I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Porsche Panamera GTS in April 2025 from Hennessy Porsche in Atlanta and began servicing it at Park Place Porsche Dallas starting July 2025. Since that first visit, the car accumulated only 413 miles over roughly four months (through November) because it was repeatedly at the dealership or undriveable due to service errors. The amount of my time that has been lost, which is due to nothing short of sheer incompetence, has been egregious. Examples of what occurred: * Window tint scratched and trim damaged during initial installation work of a TechArt spoiler. This required additional visits to both the dealer and the tint shop. * Multiple additional visits required to correct cosmetic damage. * Front air suspension repair that failed immediately the next day due to a crimped O-ring during the repair process. The after-service check was not completed appropriately. * Newly installed trim damaged again during a dealership car wash. It was literally ripped right off the body. * Parts ordered but not installed despite confirmation from the service advisor. I went over this with them on the phone (through texts) and when the car was dropped off. It wasn't completed. * Trim pieces damaged during installation attempts. * A technician breaking a door lock actuator cable during installation. * An extra visit to the dealership as the door trim was not properly seated from replacing trim pieces and was causing a rattling noise. * Persistent spoiler error following installation of the spoiler by the dealership. * A later service where the oil change interval was not reset after the oil change, which required additional communication to get resolved as it cannot be cleared by most readily-available coding equipment. What should have been two or three routine service visits ultimately became more than seven visits and several weeks without my vehicle. The previous service manager acknowledged the issues and issued partial refunds for the lost time. Since Roman took over as Service Manager, accountability and communication have deteriorated significantly. He even called me once (when I could not answer the phone) and then immediately put his out of office on two minutes later when I returned the call. He does not know how to communicate to customers at all, despite being the head of the department. He previously came from Park Place Mercedes, where they couldn't even get something as simple as tire PSI correct. Because of the repeated issues, I escalated the situation directly to a regional manager at Asbury Automotive Group, the ownership group of this dealership. I provided a full documented timeline of events outlining the service failures and the ongoing lack of resolution. I was previously told that management changes were being addressed, but that has clearly not occurred. They simply don't care to fix the problem despite the fact they have admitted they know it exists. Given the extent of these issues, this was completely shared with leadership at Asbury Automotive Group as well as with Porsche Cars North America so they are aware of how this service department is representing the Porsche brand. At this point I cannot trust this service department with either of my vehicles, and I strongly encourage anyone considering service here to ensure they fully understand the risks before doing so. read more

This dealership refused to submit IRS Form 15400, which is required for the $4,000 Used Clean Vehicle Credit. They told me I would receive the credit when filing my taxes, but the IRS denied it because the dealer never filed the report -- something only the dealer can do. When I asked them to fix it, their response was: "Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do on that behalf." I'm now working with the BBB, DMV, and IRS, but I'm losing hope because the dealership simply didn't do their part. Service! Slow service and unsatisfactory explanations. Slow to return phone calls and texts

This is the last straw. First two years ago my partner came in to purchase a Taycan and they treated him as if he was worthless. So we took our $135,000 purchase to Oklahoma. Now we get recalls and have no choice but to take it to Porsche Park Place. Now we fight to get info taking our car to them for service. They leave recalls on the car without clearing them through Porsche affecting resale and ability to use popular services like Turo & Getaround. Logged 13 calls in the last two weeks, they say it's completed and put in the update when others tell us that's not true. Most hang up, or don't answer. Just stay away unless you are of a certain race and look your money isn't wanted. They will make you feel lower than dirt until you pull up in the car they refused to sell you and then make it worse saying oh why didn't you come here when you live so close. The answer: "Your sales people refuse to acknowledge our request for certain cares due to stereotype and judgment." Don't blame the car though it's amazing just this specific shop We won't be upgrading with them. read more

She was professional, knowledgeable, and great communication . When I was shopping for a vehicle a while back, I came with my 2 teenage sons. I had the most incredible experience leasing my 2019 Macan with Jared Orem. I was in the market for a Macan since September and was having less than amazing experiences with other dealerships in San Antonio and Houston. Looking for a new car started becoming stressful and a waste of time until I found Jared at Park Place Porsche. I inquired online and he was quick to respond with numbers and didn't waste my time with "Well come in and test drive and then we can see what we can do" or "What's your phone number so I can call with numbers" AKA "Let me just try to sell you". He was so easy to work with and responded quickly to every one of my emails. This made the process fast and easy compared to the drawn-out process with other Porsche dealerships in Texas. Most importantly I didn't feel cheated or played. Once I feel someone is trying to just "sell me", I am out the door. Jared didn't give me these feelings and made me feel completely comfortable. Checked on line to ensure a 2018 911 Carrera was available. It was available this morning. Drove from McKinney to Dallas to drive and purchase this vehicle. Went inside dealership...no one came to help us. I walked over to cubicles and waved to 3 lazy sales men to help me. They looked at me like I was crazy. Still no one talked to me and my hubby. Went outside looking for vehicle ourselves while I actually "called" dealership and told someone in sales department I was there and wanted to look at a car to purchase. They took my name and said someone would be out to help me. No one came. Went to reception area where a really nice young man was helpful. While with reception a man named Ash came over and said he would check availability on the vehicle. Waited 15-20 minutes and still nothing. So, in person..no service. Called "while at dealership" no service..actually had someone take info on car we wanted..wait for it..STILL NO SERVICE!!! Left inquiry on website that basically had same info and that they suck. THEN I get a call from Mr Thompson or THOMAS..whatever. REALLY??? is that what it takes for Porsche of Dallas to service a future customer? I would never in my wildest dreams EVER recommend this dealership to anyone. They took advantage of my ignorance about the value of the Macan I purchased. I went from an X7 fully loaded (That had equity) to a Macan S that is upwards of 30k to 35k upside down at this point and been that way months after purchasing. I have done nothing but been working on ways to figure to dump this car and make sure everyone knows what type of dealership this is. They knew this when selling which is why they were so adamant about telling me to get GAP over and over and giving away the keychains I was buying (like you were doing me a favor). The first person I contacted said that they were going to send me photographs of the vehicle, but they never got back to me. Nobody could answer any questions or knew what was going on with the car. Heather Hocking never followed up. I called and spoke to someone last Friday and they told me that the car was not sellable and it was broken. Something about the transfer case. When I picked up the car he went over every detail of it with me. I like that he loves the brand and drives a Porsche himself. He attends events and knows a great deal about cars and Porsche as a brand. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new Porsche to go to Park place and ask for Jeff. The facilities are also very nice and there selection is huge. You don't realize how many cars they have until you walk around their garage. In addition to being the best overall deal of any of the three, the entire experience was simply outstanding. As good as any car buying experience I've ever had - including multiple other cars I've bought from other Park Place dealerships, Grubbs or Sewell. I didn't feel pressured for a bunch of extras and it was one of the first car buying experiences I've ever had where I felt they were truly trying to ensure that we got the car we wanted and the deal was good for both us and the dealer. I was happy with the sales process at Park Place Porsche, but service is tough to get an appointment if you need a loaner. Immediately upon purchase, our new-to-us CPO 2016 Porsche is leaking water inside the car at the front passenger's feet. Turning off the air conditioning doesn't help. I was told this is a 24hr+ repair and I can't get in for 10 days. The car smells like mold/must and every night we mop it out and dry it overnight with the windows open and a fan. I would give 10 stars if I could for this dealership and Christian Miller. I walked into Parkplace Porsche back in early December 2016 and Met Christian Miller. I let them know I had a BMW that I was looking to trade in possibly for a Porsche. At that time I was really undecided if I was going to buy a Porsche as I've been loyal to BMW for many years. In buying about 35 new cars I can say that Christian was the most responsive, courteous, and caring salesperson I've dealt with and I can say that my transaction was challenging. I wanted a specific car but didn't want to wait 3 months to order a new Macan. Christian searched high and low and found an exact match for the car I was seeking and had it at the dealership two weeks prior to the expected delivery date. Park Place gave me a generous offer for my car and even matched some incredible finance rates that I was able to get from my credit union. Absolutely amazing. Christian's tact in selling cars is by far the best I've experienced and I'm a true critic with high standards. He treated me like I was the only customer he had and at the time of delivery he spent a generous amount of time showing me and my wife all the functions in the car. I can't comment enough on how wonderful the experience was and how much we are glad to be Porsche owners. Terrible experience dealing with Wade Days (Sales) and Pete Hodges (Manager). I was trying to lease/buy a Porsche Macan and I called in for a great lease deal. Since I split my time between LA and Dallas I got two quotes. LA beat their lease by over $200 and they blamed it on the taxes and higher MSRP; however, when I gave them a car that had the taxes included and a higher MSRP it was still $50 lower than their car. I called Park Place and spoke to Thomas (Manager in Benz Dept.) and he was very kind and transferred me to Pete (Manager in Porsche). I told Pete the numbers aren't adding up. I emailed him over all the figures. The next day Wade continues to try and persuade me his numbers are great and how they make sense. I never got a call back from Pete. When I call, Wade doesn't pick up and now has blocked my email, since he can't point out to me how he's not ripping me off. Pete won't return any calls or email.
