One guy kept looking me up and down, another looked irritated before I even said anything -- overall, the vibe was uncomfortable. When I went up to order, the man at the register got annoyed because I took a moment to decide. He slammed the register shut and muttered something under his breath, which didn't help the interaction at all. I ordered the "Psycho Chicken," which sounded great on the menu -- chicken cutlet, bacon, mozzarella, and chipotle mayo. But the execution wasn't there. I asked for a hero and got a roll. I asked for the sauce on the side and got a sandwich completely drenched in it. The chicken wasn't sliced, so it fell apart immediately, and they forgot the bacon entirely. On top of that, I waited almost 30 minutes for a $15.50 sandwich that didn't taste good. What really threw me off, though, was what I noticed while waiting. I saw employees vaping right in front of the food, and I watched them handle money and then touch the food with the same gloves -- which makes wearing gloves pointless. On top of that, the staff seemed irritated with each other the whole time, like nobody actually wanted to be there. The place feels rundown, the service is uncomfortable, and the food didn't deliver.
