I came here for the first time yesterday (second time getting lash extensions overall). This time I just got a fill since I had gotten volume lashes a little over 4 weeks ago. -Cristina was super friendly and easy to talk to which made the appointment go by so quick and easy! -She truly has excellent customer service as well! Since it was my first time coming to her, she gave me a discount off of the service and a cute goodie bag with some brushes, one of which had some rhinestones on the packaging which was super cute! Additionally, she told me she'd text me in 3 days to check up on how my eyes/lashes were doing. -Since I am newer to this whole thing, I explained to her what I was looking for since the previous time I got them done, it was a little too dramatic for my liking. The results of her work were absolutely PERFECT for what I was looking for! She truly captured what I was envisioning. -On top of all that, the lashes were really uniform in volume and placement! Last time I got them done, the inner corner on one side seemed more sparse than the other side, and there were a couple areas where the lashes were drooping down so when you look along your upper waterline, they were not straight and even. I didn't even tell her about this issue I had last time but she definitely perfected this for me this time. -I love the location! It's in a small shopping center that isn't too crowded or hectic and is easy to access unlike the locations along Eastern. I HIGHLY recommend coming here!
