This is our fourth time to visit a Lamborghini dealership, and this one is the worst. The snobbish, judgmental attitude you get when you come to certain high end locations, especially when you deliberately dress down to see if they still treat you differently, this location epitomizes that feeling. We weren't dressed to the nines as were in the area for another casual event, we stopped by as we are seriously curious about the Lamborghini SUV that they have, the Urus, since we are ready to trade in our current SUV and upgrade a little. Walking in, not one single person even acknowledged that we existed. We were just an invisible entities to them. This would be my wife's vehicle, and she was really excited to see the Urus. I asked about them to the only person sitting at a desk and she said she would need to get a salesman to answer questions. Well, she didn't get one and one never arrived. My wife, frustrated, asked if anyone was coming, and one male individual walking by said the salesman was on the phone. Ok, so now 2 people actually said something but did NOTHING to help. We finally told them to forget about everything and we walked out. It is a longer drive, but the Lamborghini dealer that we visited for our first was in Houston in 2013. I'm hoping our salesman is still there, as we will drive the 4 hours to go there before ever stepping foot back in this embarrassment of a dealership. Any and all services not done at the local level will be taken to Houston as well. If you're serious about purchasing a Lamborghini, I highly recommend that you avoid this location. read more

For a while now, I've heard my son Logan, multiple times, talk about this one car called the Pagani Huayra. There's only been 100 made, and we found one today to go and look at. I can't say enough about the staff at Lamborghini Dallas. Logan called before to make sure we could come in and take pictures. From the minute we walked in the door, we felt welcomed, knowing damn well we couldn't afford a damn thing there lol. Alexis was so sweet and just kept watching Logans expressions, and she kept smiling at him :) He then spots the car he's been dying to see see. We walked into the other room where the car was, and the guy was so kind to Logan :) He told him the car was locked, but he was more than welcome to go take as many pictures as he liked. I've never seen Logan so excited and so anxious about anything before EVER. He literally had the goosebumps, and his teeth were chattering. He took about 40 pictures lol and when we were leaving, the guy came over and was talking to Logan. Logan asks how much the shirts and hats were. Needless to say, the shirts were $300, and the hats were a mete fraction of that, lol. I bought Logan a hat, and we were paying, and Alexis went and grabbed a book for Logan and gave it to him and said he's so polite! So now our biggest flex is that we bought something at the Lamborghini dealership, lol read more

I was very very interested in a car that was at this dealership. I phoned them to inquire about the car & I couldn't get anyone to help me answer the questions I had & was told to call back later. Later, I phoned them again & Inquired about the car AND they still could not answer simple questions about the car I wanted to buy right then over the phone. Frustrated, I pushed further & asked where the car was I wanted to view it right then. At that point the salesman told me I couldn't BECAUSE the dealer himself was driving it back & fourth to the dealership daily BECAUSE "he" liked it. Love the car, but hated the buying experience. Do not let this dealership put Xpel on your car. When I received my car with the protective wrap it was almost a full 2 inches away from the edges on some panels. Not only did they not agree to fix, but attempted to say the application outcome was normal. I contacted Xpel directly and they worked out a way to help me get it fixed...agreeing Dallas did a poor job. read more

I hesitated to write this review but i only think its fair to reconsider your options with making any type of business with this dealership and consider your options. it's unfortunate thats texas only has one local lamborghini dealer but keep in mind you can always purchase from a different state and get them shipped like i did. I purchased 2 lambourghinis and in this process nobody ever advise me or was it in contract that i had to sell the vehicles back to the dealership. Upon ordering my 3rd lamborghini with sales rep thomas thats comes from la lamborghini which he prob got allocated for termination even within our texts he never mentioned to consign or to sell lamborghini back to the dealership, It clearly shows that theyre are not appreciative to theyre loyal returning costumers . Dealership is being rapacious wanting to purchase back the vehicles below market value and of course taking advantage of vulnerable and clueless costumers . This is my review 4 years after my Lamborghini purchase. Four years ago i decided to buy a Lamborghini Gallardo. At the time I didn't know much about Lamborghini's, so I relied on the advise and expertise of John Hrad. John helped me select the right car. The financing was easy and everyone was wonderful to work with. They delivered the car to L.A. in a container and it arrived on time. Iv'e really enjoyed owning a Lamborghini and it's been a great trouble free car. To this date I have 66,420 miles on the odometer. Even thou I don't live in Dallas, Andrew in the parts department and Travis in the service dept. has been very helpful helping me understand the car. They seem to move a lot of volume through this dealership and I now see why. Every car is priced to sell. No need to haggle back and forth. They understand what the car is worth and price it accordingly. Was able to get a CPO warranty since I was buying the car sight-unseen from California. John Hrad and Louie B. effortlessly guided me through the paperwork by email and after a few signatures my car arrived as promised. They obviously sell to out of state buyers all of the time. Bought a 2015 Huracan from Lamborghini Dallas. Mike Durkey was patient and easy to deal with, as was lamborghini Dallas as a whole. The price on the car was very competitive compared to other spec'd cars nationwide. I now fully understand why they are the number one dealer in the US. Easy transaction and comfortable experience. Was looking at a Mclaren 570S but ultimately went with the Huracan. Personally, I feel like Mike and the guys at Lamborghini Dallas were less "stuffy" than the Mclaren guy-Chris Blank. Lamborghini Dallas were more like car guys and understood what I was wanting. Educate yourself, you can learn everything you want about the cars before you even get to the dealership. But do your research, look around and compare, in the end, apples-to-apples Lamborghini Dallas has the best deals hands down. High spec cars for super competitive prices. Suggestions for improvement?....I can't really think of any. I feel like I was in control of the transaction the whole time, and got what I wanted and a fair deal.
