Been living here for almost 3 years management changes constantly none of them get better. Most apartments are infested with roaches which they tell us "it's because your neighbor has a roach problem" and do nothing to improve that. They never answer maintenance requests they just mark that they've done it when they clearly haven't even came into to the unit to fix anything. Laundromats are constantly broken you get lucky if one washer and one dryer works. The pools are always dirty and gross. There's mold in the apartments which they also don't address. The dog park is constantly dirty full of feces. Would not recommend living here at all read more

Very disappointed, we applied got accepted , then they wanted us to go through a 3rd party and we paid 2,750$!!!!! Just for them to call me the next day saying my unit is not available and they don't know a date. They called again saying that have a unit available if I want to take it, went in person to look at it HAD A ROACH AS SOON AS YOU WALK INSIDE, THEN A HUGE PATCH OF MOD AND WATER DAMGE IN ROOF. They wanted me to settle for less and it was very upsetting . I have now been residing here for 8 months and have unfortunately experienced persistent harassment from a neighbor who lives in very close proximity for the past 4 months, to the point of fearing for my life. Despite bringing this matter to the attention of management, I have yet to receive any meaningful support or empathy regarding my situation. While the security team has always been responsive and genuinely helpful, the management has not shown the same level of concern. I have submitted numerous emails outlining the issue, but the responses have been minimal and largely unhelpful. As a responsible tenant who pays rent on time, it is both unfair and distressing to endure this ongoing nuisance without any offers of assistance or options to address my concerns. It is also very dissappointing that when I brought these issues up earlier I was told to "look for another place". Unfortunately this is IMPOSSIBLE for myself in this economy and the fact that this was the "option" I was provided with just shows how disinterested managment here is. It is disheartening that, as residents, we are not provided with a sense of comfort or support in the place we call home. Based on my experience, I feel compelled to caution potential tenants that unless they are experiencing issues themselves, the management's responsiveness and care may be lacking. After the tour I applied right away and got denied even though I make 3x the rent by myself without my wife, they suggested we go through a 3rd party to "maybe" get approved but you would have to drop about 1500 that's non refundable and can't guarantee you'll get the place. ON TOP OF THAT PAY FOR THE DEPOSIT AND RENT ONCE APPROVED. I've never heard such a thing, don't bother applying , don't bother wasting your time because the office doesn't answer their phones. The management is terrible. Overall I think it's a scam to mainly get more money out of you even after you paid applications fee and the 250 deposit. New management, new review. Previous manager was very reasonable and engaged with the community and made living here tolerable at best But these new ones are just the worst. They refuse to give me a replacement visitor pass after telling me I can buy one for the lump sum of $75 dollars. So I'm shit out of luck if I want to have a visitor I guess for the rest of the year. Absolutely no honor to their word. Not to mention leaking roofs, drawers falling apart, overpriced rent, roaches, zero lighting in certain areas they refuse to fix, gate hardly ever works so people are constantly roaming into the complex causing trouble, "workout room" they boast about is completely trashed, all the laundry machines are down most the time, I've literally witnessed the "security" guards getting into street fights with people in the middle of the night, and SOMEONE LITERALLY OVERDOSED AND DIED OUTSIDE MY UNIT. If that weren't enough, do research on the tow company they work with. Wilson. Then you'll see just how much of a SCAM this place is. Yeah, don't bother with this slum. Outside of just being dirty, the unprofessionalism of the office is ridiculous. The resident receptionist has a bad attitude and just unhelpful. I have been living here for the past 5 months and it has been great, every time I request a maintenance they come within 24 hours. In the process of the application Maria the manager was very helpful and patient, nothing like these people have mentioned honestly. My apartment looks exactly like the images they have on their website. If you do not have a parking permit do not park inside, the tow comes multiple times throughout the day. I would honestly give the 5 stars. However, there are times where they shut off the water in different units but they always send an email ahead. We've been here for about 5 months, we were drawn in by the clean apt layouts and modern look. They are really cute! When we first got here management was okay, but about a month in, they hired a new manager and she is great! We had a small issue, and she was always prompt and a call away, which I like! She's also available to answer any questions and keeps residents updated on upcoming changes, etc with detailed letters which gives us peace of mind. If you love pest infestation apartments with roachs , waterbugs, gnats/drain flies to freaking brown widows please by all means apply. Oh im sorry forgot to mention the black mold and random water turn offs with out anything notice. Please save yourself, a tent is better then here seriously. Renovated my a** , more like a cover up. Horrible office service, I moved out and I always paid my rent on time when I lived there, I left the apartment clean and then I received my last bill through mail and it was 182.77 and since I didn't understand if I owed it or if it would be a refund from my deposit, I went to the office and the manager explained it to me and showed me on her computer and said I owed it but there was a 75 dollar late rent fee in there, we discussed it cause I have never paid rent late so I shouldn't have to pay that and she said she would take it off and that I would receive my new bill through mail, I never received it but I did receive an email from collections and she did not fix my bill, I paid the 182.77 cause I don't want my good credit to be ruined cause of that, I'm so mad cause she didn't take it off when she said she would and cause I didn't owe that , I'm also mad cause when I had went she did her comment of "it's only 75 dollars" like it was nothing well ok if it's nothing then give me back my money cause for me it is something. read more

Office manager and staff are great now. Very nice. BUT you need maintenance to be done to enjoy living in your own place. None of mine has. Most importantly my ac has yet to be fixed since I moved in. It's been over a yr and half. Try dealing with a daily temperature of 86 degrees even in record heat sometimes. It causes constant headaches from heat and among other physical problems developing. My screen door is not done. My walls aren't painted. And my water damage from the flooding when I moved in they don't compensate for either.Anyone have any advice on how to handle these issues for my next step? I've lived here for a few months unfortunately and all i can say to anyone looking for apartments is keep looking ! Park heights staff fails miserably ! Any kind of maintenance issue takes literally forever for them to fix since I've moved in 6 months ago there are still repairs that are not done (something as simple as a screen for bathroom faucet). In the community we reside shouldn't we feel like staff is there for us ? There to help us ? WELL NOT HERE. The staff specifically one dusty blonde-ish chick who works in office is BEYOND rude for no reason literally no type of customer service skills don't understand how she is able to retain her job. I was out of town for work for 3 weeks i come back with my rental car after a 6 hour drive and i park in front of the office so that i am able to unload my rental car and make sure i have gotten everything out and it is a closer walk to my apartment. After unloading the car i unpack just a few things inside apartment maybe about an hour goes by I go outside and low and behold my rental car has been towed ! Employee of the year ! Amazing work ! So instead of park heights staff being here for us being here to help and assist they want to tow residents vehicles (cost me 575$ to get my vehicle out). Not that it matters but never been late with rent i don't have dogs that bark nonstop all day everyday i consider myself a good tenant and this is what y'all do ? Great work !!!! I have family staying here that can't even get there air conditioning fixed or there garbage disposal! And don't let me tell you about how many times we request a work order here . They're running a scam, they tell you fake availability so you apply when there are no units actually ready for move in and then tell you they refunded you already so you have to apply again. When you notice they only gave a partial refund they say you got denied and hang up on you. Then they cancel your application to keep your money as "application fees" even though there wasnt anything to apply for to beging with. read more

Everyone giving this place bad reviews are absolutely correct, this place is a dump the manager is the worst , they don't care if you put in maintenance request they will just close them out without even looking into it. Almost all the units have no running AC unit. My AC unit stopped working in August and now here it's February and they still haven't fixed it. First the manager blamed covid then she said well there's a whole line of people in front of you that need there units fixed as well and apparently the maintenance people don't know how to fix the ac unit and the vendor they use must have went on vacation for 6months because nobody's AC's are getting fixed. The water is constantly being shut off and when it is working it's only cold water and now that my lease is finally up and I'm moving out of this dump I went to go get the last of my mail from my mail box and MY keyhole and only mines was damaged so I can't get my mail...I asked the manager about it and she said she doesn't have an answer for why only mines was damaged and now I have to wait for the mailman to show up to get my mail. I have been with out water going on THREE WEEKS and I called and spoke to the nice lady I believe it's the assistant and she told me 1pm would be okay for maintenance guy to go. She calls me back and tells me 2pm, it's 3pm and nobody has arrived. I call the office and MARIA answers and says the Maintenance guy is busy and I quote she said "so what do you want me to do" excuse me? As a residence I deserve to know what time. She says "he is off at 5pm sooooo like I said he will be there before 5pm" she has been the most unpleasant experience. She cursed on the phone to me a RESIDENCE.... and has been nothing but disrespectful since I've met her!!!!!! Is this the type of service you provide to your residences? I would not recommend these apartments to anyone at all. I'm in shock the type of customer service she gives. Maria does not qualify to be in charge of residences at "luxury apartments" she as a property manager CUSSED at her resident. Unskillful I have been here for 8 months and am super unpleased with the way Maria has treated me and SHE is the reason I am ending my lease early due to her not being resourceful in anyway. Moved in This month and I can say my move in was so quick I put my app in on Wednesday and moved in on Friday , the staff (Tambre & Justen) very friendly and helpful I always feel welcome coming in to the office apartment is great minor issues but they stay on top of everything they do everything as fast as they can recommended a friend and she loves it as well read more

Unfortunately you can't have expectations too high for Apartments in San Bernardino. This complex will woo you with a "gym", security gates and so on. Don't be fooled. It has the same roaches, spiders and termites that every other place has. Incompetent staff that can't answer a phone to save their life. They have no shortage of condescending attitude. I had to contact the corporate office when construction on my apartment kept getting pushed back. It's funny how things get done when you talk to the right people. A leak in my ceiling lead to a wall and four foot hole in my ceiling being ripped out. Extensive termite damage was found and covered right back up. I would not advise renting at this complex. You will be over paying for the quality of amenities you will receive. read more

We considered relocating to the San Bernardino County area and check out these apartments. The staff was extremely friendly and the apartment we looked at appeared to be clean did not see any road shags are any spider eggs are spiders. The apartments appear to be updated in many ways but the bedrooms were too small for us. But like the ceilings high ceilings. So if the bedrooms weren't so small we may have considered moving in But I write this review just to compliment the staff on their professionalism and friendliness read more

Updating my review cuz these landlords have a lot of nerve. So now they're raising our trash bill every month. Why? Our dumpsters are always overflowing & infested with rats & homeless people so wtf are we paying for? On top of all this we're still paying too much for sewage when our bathroom constantly smells like shit from the horrible plumbing. I've already mentioned the parking, however they've recently taken away the few parking spots by the entrance gate to make that their own special managers parking lot. Still taking away the little parking they give you. This place never ceases to amaze me.
