    Small selection but good prices

My son is obsessed with buying a Lamborghini. When I was researching Lamborghini service the Dallas location kept coming up as the best place. People bring their cars from other states to have service performed here because of the quality and price. So looking at the sales area they also have a great selection of new and used cars. Not just Lamborghini but also Ferrari, Austin Marton, Porsche and Audi all available today. John the sales person was very open to showing and discussing the stock he has and what is to come.

I hesitated to write this review but i only think its fair to reconsider your options with making any type of business with this dealership and consider your options. it's unfortunate thats texas only has one local lamborghini dealer but keep in mind you can always purchase from a different state and get them shipped like i did. I purchased 2 lambourghinis and in this process nobody ever advise me or was it in contract that i had to sell the vehicles back to the dealership. Upon ordering my 3rd lamborghini with sales rep thomas thats comes from la lamborghini which he prob got allocated for termination even within our texts he never mentioned to consign or to sell lamborghini back to the dealership, It clearly shows that theyre are not appreciative to theyre loyal returning costumers . Dealership is being rapacious wanting to purchase back the vehicles below market value and of course taking advantage of vulnerable and clueless costumers . Please see attached below pics for facts

Really rude. Keep trying to buy a car and they blow you off. Ended up buying at another Lambo dealer.

At the time I didn't know much about Lamborghini's, so I relied on the advise and expertise of John Hrad.

When I looked at the paperwork, they added some MPP service contract ($3k), MPP wheel and tire package($2k) and a debt cancellation package($1.2k) and lumped it into his financing. My dad went back the next day to talk to Jacob Campbell(finance manager I guess) who did his finance paperwork and told him he didn't want the additional packages on there and Jacob told my dad he would take it off. Lo and behold they weren't taken off and when I got involved and talked to Jacob he said I need to contact MPP myself to have them cancel it but didn't tell me the "debt cancellation" was through another company. Luckily I found out it was separate and currently processing the cancellations with the companies directly rather than him making it right. On top of that, I've asked for the paperwork that includes the service agreement and member numbers for all three of these services he added and 2 weeks later we still don't have any of that paperwork. STEER CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP AND THEIR ANTIQUATED SALES TACTICS!!! Thanks for no help making this right after the sale.

Over the years, he has consistently provided exceptional service, honest recommendations, and a level of care that's hard to find these days. My vehicle is paid for and I continue to bring it to the dealership where I purchased it for quality care service. Bill takes the time to explain what's going on with my vehicle in a way that's clear and never overwhelming, and I've always felt confident that I'm getting the best advice--not just what's convenient. His professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail are unmatched. It's rare to find someone you can truly rely on for something as important as your vehicle, but he has earned my trust time and time again. If you're looking for someone knowledgeable, dependable, and genuinely committed to great service, he's the one you want. Highly recommended! Gidget

Reliable Chevrolet should seriously consider changing their name to Unreliable Chevrolet…read more This was easily one of the most unprofessional dealership experiences I've had. We were specifically interested in a black Chevrolet Trax. Initially, Devon told me the vehicle was unavailable because it was being used as a loaner. Then Mark contacted me and suddenly the vehicle was available again. Mark specifically told me they would pull the keys so the vehicle would not be sold and that it would be returned and available for us at our scheduled appointment the following day. This was not some vague conversation or misunderstanding. I confirmed the appointment by text, and Mark then called me again to confirm by phone that I received the appointment information. We made the trip to Reliable specifically because of those assurances. We arrived for our appointment and were told the Trax had been sold that morning. So what happened to pulling the keys and making sure it wouldn't be sold? To be clear, the vehicle being sold is not even what upset me the most. Cars sell. Mistakes happen. If we had simply been told, "We can't guarantee the vehicle will still be here," then I would have understood the risk before making the trip. What bothered me most was the complete lack of accountability afterward. Not once did anyone simply acknowledge that we had driven there because of the assurances their employee gave us and offer a sincere apology for wasting our time. A simple, "We screwed up. You were told the car would be held, and we're sorry," would have gone a long way. Instead, we were shuffled through alternatives. We were told about another loaner at a sister location. Then they pulled around a Trailblazer with a roughly $30,000 sticker price, despite the Trax we came there to purchase being in an entirely different price range. Eventually, we were told they could get another Trax around the same advertised price by Monday, except it would have approximately $1,999 in additional dealer charges. After everything that had already happened, I explained that I didn't feel they were doing nearly enough to make the situation right or earn our business back. Ray's response? "Well, maybe we're not the dealership for you." That response was unbelievable. We didn't ask Reliable to hold a vehicle and then fail to show up. Reliable told us they were pulling the keys. Reliable confirmed our appointment by text. Mark called again to confirm by phone. We showed up when we said we would. Yet after Reliable failed to follow through on what we were explicitly told, apparently expecting an apology or meaningful attempt to make things right meant we weren't the customers for them. Mistakes happen at every business. What separates a professional business is how it responds when it makes one. A sincere apology and genuine attempt to make this right could have completely changed my opinion of the dealership. Instead, we got no meaningful apology, were offered alternatives that didn't make sense for us, were presented with another Trax carrying roughly $1,999 in additional charges, and ultimately were told, "Maybe we're not the dealership for you." Ray, you're right. Reliable Chevrolet is definitely not the dealership for us. We'll happily spend our money somewhere else.
