I would give a 0 if I could. Very unprofessional and poor communication- service was provided on the vehicle for the same problem 4 times within one year. When we asked for a refund for the amount we paid on the last visits due to other service provider finding the issue still existed they told us they would let us know. After a month needed to file complaint with the state then we had communication from them. So frustrating yet did get a refund due to our efforts. read more

Unfortunately purchased the jeep while out of town so clearly no allegiance locally... Had it towed to Park, discussed in detail what had led up to the failure. Park took the car for over a week and in the end just changed the batteries since that was covered under warranty neglecting any cause for what might have drained the batteries in the beginning. Less than one week later, dead in the garage again as they did nothing to actually fix the problem. Monumentally disappointed with Park and Jeep from a performance and service standpoint. I will try another dealership and hope that they are more responsive, proactive and at least somewhat interested in finding and solving the actual problem... read more

John started asking questions if it was a lease or still owed on it and that personal information I didn't care to give to him. I said it doesn't matter I just want my to get a trade-in value. He persisted for irrelevant information. So based on that, I am sorry but I will never deal or purchase from Park Jeep dealership. He presented himself as a stereo typical "used car dealer" and didn't realize when to shut up. Fast forward to 9/2024 I received a call from Jackson is sales, he was just following up with me about my purchase and asking if I was still enjoying it. I told him I love the Jeep but I noticed some corrosion issues (a very well known issue that Jeep has had for many years), Jackson is not in the service area but he let me know that he would check with service and call me back. About 40 minutes later I received a call from Jackson and he not only helped me setup an appointment with service, but also advised that because the warranty was ending in a couple of months we should get this reviewed asap. The appointment went great, it was determined that the corrosion issue is what was causing the paint to bubble. Although they are not able to get my jeep in until January, because I brought it in when I did the issues that were found will be repaired but any additional issues that might arise between now and January will also be addressed and repaired. read more

I wish I could give negative stars!! Burnsville Park Jeep had my jeep for the whole month of February and brought it back 3 times only to have it not start again. I brought it in for the reason that it did not start. The first time I went to pick up my vehicle, the service dealership gave me a jeep that looked like mine but was NOT mine. It was someone elses vehicle. I beleive they never even looked at my vehicle. I actually purchased this vehicle at this dealership and they sold me a lemon. I had nothing but problems from the start. The only time I didnt have problems with it was when Covid was rampant and we didnt drive anywhere so it didnt get started for a year or so. I had such wonderful service a few years back when I purchased my dream car from them so of course I attempted to shop them first when looking for a decent used pickup truck for my husband. I had to search hard for a sales person and then after about 30 minutes of wandering around somebody drew the short straw and walked me way out back to a few trucks and there was one I was interested in bringing my husband back to view later that evening when he got off work. We worked with Hugo Trejo at Park Chrysler Jeep to buy a 2020 Jeep Cherokee. He was personable, professional and knowledgeable! He was a top notch salesman from start to finish. He was transparent all the way through the process. He kept us informed and gave updates as our new vehicle was getting cleaned and ready for the sale. He checked in multiple times to make sure we knew we weren't forgotten. He offered to buy us lunch multiple times and said we could come back another time and he'd buy lunch. I would highly recommend to ask for him when looking for a vehicle. When we left the dealership he made sure all of our questions were answered and even hopped in the car with us to help us get our phones set up with Uconnect. He made sure we were comfortable with our purchase and did not put pressure on us to buy something more high priced. Unfortunately, I have nothing but negative connotations of this dealer. I was one of the first lessors of a high end Jeep model, the spare key given to me was for a different Jeep altogether. The day came when I needed the spare key, and the unbelievable lack of customer service to replace it or refund me the cost of replacing it myself was the worst sales experience I've had. I incurred towing charges, rental car charges, even a taxi to the dealership. I brought this to the attention to each manager at the store, and ultimately to the office of the president in Detroit, never was it rectified. I am still out over $550 for the unorganized and careless management of Jeep's highest grossing Midwest location. I was treated so poorly, lost days and days of my time over the two years it took to attempt a refund, and to this day each time I call and ask where the check is the number to corporate is 'disconnected' - appalling. Once you lease or buy, don't expect anything but demands for more business from this slimey operation! read more

I purchased a 2017 Cherokee from sales rep Troy C. End of June 2020. Before buying, I did test drive like many buyers. During test drive, I discovered it was pulling hard to the left. I had mentioned that to Troy when I got back. He said service will look at it and most likely it's an alignment issue. I purchased the vehicle and left it overnight so they could get it serviced. The next day picking it up and driving off the dealership to home, same issue. I called Troy right away and left him a voicemail. He said to bring the car in the next day. I dropped off the car Saturday and couldn't pick it up Monday evening. Same issue. I called called right away when I got home. I dropped my car off Wednesday. They kept the car for 2 weeks to service. The service and sales manager said that some roads are built at an angle, cars will pull usually. I've owned 7 vehicles... After playing phone tag and giving me the run around, 3 months later it was escalated to this VP Steve. Steve and I went on a test drive. He wanted me to drive to 180th off 35w, because he's familiar with the roads. Steve also mentioned about the roads built which can cause Vehicles to pull... which I felt very disrespectful coming from a Vice President. After 3 and a half month, they finally admit the 2017 keep compass had issues. Purchase price was $23k. They took the car back and ended up purchasing a 2018 grand Cherokee. Steve wanted me to pay a little over $1k for having the car. For the 2017 jeep, I did $5k down payment. They wanted to take my down payment and applied it as a discount on the 2018 rather then a down payment. My full time job is an underwriter for a finance company. 2 month after, the navigation system does not display the right location. My appointment is set for Friday 12/16/2020 on the 2018 grand Cherokee. I'm giving Park Chrysler Jeep a 2 star review. The first star for the sale rep Troy C. PARK CHRYSLER JEEP Do not ever buy a vehicle from Park Chrysler Jeep. I paid cash for a used, CERTIFIED 2015 Cherokee for my grandson. They were "missing" the extra key fob & it took several phone called to get them to agree to get another one; the plates took 24 days to come in; my grandson had a flat tire in the tire we noted as low during our test drive. He couldn't change the tire because the tires had LOCKING LUG NUTS and no key. After two more days messing around, Park Service told him to take it to someone like Tires Plus because THEY DIDN'T HAVE A KEY! How did they "certify" this car with "racing slicks" for tires (as noted by Discount Tire) & inspected the brakes when they could not remove the tires. We will never use them again. Not sure if the letter from General Manager in reply to mine & complaint to BBB, where he stated 2 times, he " could not confirm or deny" issues is the best response. Proceed with extreme caution. read more

I started having a new problem with the new radio. They are telling me I have to go back to the original dealership. I would, but I moved and the car is still under warranty. I took my car in initially 2012 charger for a ticking noise, ended up getting recall work done for a bad radiator and something else, but when i got my car back and pulled off my car started going out on me literally.... I turned right around as i was only half mile away, when i got back there they said to my bd they would fix it and take care of it.... well when we came back to get it they said they didn know why it had started to fail and it was the battery. They had replaced the battery and could tell me why at first the car was turning off and said we had to pay for the replacement, well that didn sit right with me my car had never done that so i argued a little the guy said he would handle it and then they dug a little turns out the radiator they stuck in there was bad and they said we got it and re-replaced the radiator and sent us on our way i would say they are good service they fixed my car and replaced the part had nothing to do with me so i was happy thanks guys at the shop i do recommend them friendly and courteous people at jeep! read more
