possible experience at the Pearl Street Location last October, we came in to redeem a gift card sent by the owner, only to find out it had a 0$ value. Not a great experience. I would like to say that Sean the manager took care of us anyway. And KC the server is awesome and went above and beyond to make our experience at the Hill Top location Great!!!! KC even went next door to inquire if they had Hot Chocolate for my girls. If you're a College Student and want to flaunt your youth in inappropriate ways with inappropriate clothing and body parts hanging out all over the place, go to the Pearl Street location, there are guys there that will neglect every table except for yours as long as you have body parts on view. If you want a nice family experience, go to the Hill Top location on Holly Street.
