He was so disgusting, I couldn't believe it. This man knew what the issue was and made sure people didn't tell us. In the end we ended up paying $565 dollars on a car that already had it on and sold it like that. It makes me so angry that we still had to pay for it. I show up and I'm told they will need to keep the car and it will be "two or three days" before it gets in. Meanwhile a dude walks in off the street and asks to get an oil change and is ushered in directly. What? Meanwhile, before it's even checked in, I have multiple texts on my phone about trading in my car and getting a new one. Flash forward and it's now Monday, I'm given another run around about things but no answers, however they had a service advisor call me. Again, no answers, more questions. I'm told nothing and I'm pushed another week before I a text stating I need a new motor. Still, no diagnosis, no explanation, no how did we get from dash light to new engine. I decline, clearly, and I get another call stating I should call consumer affairs. Needless to say it had been 3 weeks and I still had no answer. From the arrogance at the service desk, blowing me off and just forgetting me on a stack of paper on your desk, to the shady BS, this isn't your place. Anywhere but here. I'm done with Hyundai and Luther Automotive in the whole. If this is how everyone is treated here, it's a wonder they're even still open. I can't take stars away here but I would have gone with about a -2 on this visit. Just bad.

I would not recommend this place, especially the man with bleached yellow hair. He was very unpleasant and unprofessional. But thank you for saving us time -- because of this experience, we ended up choosing a much better car. You are very good at sending customers to other dealerships.

I called in to speak to someone and confirm if my warranty would cover it. The manager who took my call confirmed and was great, transferred me to the service department and Jeff was ALSO amazing. In the past I've felt like getting an appointment at the dealer is like pulling teeth, but they were happy to fit me in the next day. Appointment was smooth and efficient, I felt like they were more than happy to make a stressful situation as seamless as possible. I could not be more grateful! My only negative is that I had reached out multiple times a few months ago to inquire about upgrading my infotainment system. Several no-answers later and I did get an email from a woman who was not at all helpful, so I just gave up. I literally just want to give you my money, so I really shouldn't have to beg.

He said this was their policy despite also saying 4-5 times it would cost him nothing to fix. Made me concerned about what else they don't fix unless someone notices it. He also said water getting into the chip/crack and freezing (putting the integrity of the windshield at further risk) wasn't a worry because the chip was too small, which is just fundamental misunderstanding of how liquid works. Bought the car and the repair person confirmed the chip would have gotten worse if not addressed so the manager really didn't know what he was talking or was lying about it.

Whenever I open the driver side door, there's a loud cracking sound, took it to Lincoln collision center in Lakeville and they gave me an estimate for $7500 to replace cracked door hinges that on a Ford escape is a manufacturing defect. Also, I've read a lot of other people complaining about the same problem because the door is too heavy for those cheap hinges they put on. This is horrible customer service, this is not even safe. They offered to pay half of the 7500. That is still insane. That is a manufacturing defect without a doubt, I already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau so we'll see what happens, probably nothing. I've had Lincoln's since 2002, Continental, the MKX and now the Nautilis and I'll never get another Lincoln ever again. This sucks. Lincoln should accept responsibility for their poor selection of metal to support such a heavy heavy door. I think they should classify it as manufacturing defect and pay for the whole damn thing. This vehicle is like new still.

Sometimes their service prices are higher than their competitors, but I do think they have a higher level of service with videos for detailed inspections and great digital communication protocols. Last month, I scheduled a repair for a recalled Fuel Pump. Since the repair took a few hours, I added additional maintenance of oil change and transmission flush. Scheduling was an easy and quick phone call followed by a confirmation email with all the details needed. However, I received a nice competitors coupon in the mail and was considering moving to the competitor. I called their shop to explain, but they offered to match the competitor's coupon for 15% off up to $100 of service. At the time of pick up, there was a big problem that a LOT of white smoke started coming out of the exhaust when I was 3 blocks away. I texted to ask if it was normal and temporary after that repair. They said no and asked if I could bring the vehicle back. I brought it back and they gave me a free loaner car for the day since they couldn't get to my car that same day. It turns out that the turbo went out. Since I had lifetime warranty, it was covered and I didn't have the pay the $2800 of unscheduled repair. I was able to pick up my car the next day fully fixed with no added hassle.
